I just moved in, but let me just say that this complex is a dream. I toured back in March with Ivette, and she was so informative and helpful. I got a really good price on a really big 1bd, and upon move in, I was impressed to see that the carpets were clean, the walls were freshly painted, and everything felt homey and luxurious (but without the price!). The staff made me feel welcome and gave me such a cute little welcome home gift, and were very helpful with getting me in early because of my movers. I’ve had a great experience so far, and highly recommend this complex. Parking IS tight, but there’s always a spot open somewhere if you’re willing to walk.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and I honestly love it! The apartments are very nice! It’s a nice area close to the mall so that’s a plus! If I ever had any problems with anything I just call the office and they help me right away. Maintenance usually comes the same day within 2 hours of putting in a work order. Everyone is so nice and inviting. They have events just about every month and it’s always exciting! They have brought out food trucks for free tacos and have events in the clubhouse with free drinks/snacks etc. i love it here! I have no complaints at all!

The prices at Madison are very agreeable and I like the common areas. They have worked with me a lot and been very courteous when I ask about arrangements. When our apartment floor was flooded during snowmageddon, they easily moved us to another unit. However, the lack of cleaning of premises and all of the broken stuff in my building that never seems to be fixed is a bit of a problem. Our appliances are so old, they barely work any more and our AC cant seem to keep our apt cool and it freezes up or has issues every couple of months. There seems to be a disconnect between staff and community. We have also had instances of neighbors recording/taking photos of us on our balcony (absolutely minding our own business) and makes living there very uncomfortable. I also really hope the people that lived in our unit before us lost their deposit due to the amount of cigarettes they smoked in the apartment. Weve been in our specific unit for about 8 months and everything we own reeks like cigarettes because the entire apartment stinks so terribly. I already know we will not be resigning our lease..

This has been by far the best apartment my husband and I have resided at. We had to move from our previous apartment due to damages from the freeze and work not getting done in a timely manner and no answers as to when the work will be completed.We looked at the 2-Bedroom and we loved it. We applied, had everything submitted same day and were approved same day, we moved in the next day.The management has been great in helping us get everything in order. We have a garage that is close to the apartment. Parking isn’t great but it isn’t horrible. We had a work order completed the same day it was submitted, had help getting our names into the mailbox to ensure that our mail was delivered to us, and haven’t had any issues with any neighbors or anything.The community is clean, well maintained, and lots of areas to walk and play with your pups. The pool is nice and the fitness center has some great equipment to use. Accessing the package lockers is very easy.If you’re looking for your next home that is close to pretty much everything you could imagine, then check out Madison at Westinghouse! You will be happy you moved here!

I love Madison At Westinghouse apartments! I’ve been living at this community for almost 2 years and haven’t had any issues at all! The front office staff is absolutely amazing and they’re so attentive to the residents’ needs! I’m m thinking of even renewing my lease for another year because I enjoy living here so much! Anytime that I’ve ever had an issue (which is very rarely) maintenance is always on it! I highly recommend moving here...the apartments are amazing and I absolutely LOVE the pool!

The staff at Maddison at Westinghouse are exceptional. They went above and beyond in assisting with an issue that arose during the lease process. The property is well maintained and they are constantly looking for ways to improve. I would highly highly recommend considering Maddison at Westinghouse when looking for a place to call home.

Great place to live. During the recent winter storm the roads had iced over and lots of people that didnt live here were trapped on the hill right outside the aptment. My neighbor hopped in his pick up and towed cars all day long. A couple was outside helping push cars up the hill. Some one was handing out free water. Maybe other places have good people too, maybe but all the neighbors that I met have been really helpful. The management and mantanence does a great job all the time. Its quiet and the walls arent thin.

I lived here from Feb 2019-September 2020 and I will say it is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at.Kristine the property manager and the staff were so helpful and did everything in a timely manner. Best customer service ever.The apartments themselves are nice and such a quiet community.You want to live here!!!

