I had ABC come out and clean my windows. We have over 30 windows and they cleaned in and out quickly and efficiently. They were early which was great. Professional gentleman that did an amazing job. Windows look fantastic, we have been in the house a little over a year and it was amazing to see the difference it made. Now that construction in our neighborhood is slowing down we will get on a schedule with them to clean the windows. Would highly recommend this service with ABC.

Pest control was done today at my employer’s home in Summercrest…specifically ANTS, which has been a serious issue recently but Scott S. at ABC was just super in treating both the inside and outside. He was diligent and took his time in areas I had pointed out where there were trails of them. Very thorough technician, I highly recommend this pest service!!!

We use ABC for multiple services. Today Alton came and did our pest control and termite inspection. He was excellent. Very professional and kind. I always recommend ABC home abs commercial services.

As a first time customer of ABC, I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I called on a Friday morning with an air conditioning issue. They were extremely responsive and got someone out that afternoon to address the problem. The technician (Marc Dziak) explained everything he discovered with our system and was very patient. He actually solved the problem that day on one visit and got our system cooling again. What made it even more impressive was the fact that the first company I called were trying to charge four times as much for something that wasn’t even the actual issue. To make matters worse, that company said they had to order parts and it would be a week or two without AC during the Texas summer! I cannot say thank you enough to Mark and ABC for their honesty, professionalism, integrity, and know how!!! I won’t hesitate to call them for my next home repair need, or to recommend them to others based on this experience.

Well, I had a gentleman by the name of Andrew Montgomery who was awesome the first time he came out but I still had an AC and now had an electrical breaker problem it seemed. The Mrs at my house was bothered, we were uncomfortable in our need to work from home and I needed something to happen. I called in quite a few times (just to make sure info was being passed on) and yesterday afternoon there was an Angel who answered (Dana) who made a difference; she just sounded like she really cared about my situation as she tried to reach dispatch, a manager and anything to get me a solution. The more upset I felt and detail I gave , the more helpful she became as she just sounded more empathetic than anyone I had talked to as a customer. It made me feel it was going to be alright. After a warm night , and hearing from a guy who said someone would try to get me on the schedule (My AC/Breaker wasnt working in August - and he was letting me know he couldnt promise anything). Well, very long story short, Andrew (from the south) said that he partnered with his supervisor he was going to make another trip up to to my home to make it right. He was even able to find a little issue upstairs which may have been the difference. I hope that I stay working at least until we make it out of August but as a result of those 2( and the spv), they may have a customer in me for as long as they will have/put with me for my home year around Heating/AC maintenance needs. **Sign up for the year around plan like I did - It pays for itself!. The only people that would do the job and do extensive sub-floor rework. Not water damage specialist, not plumber, not construction. If you need serious home repair these people will do it well.

Had a Moen Posi-Temp Single Handle shower faucet cartridge replaced at one of our investment properties as the shower would not completely turn off. Part is a Moen 1222 B, can be purchased on Amazon for $25-$50. Service tech was at the house for 20 minutes max, arrival to departure. Service tech did the work, was professional, but the bill was $309.33!!! I know plumbing repairs are expensive, but thats a complete fleecing. Would not recommend unless you dont mind overpaying for plumbing services.

Fernando is Super!! He is professional in all his services. He sweeps the eaves for spider nests and wasps. He baits the yard for roaches and bugs, and sprays the complete perimeter of our home for prevention of bugs. He talks to us to determine if problems have been seen and actively listens for the best prevention for future. He is very personal and you can truly rely on him for the best service. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

For Weekly Pool Service:We’ve had several people from ABC help maintain our pool over the past 2.5 years. Jeremy Mitchell has been here the most and he is the greatest to work with!!! He’s always upbeat, energetic and helpful with any questions we might have. Overall, we’ve been pleased with the pool service we’ve been provided. And Jeremy is a shining star for ABC.

Keith was very knowledgeable about our sprinkler system, he didn’t give up up till he found the problem. He’s a real asset to the company.

We recently bought a house in Bertram TX. After contacting there very friendly staff when setting up the account and appointment it was apparent this is a great company. They rescheduled our service due to so closing date changes on the house and where very kind and understanding about it. The day they came out they explained why they where doing each treatment and the New House treatment plan covers everything. They are very professional and we had a amazing experience with them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and a great price.

If youre not using ABC Commercial Services, then youre paying the same price and getting much less than first-class service!-My air-conditioner went out on a Friday night (it seems as though they never go out on a Monday morning) I called ABC Commercial Services at 8 PM on a Friday night.-First off, I got a hold of the customer representative by the name of Amber who was the most pleasant, knowledgeable, proactive and reassuring customer rep I have ever dealt with in any company. She got a technician scheduled (Ramon Guerra), called me back to let me know when he would arrive, what he would do, give my air conditioning a complete inspection and let me know if there were any other problems and provide me a quote before he proceeded any further. She was fantastic, reassuring and pleasant.-And now for the most important part of that service call !!Mr. Ramon Guerra called me, told me what time he would show up and he showed up on time. He then went through a thorough inspection of my air-conditioner while I accompanied him and he explained everything he was doing. At the conclusion of the inspection, Mr. Ramon Guerra and I both reached the conclusion I probably needed a new air conditioner {PS: I am a Registered Professional Engineer ). Then Mr. Ramon Guerra suggested one more diagnostic. He found the leak where the Freon was coming out and replaced part. PROBLEM SOLVED !!-Mr. Ramon Guerra was exceptionally honest, technically proficient, had one of the most charismatic personalities Ive seen a long time, a staunch supporter- employee of ABC Commercial Services/Bobby Jenkins and provided me with a complete sense that the best solution was accomplished and I was dealing with a man of complete integrity.-Mr. Ramon Guerra could have easily sold me a $10,000 air-conditioner. Instead he stayed with the problem until it was diagnosed completely, fixed the problem, and provided me with a complete sense of confidence that I had been treated honestly and my service was of the utmost technical proficiency..ABC Home and Commercial Services come as close as you possibly can to actually making me feel relaxed when something goes wrong in my house (even if its late at night on the weekend). They make the experience almost enjoyable.

They are absolutely horrible. Charge for things they do not do. Say they have performed maintenance on our mosquito misting system. NEVER have the parts to repair the nozzles. They ALWAYS say they will be back to repair. STILL waiting on that ship to land.Do your self a favor DONT get bitten by these guys.God help you if you get put on hold, the corny muzak will drive you crazy!!!!

Always getting a great service with ABC

This company is by far the worst pest control company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. It’s not worth my time to really ask but I would love to know who is training these people. There seems to be no consistent game plan as to how they’re going to get rid of the rodents in our building. If you want your problem taken care of right hire someone else and Stick to a pest control company that is in the Business of dealing with “JUST” pests. There’s a famous saying that reminds me of this company. “JACK OF ALL TRADES, MASTER OF NONE”. Don’t hire ABC they just waste your time and money. They wasted my time and money with no results.

The technician was on time. Very friendly. Understood my concerns.
