Let me start off by saying, I have tried calling, emailing, speaking with a manager, and everything I can think of to get my dishwasher fixed. It initially started with being led to believe I was moving into an apartment with updated black appliances and dark wood cabinets as you see on their website....then I walked in and found rust, outdated, crooked white cabinets, and sagging shelves. All of which I was going to just deal with as I love the layout of the apartment. However, its been since August now that I havent been able to use my dishwasher and Im getting tired of the run a round Im getting from Jami and Kristine. The dishwasher has years of soap and food buildup stuck in the drain and Its absolutely disgusting. Ive even submitted over 4 maintenance tickets for it as well, so apparently its not getting fixed.Update: It is now towards the end of my lease and things have just gotten worse. The apartment is falling apart, none of my maintenance requests get taken care of, and most of my emails go ignored. I’ve left multiple phone messages with no return call, and numerous emails. I have a small toddler, so having a cabinet door hanging off it’s hinges is pretty dangerous in my opinion. I would screw it back in myself, but everything is rusted and I’m pretty sure the wood is rotted. What makes it even worse is the fact I have seen maintenance just napping in his golf cart. I’m very happy to be leaving here.

I loved living here. Everyone’s friendly. The ladies in the office are angels. They manage the place with integrity. Everything is pretty clean and well-maintained. I never had any problems with parking or getting towed for me or my guests.

The front office ladies are horrible. Trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible.

I’ve been living here for almost a month now, and from the moment I walked into the leasing office my experience has been great! Jami and Kristine have been more than welcoming and are always there to assist you! Frank, the maintenance man, is an awesome guy and he is fast and super efficient! The pool and fitness center are also great, the pool is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend!

Moved into this complex in may with some friends from school and it’s been amazing! Super spacious and clean space, all of the staff is very welcoming and helpful, great neighbors. Super close to wolf ranch and the square but not surrounded by a bunch of other stuff which is super nice. Love it

Nice place. Met the maintenance guy, I think his name was Frank. He seemed pretty cool and knew a lot of stuff. Made me feel like a pretty nice place to live and confident that my stuff would get fixed if it broke. I think Id lease here in the future when my lease is up. Oh and the lady in the office was nice too.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !! I have only lived here 1 month and I love it. I have lived in other apartments and none of them were as nice and clean. The staff is amazing and help you with anything you need with a smile on their face. The pool is always clean AND they have a grill out by the pool. I highly recommend these apartment . 😍

Just moved into this place and February and I absolutely love it!! The staff is SUPER NICE! And I mean every single one of them! That’s the main reason i moved into these apartments, neighbors are so nice and friendly, it feel like home! 🥰🙌🏼 The apartments are very clean and spacious! And anything I put a work order in they get to it ASAP! never drama here and never loud noises. I love it and will be staying until I get kicked out! 😂

Me and my family moved here 5months ago and we really luv it. My apartment is very spacious, clean , nice , and we have an excellent view. We moved from an apartment complex and let me tell u it wasnt nearly as good as this one. I would highly recommend Parkview place Apartments to my friends and family cause its a great place to live and raise ur kiddos . I really luv Kristine and Jamie they are the best .

Honestly a great place to live! Apartments are very spacious and clean. Parkview place employees are friendly and helpful! We’ve lived here 3 months and we have nothing to complain about. And it’s only a five minute drive from the square and Wolf Ranch.

Weve lived at Parkview for almost 3 years and some of my favorite neighbors have been here just as long or even triple the amount of time myself and family have. This complex has it all when it comes to community and friendliness. Our office ladies Kristine and Jami are amazing and Maintenance is always quick to respond to our needs.

We have been her for 6 months. We are very happy with the apartment. The staff is professional and friendly. Love how pretty the crepe myrtles are in bloom .....it makes the grounds so colorful! Highly recommend these apartments !

I love Kristine and Jaime. I’ve been living here for 6 yrs. Every time I’ve ever had any issues they have always been quick to resolve them to my satisfaction. It’s a really nice place to raise children.

Parkview Place we like living here for the most part. Love to swim in the nice cool pool. Absolutely love that they have a dog park,for our sweet fur babies to play at, We appreciate all that Frank“maintenance guy” does for us. He is the only one on the job. And does what he can as quick as he can. Always offers me a ride on his golf cart, from my walk checking the mail. Jami and Kristine are so sweet. We are happy to say we are going to be renewing our lease to stay here again!