One star due to the kindness of maintenance. Beyond that, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I moved in July 2019 and my apartment had clearly not been deep cleaned or serviced whatsoever. I provided pictures to the front office as well as the move-in checklist that I thought I had illustrated with accuracy how dirty my apartment was. I wont recount all the shortcomings here as that would take up about 5 paragraphs. I will say that very little of what I submitted was ever addressed and I was still charged the $175 clean fee when I departed.Please heed my words when I tell you. Do Not Move Here.

The parking lots are full. It’s frustrating, and nothing has been done to deal with the issue since I moved in last Oct. Tonight not only I wasn’t able to find a parking spot for my car near my building, I wasn’t able to find a spot in the whole complex!!! There were few covered parkings open but I didn’t want to get towed, so I had to wait over an hour for anyone to leave to take their spot.

Recently move in - and first impressions were this is nice. That soon changed. Parking is SO LIMITED. If you are out past 9pm on any night - whether because of work or whatever, be ready to hike to your apartment. Keep an umbrella and a jacket in your car just in case the weather is bad. And hope you dont have groceries. Ive been here a little over a month and most of my evenings - I work till 9pm and have a night life - Im having to park a long ways from my apartment. And the visitor parking, generally one section on the east side, so if you live in the middle or on the west side your visitors will have a long way to walk as well. If you want covered parking spot or garage - yes, they do have them - dont have a truck - it wont fit in any of those spots. Just poor planning on ownership and unsympathetic management.

Moving here was one of the best decisions Ive ever made! I needed a place ASAP and came here to see what was available. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Erik (George) was absolutely amazing!! He was so personable and truly cared about my situation. He walked me through the process with patience and a super positive attitude and got me locked and loaded within an hour of coming in. I eventually got to meet the rest of the crew and Cassidy and Christy are just as sweet! The complex is clean and quiet and the views are absolutely breathtaking!!! I agree that parking is a little meh, but honestly if thats the biggest problem I have with the community, I consider myself extremely lucky! If I could give everyone and everything 10 stars, I would! Thanks for being awesome, Team Madison!

It’s been many years since I have lived in apartment and I’ve had some not so great experiences. I have been here 3 months and can honestly say that the experience has been great so far. Everyone on staff is friendly, helpful and always have smiles on their faces. Everything that I have requested to be taken care of by maintenance has been done quickly and efficiently. I feel safe and would recommend the Anatole to anyone.

DO NOT LIVE HEREThe management is spectacularMaintenance is absolutely atrociousMy AC was broken for 2 months (the coils were leaking) and when I called during the hot summer and spring months they would tell me that if it’s not above 85 it’s not an emergency.When they would fix it, it was only temporary it would last to the next weekend and my apartment with my dog would be 80 degrees when I got home from my job (construction). So I would have to wait till it got to 85 and call the front office and they would tell me “okay he’ll be there tomorrow”It was only after months of calling the front office I got tired of it so I called corporate and told them I had a log of every time I called the front office to ask if they would fix my air conditioner (as they are responsible per lease agreement)And if they refuse to fix it I would file a lawsuit and get in touch with the housing authority. So finally after I called corporate and had to threaten this place they sent a guy out that day and he got me a temporary window unit,....... this is all I wanted from this place I paid almost 1300 a month and they wouldn’t fix anything and all I wanted was to come home after I had been working outside in the heat all day to my apartment, the place I called home, and relax in the cool air conditioning.This place is impossible I had to fight for things they are responsible for taking care of.DONT NOT LEASE HEREGo down the road to Mansions 54 or any other place but not here.

I have been living here for about 3 months now and I have zero complaints about anything. I moved in and everything was functioning in my apartment. The kitchen is my favorite spot and the design and materials used were NOT sub par. The neighborhood is quite and kept clean. The view from my apartment is phenomenal! I get to enjoy the sunset every night. Super convenient place to live all around, from our location to just setting our trash outside our doors (in the given container) and it gets picked up. Front desk staff are very professional and work hard to get what you need done so that your stay here is enjoyable. I am so sure of this place I already extended another year on my lease. Keep up the good work Anatole!!

