I received below response to sharing my experience and while I understand his effort to minimize this negative review and protect his employees - my experience stands as stated, I did not change what they told me, I made notes and retold accurately.So, for clarification -#1)I spoke to the female who was answering & scheduling appts on Tuesday morning. When I asked her for her name, Kelsy is what I was told. I would have used the correct name - had it been given to me.#2) Please read other reviews on other sites - many other folks have had the same experience I have had - no shows, too busy, dont care etc etc.#3) I was not home on Tuesday to receive or confirm any appointment - I was at work in Temple from 8:30am - 3:30pm? false statement.Updated: 9/2 = Nadynne Moore----------------I have never felt more offended and undervalued as a customer. They are too busy and have significant scheduling problems. They set my appt for Monday 8/24, no show and no call. I called them Tuesday to ask what happened and was told by Kelsy they are very busy right now and did not have time for my appt. She told me someone would be out Wednesday the 26th - expect a call that morning to advise time. No call received Wednesday morning, so I called them - only to be told they were too busy to see me and I had to wait another week. I reminded her that I already waited over a week for the first appt that they stood me up on - no apology, no show of concern, did not matter.So I called other Campbells locations - eventually spoke to a Tess, who was VERY Indigent and unmoved by the fact that the company stood me up twice that week and that this experience was the same as when they installed my new unit. She made me feel like it was MY ISSUE that they were too busy to keep their commitments, and I was being unreasonable when I asked her for a new appointment date!! Said I had to wait until next week until they would set my appt. Promised to call me on MONDAY 8/31 - of course no call. Again - no apology, or even concern for my time. Just left me with a feeling That They Were Doing Me a Favor in Taking My CallDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE - THEY TRULY HAVE NO ABILITY TO KEEP THEIR COMMITMENTS, AND NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS TIME.

I have absolutely nothing positive to contribute about Campbell Heating and Air. They re-worked a system in out house and did it wrong to the point it all had to be re done by another company. In addition, they used all “scrap” parts that were found to be taped together in the attic. Bringing this to the attention of management, they came out and were exceptionally rude (to the point they were asked to leave). We ended up not only having to pay Campbell but also paying another company to re do all the work again. This is a very common complaint when looking on the community page. Do yourself a favor and look at reviews of other companies.. avoid campbell!TO THEIR RESPONSE:The installation was purchased under another family members name and I oversaw the install of the system and follow up visit. This is the correct company.

I have had a lot experience with different companies in the past and was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received from Campbells. They were punctual and respectful. I will gladly continue with Campbells in the future and highly recommend them.

I had a new compressor placed in an outdoor ice maker. The repairman was knowledgeable and fast but 3 1/2 months later the compressor weld popped and spewed smoke while I was standing there. Two weeks after their 90 day warranty expired! I called and they only offered to help me at full price. So I paid $600 for an ice maker to work for 14 weeks.

Came home from work Friday nite and no air. Called Campbell Appliance and they sent someone out that nite and had someone out the very next day to replace my air conditioner. Everyone from the start to the finish were all super helpful.

Very bad experience today. Called them about my washerand drying 2 weeks ago they said that they will come out the next week on a Tuesday they called and said that where to busy and we pushed it back to Friday. They called the Friday and said it was still to busy and pushed it back to the next week on Tuesday but they rescheduled it again Thursday. Finally the guy comes. He was professional and he came in but after I invited him in he kept looking at my body I felt very uncomfortable he was very nice and told me what was wrong with both my washer and dryer he told me it was going to be $405 to get the wash machine fix and that the dryer was ok. I was told that Since they had to reschedule it so many times that I would get $25 off the fee for them to come look at it and $25 for them to do the service on it. We did not get the service done on it we were just gonna buy a new washing machine but he still charge me full price for them to come look at it I am very upset when I called them to tell them about it they told me that they didnt have it down for my $25 offer that all I got was$25 off the service and that I had to pay full price really upset with my experience today never coming back.

Campbells has been my go to guy for both refrigerator and air conditioning work. I know they are not the cheapest but they always come on time and when they leave the stuff works. With my crazy schedule it is worth it to hire true pros.

I used these guys based on the recent review on Jan 14th. I had an issue where the flow of cold air was not even throughout the house. The bedroom was barely blowing air and the living room was freezing. So I set up an appointment with these guys.The technician suggested a mixer box which costs almost $500 bucks mind you. I told him I dont think thatll fix it, since the other units in my apartment complex dont have this. He said he was sure he would fix it so I said okay.After he installed it, there was no improvement. I called to have another technician come out to look at it but every time I called, if I said the words I just had someone come out and work on my place... I would get hung up on. This happened several times.Eventually I got through to someone who cared and she had someone else come out. He said there was nothing he could do. So now Im left spending almost $500 with no improvement.They should give me a refund. Try someone else.

When I called for an appointment with this company for a repair man to adjust my washing machine level, I was told a service call was $55. The repairman attempted to adjust level without completing the adjustment. He was at my home less than 1 hour and charged me $193. I think that is an outrageous amount. I caution anyone to use this company. They are very deceptive.

Absolutely hands down the worst company I have dealt with in Georgetown texas. If you want to pay double for your parts and get charged an extravagant amount you have found the right company.I was given a price of 1850.00 for a coil that cost less then 900 dollars. When I enquired they were rude and would not refund my deposit. I even called the distributor up and was told they would gladly take the part backBUYER BEWARE.You will lose your shirt with this company!!!