I LOVE living here. The girls in the office are so nice. Krissy and Jami always help me. And Frank is great too. He always fixes all my stuff. I love my apartment. Its so big.

Moving from Austin to Georgetown turned out to be less stressful than we thought. Parkview Place Apartments were the last property we viewed and we signed the lease that day! We’re going on year 2 and love it so much that we’ve slacked off on looking for a home to buy.The property is kept up well, the staff are friendly and great to work with. It’s a family community with amazing events throughout the year. We’ve had less than a handful of very minor maintenance issues that are handled incredibly quick. It’s also a wonderful pet friendly environment!

The staff is very friendly and ready to help when needed. This community is quiet and has nice people living here. The community is also clean. Grass is cut very often, pool is always clean, no pests that I’ve seen since I’ve been here.

Honestly, this place is decent, cute and cozy. The staff is always nice and very attentive to any request. They worked with my credit history and gave me an opportunity to live here. I will forever be thankful.

I have lived here for about two months and so far its been amazing. The staff is very tentative and polite the amenities are always kept up and I have not had a single problem here. I always recommend Parkview to everyone who is asking.

These apartments were fine until I moved out. They are money grubbing and liars. I moved out August of 2019, I gave them over 60 day notice, I understand having to pay that final bill with a little bit of utilities and rent...BUT they charged us an outrageous bill because the AC broke twice while I rented from them, both times in the heat of a blistering Texas summer. Once at the beginning of my rent, and second time near the end. We were assured by maintenance and the management we would not have extra charges due to the overwhelming amount of electricity the window AC unit needed to cool down 1 room. Well of course they lied, then we were being told that they never said we didnt have to pay, and we were in the wrong. The other thing they lied about was the pet deposit. When I moved in I asked what the pet deposit covered, they said everything to the dollar amount...apparently not. I cleaned a carpet stain left by my dog (It was dirt) on move out day pretty damn well. After I got my final bill, I called and asked why they were charging me $300 for pet fee, when the pet deposit should be covering any messes. They decided to once again lie and tell me they never said that, and the messes (plural) were so bad they had to replace the carpet in the apartment. I asked for pictures, they refused to provide. So yeah, I wouldnt rent from these people unless you want to be cheated and lied too.And parking is absolutely terrible, if youre coming home after 8 PM, and you live in a building in the back, be prepared to park real far and walk.

Living at Parkview has been a real pleasure the Mangers are very nice and they had a pool party today for the residence with drinks , pizza , hot dogs and a 🎥 I moved out here in Dec 2018 and it has been great !!! Compared to my last residence on Heatherwilde the management is hands on and Jamie & Christal are awesome and if. I new someone who need a home I would recommend Parkview Place , Georgetown. We Love living here. My family and I would never live any where else. We love the Apt Manager and Asst Manager. Those ladies dont treat you just as a tenant,they treat and care for you like your part of a family. We are not moving until August, but we went in this week to get ahead start on apartment hunting. The girls in the office had the best attitudes. This apartment complex is in a great location. Will definitely be back.

Just a suggestion. I think that during the fist few days of the month when people are trying to come pay their rent you should always have someone in the office. It is Saturday November 2nd and just the few minutes Ive been sitting in front of the office several people have come to pay their rent and the office is closed. The sign on the door says they are out showing an apartment and they will be back at 8:30am but its 2 in the afternoon.

Please, please look elsewhere. The management stops caring once your contract is finalized. My rent has been raised over $200 in a span of five years, and ZERO improvements have been made to my apartment in that time that might warrant such an increase. Doors fall off of their hinges, 75% of our electrical outlets are faulty or plain dont work, appliances are old and dysfunctional, the vents spew dust over everything - and thats just the start. Worst of all is that requests for basic maintenance go completely ignored. For a month now the stairwell of my building has had broken lights, which makes coming home at night unsettling and dangerous. NO effort has gone into fixing this.I can deal with loud neighbors, dog poop in the grass, and other general joys of apartment living that the management has no control over. I understand they arent omnipotent. But they run it entirely like a cash grab business with no true desire to see their tenants comfortable or even *safe*, and that is beyond disappointing. Im moving as soon as possible and will be thrilled to get out of here.

I came in while hunting for the perfect apartment and not only found a great floor plan but the staff was awesome. Definitely a place I could call home.