Read the reviews before you move here and ask yourself if you’re prepared to deal with the exact opposite. About 75% of the reviews are fake and if you read them you’ll notice the similarities in each of them. Treadmills have been “under repairs” for months, semi recent plumbing issues have caused the entire complex to smell and I’m not sure why management thought sending a letter threatening all of the residents with extra charges ($200-$300) on our rent would fix it. Apartment complexes are legally in charge of making sure the apartment is habitable.

Truly enjoy having my live here at Anatole Westinghouse. Its a nice apartment complex, with a wonderful staff. Nicole has been nothing short of amazing. The commute to work is also fairly easy. Give Anatole a chance and talk to Nicole!

My family and I moved here into these apartments about 5 months ago. It was really simple and we just asked for a tour and 30 minutes later were signing up for a lease at our leisure. My husband has really used the 24/7 gym and Ive made use of the Starbucks machine in the lobby and my kids loved using the pool when it was open. So far weve had a great time at Anatole Westinghouse!

Ive seen many people move into the apartments in the last five or so months. Ive been here for over a year and to say the least, theyre doing some good things over here, especially the staff. Always communicating to us things that are going on around Anatole and very friendly to all us and maintenance.

See photo from management asking for reviews in exchange for $100 gift cards raffle tickets.This complex is in a great neighborhood and while I appreciated my time here, I only renewed my lease because of the death of my father the same month I intended to give notice.I would like to start off by saying, even though MY unit was empty and supposedly ready for move-in, I was denied the ability to see the actual unit but because my situation was sensitive, I couldn’t argue. It made sense once I received keys....When I first moved into my unit, I had quite a few problems and had to make multiple requests within my first week. There were large amounts of paint over spray on the cabinets, flooring, in between the washer and dryer on each side, the shower head was broken, my carpet was stained bright blue in next to the island (had to live with that) and it was hardened where stained.I had a terrible problem with an infestation of silverfish when I moved in my unit. Despite constant requests (verbal and written) I couldn’t get them to send pest control out *consistently* to nip the problem in the bud. I had to call our pest control company MYSELF to get granular bait put down which helped A LOT but something changed after the third request and they rerouted me back to the leasing office where the problem started up all over again. There wasn’t a single day where I didn’t see a silverfish in *every* room. I only used dishes from the dishwasher because we couldn’t figure out how to keep them from the cabinets, drawers, and the stove. This was the actual reason I moved. It was an awful experience being terrorized by those tiny critters.Management changed THREE times in my two years here. It apparently has changed again. So FOUR times since June of 2017.As far as the multiple complaints of not receiving your deposit in a timely manner — that was not my case. Angela had the statement sent out within a week or two and the check mailed within 30 days of moving.I’ve also NEVER had issues with theft other than the mailman consistently screwing up packages and leaving them in the wrong boxes, the USPS people being slow to respond to the complaint and then finally...nothing in the box my package was left in after a month of going back and forth to find it. Not too sure that counts as theft...just neighbors with lower integrity than I’d appreciate.Nicole Bott was a HORRIBLE leading agent. She was extremely rude, insensitive and consistently made snarky remarks. Like when I lost my cat, I came down to the office (in full tears) asking if they could let me know if someone says the found a cat. She literally looked me up and down and said “sure”. Then walked away. This was my experience with her 90% of the time until I refused to talk to her and only Angela.It’s because of Angela that I never posted a review. She always went 100% above and beyond, was quick to follow up and was always quite knowledgeable. Now that she’s gone — here’s my review.

Moved my family to Georgetown because of a new job, and lived here with come friends for a couple months, until one of them discovered this apartment complex, and we instantly approved after getting a tour of the facility. They keep up the cleanliness and its a good area for kids, with a. great community of families and singles. Staff are supportive and always looking for the interests of its residents!

Really love that my dog enjoys the apartments as much as I do. I walk my dog around the complex a couple times a day which ended up getting others to do the same with me. There is a strong pet community here. Love that Anatole Westinghouse is supportive of their residents having pets!

