Outstanding food and service!! Great presentation!! Had company for the weekend. We ate there last night and they enjoyed it so much that we ate there again today!! Pictured is the Citrus Salmon & Fresno Salad and the Round Rock Donut Bread Pudding.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY ORDERED A PART FOR MY WASHER IN AUGUST. SAID WOULD BE A 2 WEEK TIME PERIOD. LATER WAS TOLD IT WAS GOING TO BE LATE NOVEMBER. ENDED UP ORDERING AND INSTALLING WITH OTHER COMPANY. (WHO CAN GO WITHOUT A WASHER FOR 3 MONTHS!) NOW THEY CONTINUE TO BILL ME $341.49 FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS. THEY HAVE NO LIVE PERSON TO TALK WITH . LOCAL PEOPLE HIDE THEIR NUMBERS SO YOU CANT REACH WITH ANY PROBLEMS. DONT USE THEM. Owner if you want to respond my service date was 8/14. Service order 4210923. Service Number 000814742109231 Look me up and we can fix this. If not then we know you are not responsive. Also FYI I dont do facebook so please dont ask for me to contact you through that like you did with other bad reviews.

I contacted Sears Service Repair to request a replacement for the broken ice maker in my Sears Kenmore Elite. They said there would be a $169 diagnostic fee. I asked if that fee is then applied toward the repair work and was told yes. The serviceman came out 12-11-20 and told me my ice maker was broken and there was no replacement part available, it was not mnfg. anymore. I called Sears Parts Dept. and the clerk gave me a parts number which my serviceman then ordered. The total bill then came to $480.92 and the $169 diagnostic fee was not applied to the final bill. I knew the ice maker was broken, told them so and yet they are charging a $169 diagnostic fee on top of labor fees. I cannot resolve this with the 800 numbers and am feeling like I am a stooge in a bait and switch. Sears has reduced itself to criminal practices in order to stay afloat.

My water softener was given an annual check up. The person who did the service did a very good job. He was friendly and courteous, showed up on time, and assured the softener was working fine.

Between April 2020 and October 1, 2020, Sears has been out four times to repair my Sears Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Each time Ive been told it was repaired. Each time it wasnt. Ive lost count of how much food Ive lost. Its down again!The biggest nightmare is trying to reach someone on the phone. When I did reach someone, they would tell me they could not help me because they were sales only. They would give me another number. When I called that number, they would say they were the wrong department and give me the original number I had called. They kept running me in circles. In three days, I was on the phone on hold for over 7 hours. The first time, I was on hold for 2:37 minutes and finally hung up. Next day, 2.32 and they cut me off without answering. Later that day, I called and got through to a guy. He said he could help me, but that he would have to talk to his supervisor. He put me on hold and it threw me back into the same waiting cue. After 2.40 minutes - again, cut off. I called back again to the same number and to my amazement, a guy answered immediately. When I told him why I was calling, he said he was sales only. He was going to transfer me - just like the others did - and I asked him to please not transfer me. I told him about the difficulty I was having and he took the time to look at my account. He told me that Sears had already authorized a replacement and the credit was on my account.That was good news. The bad news - to get a replacement equal to what I have, I will have to invest $800. The salesman at the local Sears Homestore told me I might be able to get the amount increased. Ive tried to call back, but - as always - I cant reach anyone. If I could get the credit issued to me in cash, I would go somewhere else. I have always bought all my appliances at Sears.No more! Oh, I forgot one more thing - the replacement refrigerator has to be ordered and will not arrive until mid-December. It is now October 12. I have to wait over TWO MONTHS for a refrigerator. And the salesman said they have to have the old one for parts. So I have a refrigerator in my kitchen now that is completely non-functioning.Oh well, it has not functioned most of the time since April anyway.

We had our washer and dryer service, this was by far the best service person we have had from Sears! Efficient, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and on time!!

My valve cover was leaking oil on my riding mower so it was smoking. Had Sears come fix it. After using it once still seemed smokey. I figured it was oil still burning off. Got worse after another use. I used it again and then looked to verify it was still the same issue and leaking from the same place. I didnt call them back asap, I finally called about 3 months after to tell them. Now they dont service my brand anymore? Gave me another number to call but Ive already been bounced around, I dont want their help any more. Looked at the issue myself and the gasket was not placed on correctly. The tech tried to replace the gasket without removing the manifold so the gasket was not seated straight on the bottom side, due to the forced angle. Its an $8 gasket. A competent tech could have done the job right in about 30 mins. They charged me $200 for this service that I now have to redo myself, for $8 and 30 mins. I hope this post helps your service decision!

I was disappointed that Sears no longer does any kind of cleaning with their service warranty otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Wont be renewing my service warranty once it expires next year.
