Started the process a few days ago Erin and Anna in the office were super knowledgeable through the whole process. The office staff is amazing and super helpful. They deserve a raise in my opinion

It’s been a great 4 almost 5 years here , all the staff members including maintenance and everyone in the office are all great , made all the years ones to remember !

It wasnt a horrible place to live but things broke constantly. Our A/C never worked. Water leaks all the time. They tried to have us move into an apartment that clearly still have a roach infestation and residue all over. Should have found somewhere else but due to credit we had no choice. Happy we left.

Apparently a majority of the tenants living here believe the 30mph speed limit in the neighborhood nearby is a suggestion despite obvious children playing outdoors .. beyond that the place seems clean and well kept..the dog park is a very nice amenity.

I just moved in and so far so good. Quiet neighborhood, well kept grounds and the staff is wonderful. No complaints here!

Wish I could give a 0 star rating but we cant. AC broken before move in and apartment complex didnt even try to rush to fix it. It was 105 and 108 outside. Told us we could move out and theyll find someone who wants to live there. So you dont wanna make us happy first? Maintenance was fixing stuff and ghetto rigging by using duct tape. Thats not okay! Dont rent from this place. Staff goes from friendly to Satan real quick. Its cheap for a reason. It was probably better when it burned down however long ago. Avoid at all costs!

Erin and Caitlin, the office staff at The Indian Creek Apartments were super nice and helpful in getting my son into his first apartment. From the minute we step foot in the office we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect. I highly recommend going to this complex if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a safe area. We look forward to the relationship we will form with these ladies as my son begins living here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was relatively clean when we moved in (no serious bug issues), and the management left us alone. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but, they were mostly solved. Even as we move out, the hot water in the bath tub is scalding hot. There seems to be no way to control the temperature in the shower except wait to run out of hot water. We had maintenance over a couple of times but never solved the issue. This place is a really good value overall, if we ever wind back up in Georgetown, we will move back.

This place has wonderfully helpful office staff and a responsive maintenance team. This was my first apartment, and I got freaked out when I first saw some bugs after I moved in. (That’s pretty normal for any apartment unit that isn’t brand new.) But after putting in a work order about it, they immediately sent someone to fix it, and I haven’t had many issues since. Every other issue I’ve had has also been fixed in a very timely manner.I also haven’t had any problems with other tenants, which was something I was worried about when moving in to an apartment. It’s a very nice place to live and I would have gladly stayed longer if I hadn’t had to move for work.

Im new to this area and Im looking for my new home. I went to Indian Creek Apartments and was not impressed. There was two office staff in the office.. the Hispanic lady had someone in her office and the reception lady had someone at her desk. While was waiting my turn I witnessed the receptionist being rude to one of the residents. Ive been in management customer service before and I understand you have to put your foot down sometimes but this didnt seem like that situation. She was just flat out rude. If this is how I will be treated as a resident I would not want to make this my home- DO NOT RENT HERE.

Management is unresponsive to complaints and very rude. The walls are paper thin. Building 7 ground floor apartments have rats and mice. Management is aware but will not tell you. Management will also keep your deposit regardless of how well you leave the apartment. The only good thing about this place is the location and the maintenance guys. Terrible!!!!!!

Should of read the reviews before I went in to look. I have to agree completely, the Hispanic lady that calls herself the manager (I sure hope it is not true) is far from friendly. I will pass on these.

This place is a horrible place to live... no body knows what they are doing...office staff are rude and tell you one thing and do another...trash everywhere on property... they forget to pay water bill so you will go without water for a day.. DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY!

Well, I’m not a renter there but I went there to look around a week or two ago and the office staff was extremely rude! The Hispanic lady rolled her eyes at me and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. She said she was the manager and I hope not, but the property seemd very clean and tidy. I don’t think I will choose this place to rent.

Very peaceful complex with little traffic, near multiple convenient stores as well as a car wash and coin laundry.

Kids live their with mom. No play ground, Has two pools a party room and two on sight laundry facilities. I give it a B+, needs playground for kids and theyd get an A

Buildings and grounds are good for the amount you pay. Management and maintenance could stand some restructuring (read: sensitivity training or just straight up fired).

Slow service. We had to call code enforcement just to get our a/c fixed. Not worth the price.

No w/d connections in a one bedroom one bath.

Friendly staff but as usual they wont let you stay with bad credit. Being on time with monthly payments should be the key.

Over priced and felons live here nice looking property though

Just from visiting, i doesnt seem like a bad complex. Cant speak for the all the units or management though.

They will work with you if you havechallenging credit issues.

These apartments seem nice enough, but the second story units have awkwardly steep staircases right inside the entrance.