Its an absolute great option for people who want luxury at a great price. One bedrooms start at less than a $1000 and come with excellent amenities without sacrificing your wallet. I have two cats that live with me, and theyre always jumping on the window sill once I leave my apartment. Its pretty nice having pets there when you dont have roommates. Call Anatole if you appreciate a good pet friendly apartment!

Ive only lived in there apartments in my life, and Anatole is the best one yet. Reason why Anatole is so great, is because of the service of the staff being quick on the requests and taking care of the amenities. At my other apartments, it was horrible. But Anatole is one of the great apartments in Georgetown.

Had an excellent experience my first year, so I resigned my lease and Im continuing to enjoy my time here. Im a college student and the commute to Southwestern isnt that bad at all. Also, the amenities here have saved me money from outside resources, so Im also happy because of that. Give them a call and ask for a tour!

These apartments are AWFUL. I wish i could give it zero stars. Don’t believe half the reviews they bribe the residents with gift cards to write good reviews. I have had more problems in my first 3 weeks here than i have anywhere else i’ve ever lived. The office staff is incompetent and will sell you a dream till you move in. My apartment was no where near live in ready when i received my keys that also did not work. My appliances did not work when i first moved in and they were fixed. now on my 3rd week here my washer does not work at all and my house now has a sewer smell to it. The management here is not any better with getting things resolved than the leasing agents. I wish i would’ve did more research or read more reviews before moving here because i definitely would have made a different decision. The inside of the apartment you tour is very and well put together but the one you move into will look nothing like it. Moving here you are paying an outrageous amount of rent for staff that barely knows how to do their job, broken or not working appliances and a half done apartment. Save yourself the money and trouble and keep looking.

I love walking my golden retriever Daisy around the complex. Ive made a couple friends with the other dog owners and they join me in the mornings. Its a nice, well maintained apartment complex.

I have a blast chatting with the staff in the lobby in the mornings. Its always peaceful and they offer the residents Starbucks coffee which is always nice. Warm, supportive, and compassionate staff that go above and beyond to ensure that their residents are satisfied.

Great community here at Anatole. The events help bring us all together to see who lives here and there. Its pretty grand and Im happy to be apart of it.

The gym is what my wife and I like to utilize at our own leisure the most. Being 24/7, it makes a huge difference for us as we share differing flexible schedules and since were paying for it through our rent, we dont need any other gym contracts. It has everything we need!

Love working out in the gym with the free-weights and using the cardio machines. Its a matter of still getting my workout in, while saving money from having to get and external membership somewhere. This is convenient and has everything I need!

FYI, all of these recent 5 star reviews are fake. Most of them only have one review on their account. The ones that have two reviews all reviewed these apartments and random locksmiths in the Seattle area. What are the odds that twenty people used a locksmith in Seattle and then moved to Georgetown, Tx? Not very likely. These apartments averaged 2.5 stars only a few short months ago.

We have lived at Anatole since they opened, so 3 and a half years now. Our current management and maintenance team are great! We’ve never had a problem getting issues addressed and the office staff is always inviting. We enjoy the community events and our neighbors are great. We ended up transferring to a larger unit and that process was super easy and stress free. The only downside is that parking can be a little tough but covered parking and garages are reasonably priced. The location is great with easy access to major roads, shopping and dinning. You also can’t beat the view of the city at night :)

If I could give 0 stars I would! This apartment was the WORSE place I have ever lived! If you like noise, loud neighbors, and bugs, then this is the place for you! I complained numerous times about the loud neighbor above me, with no resolution. The walls are paper thin. They charge outrageous prices for trash and pest control. Dont ever rent on the second floor, you will be wedged between garage doors opening and closing all night with their car radios blaring below you and your neighbors above you sounding like they are going to cave your ceiling in! This was the most Horrible experience EVER!

Love being so close to I-35 and several of my favorite stores to shop at, and the outlet mall is just 5 minutes down the road, of course depending on time of day and traffic, but you get the point. Prime location! Best apartment in Georgetown!