Baloney! This place is pretty bad, the maintenance man Frank is useless! He drives his golf cart around all day and doesn’t fix anything! I’ve had to call the on call before and he got mad, and told me I had to wait until he got to work the next day (never showed) I had to eventually wait a while. He is extremely rude too. I usually never have a problem with the office and they are nice ladies. I don’t know the new maintenance guy but he is very nice and always eager to help and always says hi. Can’t wait to move out of this place!

This place has great customer service. Jami is amazing, fun and nice. I went to other apartment complexes and this by far had the nicest employees.

Bribe people with gift cards for 5 star reviews... how bad of a complex do you have to be to bribe people? My friend wanted to move here but I told her to run away from this place. People who work here are on the large side and lazy. Saw Frank drive from one building to the next. Damn shame.

What a great place to live in Georgetown! Ive lived here for two years, and as others have said, the management team (Kristine and Jami) and maintenance team (Frank) are great people with roots in Georgetown, and are always happy to help with even the smallest issues. The management team has also hosted several community gatherings in the last year, with free food, movies, and prizes for residents.Rent is very competitive within the growing area, while offering a nice dog park for residents, numerous outside grills (youll never have to worry about one being available), a clean pool and a larger pool side grill.The apartment gym has free weights (dumbells, bench press, squat rack), which is usually not found in many apartment communities, as well as treadmill, elliptical, and yoga balls - allowed me to easily save money and skip the outside gym membership.The complex is in a great location, just a walk away from the Georgetown recreational center, San Gabriel Park and river, and San Gabriel River (in the summer you can fish or swim). It is a short drive from Georgetown Town Square, two HEBs, and Wolf Ranch shopping plaza. We were easily able to take our dog for long walks, run to the grocery store for last minute items, and find a place to enjoy the day without traveling far.Some older reviews mentioned issues with timeliness of maintenance, but I know the complex hired additional maintenance staff and fixed this.Overall, if youre new to the area and looking for an apartment, or even been in Georgetown for a while and looking to switch places like I was, it is definitely worth your time to stop by and check out Parkview Place.-Ben M

I got towed while watching my girlfriends apartment for the night. Their visitor parking was full, and there was 5 open spots near and close to the front of my girlfriends apartment building. I woke up at 6:45 A.M before work at 8 A.M to see 4 open spots around where my car was parked. They do not issue guest passes for parking here, Parkview Place has an abiding contract with the towing company, so they get a certain percentage for each car they tow. I understand it is close to the high-school so people might abuse the parking lot... but it is summer right now. There is no reason to tow someone, unless they could not park... I parked in my girlfriends normal spot, so nobody should have minded where I was at. I have recommended these apartments in the past, and I will no longer forward leasing agents to these apartments. Management has issues, and my girlfriends apartment has German cockroaches due to her neighbors, and the lack of pest control services that they were issued by maintenance. This place is not a business you should invest towards. Lease to own, buy land, stay away from corrupt apartment complexes, that only care about taking your money. I am not the guy who tends to complain because I take responsibility for my own actions. Been a tenant for years now and wouldn’t trade them for anything. We’ve also been 3rd floor tenants and we’ve seen neighbors come and go and on top of the friendly neighbors we get the friendliest staff. You can tell Kristine (who we’ve known the whole time we’ve been here) and the newer manager Jamie thoroughly enjoy what they do as their mannerisms and meaner makes you feel as if you are family and know matter what type of day they’re having they always have smiling faces. I can’t say we have had any issues in the years we’ve been here except for towing but hey thats our fault as there’s PLENTY of space around building 4 (where people should be parking) I went in one day and saw a visitor upset over(sorry whomever you visited didn’t tell you where to park or maybe they did and you didn’t listen🤷‍♀️) it and been there for so long I KNOW for a fact that they get absolutely nothing out of the towing company coming to tow vehicles. No people they do not have some kind of contract with them so stop blaming them for whomever you’re visiting or extra vehicles being towed when it is simply that easy to get a numbered parking space!! We have had a 2 and a 3 bedroom and we have had one vehicle at one time and than 2 and they even gave us a parking pass for A short time while we were selling one of ur vehicle. They are not stingy with the parking it is simply you’re lack of irresponsibly!We really love the pool and how it is mesquito free as they obviously take time in making sure they have a consistent big repellent company they go through(we’ve also never had any problems in our apartment).I simply cannot do this review without mentioning the maintenance guy. Not only is he top notch on top of everything and anything- he’s right there as quick as he can get and stays in contact. Poor maintenance guy can’t even see my dog without him wanting to play with him(they say dogs have good judge in cherschter👍)! He makes us feel like family as well as who wouldn’t like someone who’s good to their fur baby?Let’s not forget the space you get for your money! In the different apartments we’ve stayed in compared to other apartments I see that my friends live in.. We live in a mansion compared to the tiny box that they get for their over $1000 monthly rent of a one before or efficiency.Thank you guys for all of your hard work and the hospitality you have provided my family through out the years! Decent place. People need to be more responsible with pets and cleaning up after them. Lived there from September 2014 to March 2015.

