I had the contractor my home warranty uses to come out and give me an REPAIR estimate of almost $8000.00 for my AC, no other option. I wanted a second opinion, and called Chris at 6:45 Friday night, he came out the next day. He informed me that I probably have another year for my current AC, and gave me current pricing information about replacing the unit. He will charge me for an entire new system for less than the other company was charging for repairing my existing system. Best of all he got my AC working THAT DAY, after not having AC for two weeks!! I will definitely be contacting him again when Im ready to replace my unit.

Our outside unit went out and we were pretty sure it was the capacitor. Chris and his assistant were very courteous and efficient. My very expensive thermostat had never worked properly and the original installer refused to replace it, or provide me with the information I needed to have it replaced. My air conditioner would go off and the thermostat would go completely blank. I had to call him to fix what was going on. His explanation was always to guilt trip me and tell me I had failed to properly maintain or have it serviced. He said the thermostat was fine-it was all my fault. This summer it began turning off most of the day-just going blank at the thermostat.I finally called Miller Climate. Chris careful assessed the situation, and asked that I be patient while he checked all the boxes and crossed all the Ts. In the end he said the thermostat was defective and based on my description, always had been. It took a while, but he received the replacement unit under warranty, and came this week to install it, blow out my drip line-which was a mess!, and everything has been up and running perfectly!He has to drive from Georgetown to central Austin, so I feel a bit guilty for taking so much of his time for such a small fee, but I do not regret calling him and having my expensive AC system and $500 thermostat working properly for the first time since it was installed.

We have been a client of Miller Climate control for years! In the Texas heat we need to know our AC units are running at their very best! We have a maintenance plan with Miller and weve had no issue with our until so far. We always have same day service and they are always on time. As long as Miller Climate is in business we will be a client!

Fantastic service! We’ve had an issue with our air conditioning not cooling down to the temperature we set the thermostat at. This is the second company we had come out to fix our issue. The first company was here for hours and couldn’t find the root cause and told us they thought the issue was within the inside unit. Miller Climate Control figured out the issue within the first 20 minutes of being here and went on to fix it that same day! The issue was not within the inside unit but rather the outside part. We’re not sweating in the house anymore when the temperature rises!!!

They were on time, quick and professional! I have recommended Miller Climate Control to everyone I know, even those who dont need any repairs. They walked us through all of the potential Central air units we could install and gave us the ups and downs of each unit. Originally we were thinking we wanted to over size due to how cool we like to keep it thinking it would drop our electricity costs. They showed us where and how the right size unit would save us more money and do exactly what we wanted it to do. They even balanced out our house so the whole house is the same temperature all the time!

When my AC unit blew last summer, with over 100 degree days,, although it was obvious the entire system had to be replaced, the technician tried to put as much coolant in the unit at no charge to try and give me some cool air until the new unit could be delivered. The team at Miller was thorough in explaining all my options and making recommendations for my needs along with financing options. In order to make my life more comfortable the few days it took to order the system, they offered to bring in fans, told me where I could get an inexpensive window unit and they would install it for me if I wanted. Once the parts were delivered they were able to install inside and out in less than a day. Very courteous and helpful. I am very pleased with the service I received and the followup after the installation

The personnel from Miller’s were punctual, clean and professional. The equipment is delivering the proper temperatures and is quiet. Chris was very easy and enjoyable to do business with. Some aspects of the computer tracking and nest controls will be challenging, but that may be something that is a normal learning curve issue. I would highly recommend Miller Climate control as a reasonably priced and quality program to anyone considering a new A/C & system.

I had a surge of power one evening. I reset all clocks, internet, tv., I thought all was fine. I noticed the next day it was getting warmer in the main living area. I turned the temperature on the air conditioner cooler, thinking it was from the extreme heat we were experiencing. By 10:00pm I saw it was now 80 even though I had it set at 76. The next morning at 7:00am I called Miller Climate Control since I didn’t hear the unit turning on. I spoke with the owner Chris Miller . He said he could get to me between 12 noon and 3:00pm. I thought that was great, I have had to wait days before. Then I received a call from him saying my house was on his way to work so he could swing by first. He was here around 8:00 am. He troubleshooted what the problem was. He had to pick up the part But would return. By 1:00pm that afternoon my air conditioner was up & running. Great customer service. I would highly recommend!

Weve been using Miller Climate Control for a couple of years now for the routine maintenance on our home HVAC system. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem when our coil was corroded and leaking. He took care of all the warranty issues and replaced the bad coil with a new one within a week. Our experience has been so good with them that we called them when we needed a mini-split system installed in my husbands office. Cesar, the installer, did a very clean install and provided a thorough explanation of the systems operation and basic maintenance. Chris and Cesar are both professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

They installed a new AC unit at my rental property, did a service call at my home, and actually called me to remind me my rental property was passed due for a free tune up on the AC unit they installed. There was a minor glitch/confusion with scheduling but Mr Miller came out after hours to take care of it. I feel Mr Miller is truly concerned about the quality of service he provides. We had a home warranty company trying to deal with our broken A/C for 23 days until they finally decided to contract Chris Miller and his company to come and handle our issue. Chris was not only quick to repair the issue, but the most knowledgable on the issues we were having. On top of that, Chris would keep us updated on what happened when he came to the home, and if he didnt have the proper parts to fix it the first time, he would come back early the very next day. I would recommend anyone who is having issues with their air conditioning to use this service!