As a mom, I find that a good apartment with a great set of staff that seem well established, knowledges, and caring will go far for its residents. The amenities are really good here according to my daughter, but I was more impressed with he staff and the help that they gave us as well looked to apply and receive a tour. We signed the lease less than a week later, and my daughter was moved in at the end of the month. That was half a year ago and she couldnt be more happy. Anatole Westinghouse has my recommendation for any young adults getting started in life and looking for a luxury apartment to rent in. Best in Georgetown!

I work in management at Bass Pro Shop and decided to move into these apartments because the location is super convenient for me. Check it out. The location is prime and theyre very modern and have great people in the office.

*2021 UPDATE*Parking is now an issue again. Management is unwilling or unable to remedy. Expect to pay additional costs to park a singular vehicle onsite. It is extremely difficult for guests to visit as well as there is simply not enough parking and rules are not being enforced.Expect to walk a 1/4 of a mile to get to your apartment from the nearest available parking spot 3-4 times a week, unless you pay an additional $40-100/month for either assigned or garaged parking.Heavy construction has started on the west side of the complex. It starts at 7am with loud machinery Monday-Saturday.*UPDATE*Parking has since been resolved. Thank you for listening and responding management.*Response to managements response*I do not feel comfortable paying for an additional parking spot for one vehicle as one spot should be included with the rent. Discounted or not, I think its inappropriate to ask the customer to pay twice for something. I have not received any email, or flyer regarding the parking guidelines, there certainly hasnt been any enforcement.Cassidy has been extremely helpful and informative, much much better than the last representative Nicole, but I have yet to receive a concrete answer as to when this will be resolved. I was told there was a deal being made with a new tow truck company and it could be a couple of months before the new system is implemented. Im weary to that response as it should not take half of a year to implement a new parking system. The new management has known this was a problem when yall took over a few months ago. 5-6 months is an extremely long time to negotiate a contract with an alternative towing company. Approximately 1/3 of the entire complex is reserved for paid parking, half of which is empty. When there is adequate parking for residents, I will edit my review.The good:The location is great.Maintenance is superbApartments are in good conditionThe bad:Lack of greenspaceVery small dog parkParking is not included with rent.*Due to the lack of parking for residents, if you want a guaranteed spot to park your vehicle, you must pay for a garage or a covered parking spot.* On average, there is 2-3 nights a week where you are required to circle the entire complex 3-6 times before there is a spot available. Management knows this is an issue but refuses to give concrete information on when this will be resolved.

It’s ok as far as the view, but if you can not afford a parking cover or a garage do not move here. I repeat if you can not afford a parking cover or garage don’t move here. You will be miserable and always feel as if you have a curfew, because you have to get home and get a parking spot before they are all packed. They have too many residentes and not enough parking. I parked in front of my building here for 2 hours, because there was literally no parking( I’m not being extra either there was No parking anywhere else not even in front of their office) and I pay my rent to stay here. The min fee for the tow truck is $271 so please beware , because there are times it takes over a hour and a half for parking the most I’ve ever waited to see a space free up was 3 hours after a long 9 hour shift at work. If you can’t afford a cover or a garage do not move here you will be miserable like me.

I have only lived at Anatole at Westinghouse for a short time but so far I am loving this place! Everyone is so kind and helpful in the office and the maintenance team is quick with their work orders. Parking is great and I am never stuck parking near another building.

I love our apartment home. It has been nice living here with my wife and the location has been great for both of our commutes. We both work only 20ish or less miles from here, but its much better being right by I-35. Glad this is our first home together!

I was scared to move into another apartment because of how the last apartment complex that I was a tenant in was terrible. I could go into details, but I wont. It was just the worst experience. When I came to check these out, I asked so many questions, and was given a tour. I didnt apply right then, but came back after checking out two or three others, and decided to give it a chance. The front office ladies could empathize with my previous experience and assured me, it wouldnt be the same. They were so helpful and friendly. Gave me some hope, and after 5 months, I havent been let down. So far, these are the best apartments in Georgetown!