I applied for a apatapart here in June for me and my kids , I had to do 2 application fees of $75 dollars a piece. Which was unrefundable and I was ok with that. Because it was their policy. But when I was not approved they also kept my $125 admin fee. No where in writing did they so that this was non refundable. Im a single mother. I didnt have $350 to throw away.

If it wasnt for frank, who is the matiance worker, I probably would have moved out a looong time ago, our ac went out after closing and he immediately came to the rescue. Anytime I need something, I ask him and he does what he can asap. Iv never lived in an apartment complex where I trusted staff and witness a genuinely kind worker who actually gets the job done right the first time.

I am 19 and my boyfriend is 20. We signed our lease in October 2017, both of us are on the lease. From the start we haven’t gotten the same respect as the other tentants. I don’t know why, but i assume it’s because of our age. I pay bills like every other person in this complex, I deserve the same amount of respect they get. Which honestly probably isn’t much either.1. I lived on the third floor. My downstairs neighbor was used to no noise of any kind since no one had lived in my apartment for months. Any little noise was a problem to him. I had to ask permission to vacuum my own living room just so he wouldn’t be mad. He ended up yelling at me, cussing me out and saying something about my age. Cops showed up and he was given a verbal warning to basically cut it out. However, parkview decided to move ME. I had to pack and move in 3 days to a different unit AND they wanted me to pay for BOTH APARTMENTS for a month. Where’s the logic?2. Maintence. Or lack thereof. For this entire complex, all 10 Buildings, there is one person. Frank.I get that Frank has to deal with all the apartments, that they’re understaffed and he’s most likely doing all he can, but when water is leaking in my apartment for a month continuously and no one comes to fix it, what exactly is he doing? He came and fixed it eventually, took 5 minutes. Now, I don’t have hot water for laundry. One thing got fixed, another broke. If you live here, get used to that. Even when there was 2 maintence guys, nothing ever got fixed. I lived in an apartment where the previous renters broke the window. There was a board nailed over the window. They promised it would be fixed within a week or me moving in. I was reminding them CONSTANTLY. 7 months later, when i had to move units because of the downstairs neighbor, it was fixed a day after i moved out. Are you serious?3. Parking. They give you an option to rent a parking space for 15$ a month, or use the “reserved” space with no number on it indicating that someone’s rents it. They informed me if someone doesn’t have a parking sticker, they need to be parked in a spot marked “visitor” or I could have them towed. 6 times, i’ve come home around 7/8 and not a single space has been open due to MULTIPLE cars not having a sticker, but parking in the reserved section. When I called to get them towed, they said only residents that rent a spot can call and actually get someone towed. Okay.4. Quality. Honestly, these apartments finesse you. The showroom apartment is upgraded fully. Ceiling fans, backsplash in the kitchen, blinds, fridge and stove, carpets, counters.. all of it is upgraded way above what they sell you. It’s painted (which you aren’t allowed to do), so it’s all one big finesse. On top of that, these apartments wiring and electric are all kinds of messed up. Lights always short out, whether they don’t turn on for days or hours. It happens EVERYWHERE in the house. There hasn’t been a single room where a light hasn’t shorted out. Talking to other tentants, it happens to them too.5. Pests. On your rent bill, there will be a 4$ pest fee that ALL renters pay. I’ve talked to other renters, they all are having the same problem as me. Roaches, ants and other bugs are ALWAYS in my apartment. I had to empty my entire pantry, everything except cans was ruined due to ants and other bugs. It’s not because i have a dirty house. I’m OCD diagnosed and because of that it says clean. So have they even been spraying for bugs?I could go on, but this is already long enough.

Zero free parking. Its A real problem. Dont live here thay will try to nickel and dime you to death.
