Sunday night 7pm our AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Comfort Plus, spoke to their answering service, and received a call back within 15 minutes from their night side supervisor.We were able to schedule a Technician to come out next day between 8-10am (showed up at 8am)Monday Morning Jim came out , diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and then proceeded to replace the contact element.From a pricing perspective, Comfort Plus was extremely fair. They waived their after hours diagnostic fee and Jim was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Cant tell you how pleased I was with the overall service provided.I highly recommend Comfort Plus Services for all you AC/Heat needs, including annual maintenance.

This company gets it!! We had our AC system replaced last month by Comfort Plus and we are absolutely delighted with the entire experience! Mike came promptly after my call and carefully assessed our needs which included expanding our ductwork for improved airflow. The cost was quite reasonable considering the work and equipment involved. Next, the install team showed up right on time and began setting up right away by covering their shoes and placing tarps on my floors to protect them. They worked like a machine installing the system and modifying my ductwork. They were beyond polite and so very respectful of my home and my family assuring no possible hazards and warning us of excessive noise. Most of all, they left my home looking like they were never even here!! They cleaned up every little bit of debris and cleaned up any mess they may have created. The system was installed to perfection based on my experience as an HVAC technician in my past. It has performed flawlessly and is already saving us money!! If you need ANY work done on your HVAC system, this is the company to call without a doubt !!! We are forever customers from this point forward!!!

Mike from Comfort Plus serviced my fathers boiler last Thursday, and did a superb job. After a thorough cleaning, Mike checked the operation/efficiently of the unit. He quickly diagnosed an issue with the burner, which he repaired in short order. The repair involved removing and replacing the fuel nozzle on the Beckett Burner, which improved the flow pattern and efficiency of the burner. The burner sounds better, burns cleaner, and will likely use less fuel. Our Thanks to Mike, and Comfort Plus for a job well done.Ron Bisson

Jim has performed preventive maintenance on my heat pump twice. All the techs are great but Jim stands out. Kudos to all. He even changed my filters saving me a trip up ladder to 10 foot ceilings.