Its a nice place to live when youre young and starting out. Ive enjoyed Anatole Westinghouse when it comes to the amenities being so convenient and available. My last apartment was in Austin, and it was HORRIBLE. The grounds were always littered, and maintenance never came to my solve any requests. It took me three weeks to even get them to come check out my A/C. But these apartments are way better. Ive felt supported and cared towards by the staff, and have only had one request which was handled very quickly and efficiently. Ive been here for 6 months now and happy as ever. I would recommend this place to family and friends. They are the best apartment in Georgetown by far!

Stayed in these apartments for a year, and then moved on to a new job in North Dallas. These apartments were fun to live in and the location was great. I would recommend these to any friends that are looking for affordable luxury apartments!

Community is an important factor to me and its something that should be apart of every apartment complex. Anatole Westinghouse has that and more. They offer community events, and my wife and I have made a few friends through them. This past summer, we held a ton fo barbecue parties by the pool which was fun. Anatole Wesitnghouse is a great complex for young families or even newly married couples!

The apartments ahem a good modern vibes with them. The atmosphere is pretty quiet and peaceful around the complex. Good floor plans.

This apartment complex is not meet expectation. The management does not seem to know much about this place, or the owners do not empower them with financial resources or decision making ability. This place has so much potential, but has declined since opening. The location is proximate to major roadways, and has decent amenities. However, this place is a fine trap. The management just recently changed over, and has shut down the internet payment method. The apartment complex also gave us 3 days notice before the end of the month of the management change. Finally, there are no available alternate payment methods since the rent drop box is inside the office that is only open during office hours. For a large portion of tenants, they are conveniently open when we are at work. Im sure you can find a better run complex at the same price. If not, pay the premium and stay somewhere that doesnt add to your other stresses.

Big fan fo the gym. Its usually busy, but more than enough room and different weights to carry through a workout. Best apartment in Georgetown!

Staff is friendly until you sign the lease and make a request for repairs or other issues. Then theyre rude and callous. There is not enough parking! You have to park at the opposite end of the complex if after 8 pm or so. Sloppy paint job inside of apartment. Dishwasher is horrible. Not enough cabinet/drawer space in kitchen. Bath cabinets hung too high to reach upper shelves. Rent is too high for these so-called luxury apartments! Cant wait till my lease is up.

For an old man, they sure let me stay here. Im very happy about living here. Its nice.

Live here with my wife. We sold our house and downsized since our kids are out, and staying here while building our next house. These are beautiful apartments that have great tenants and staff.

Absolutely love living here. The staff have only known me as a resident for a few months but they treat me like Im family. #bestapartmentingeorgetown

Great spacious gym and huge pool. Two amenities that are great together. Just not when its cold outside.

The gym has a lot of equipment for its size. Theres space, but Im used to apartment gyms being less. So much more bang for your buck here.

Cant believe our lease is almost up. Its been a good time living here, and Im moving out in February to go after my masters in Waco. Anatole is the best apartment in Georgetown!

I like how pet friendly this place is and glad they allow me to keep my dog Rocko. Its a blessing.

Its cool they allow pets here and dont charge outrageous fees for them. Great affordable apartments.

One of my requirements for wherever I live is spacious floorpans and Anatole had them. Im thankful for this place and the short commute to work!

Beware!! This is the kind of place that tows your car from a normal parking space just because they feel like it. Really!!! I have been towed twice already. There is no help when you need it, The management really doesnt care about your issues. They change personnel every three months. The only person who i can count on here is the maintenance guy. I have to drive around to find him anytime I need any help. If you choose to live here, be ready to deal with irrational and unreasonable people that have no respect for their tenants. This has been our worst experience anywhere. Sorry just had to be honest here.

Easy, application, and can get leased right away. Made it much simpler for me than previous apartments!

Location is the best at Anatole. So many different shops so close by and I-35 is right there for you to jump on and get where youre going.

The anatole at westinghouse is abit costly but the maintenance head and original office folk including management, use to be incredible. Since Roscoe property bought Anatole out the experience has been trash... The maintenance head is the only one left here with business ethic and knowledge of customer service. Roscoe is a sham
