I brought 5 people in, they quoted me $40 each for basic nails. Pics only of mine because my kids dont want me posting theirs. Ended up paying $60 each because ombré and magnetic paint is apparently designs and worth $20 more a set. When I walked in and asked for ombré the man literally said Good luck!, I thought he was joking because ombré is so simple, I thought every salon could do it. I tried to show the man doing my nails the shape I wanted and he flat out said No, the dont want to see it, I know how to do them and then completely didnt shape them how I wanted. They cut two of my fingers and left me with jagged nails and color all over my fingers that I cant even scrub off. They didnt even cover the whole nail on more than one. I tried to get them to fix them and they told me they were fine and didnt need more fixing that I was just being difficult. This is the worst set Ive ever gotten. I have never not tipped well for nails and today I just paid the $60 each and left.

Dewie did my birthday / wedding trial nails and he was spot on . I showed him a couple pictures and he made it so pretty! Will be using him again

Very frustrating to make the appointment, left me feeling not excited about trying them.Got to the appointment and they want to do extra services instead of just take off my gel nail polish that is barely left.I was rudly asked to leave, since they were not ables tonstart the manicure I asked for, but I am in the pedi station secufing thier moneys!!!No thank You!!So many more options in tiny Gainesville!!!

I received a gift certificate to here from my husband. I actually have never used this salon before. Scheduled my appointment for 5:30 then called back and moved it up for between 4:15/4:30. I show up at 4:31 and they refused to do my appointment. Said i was too late and to reschedule. Asked for my money back on my gift certificate and said No. now trying to sale my gift certificate because they were extremely hateful.

I was visiting the are and desperately needed a manicure and fill. They provided excellent customer service and I was very pleased with my mani/pedi. Both service techs were patient and listened to my requests. I never wear color on my hands, but this suggestion turned out to be a great choice. I will be back!

Vince did an outstanding job on my powder dipped nails three weeks ago. They looked good for almost three weeks. He and the other nail technicians were much friendlier than two other nearby places I went before! This is a big deal to me. 😏

Had my nails done and rushed the entire time didn’t know what they were doing and had my nails shorter and longer then the other. I do not recommend this place. But they do have a lot of good variety of nail polish colors.

Dewey did wonderful on my pedicure & the massage was phenomenal! Vince did my manicure, which was done even better than I expected! I am living far away from Gainesville, but no matter how far is it. I still come whenever I need to get my nails done. Those are the dipping powder and Swarovski bright stones. I always happy to come and satisfy to leave under new management and new staffs.

Horrible! Usually I love this place an the workers, but my last visit was horrible. Rachel did my nails an she did a piss poor job at it..! They look horrible. They wasnt placed right, most of them are crooked, an I had her paint them white which is what I asked for but by the next day they have turned a gross peach color. Will not be coming back.

This is the worst place I have ever been too! At first I thought this is nice place nice chandelier cute kids chairs they serve wine or water if you ask for it. But then I got my nails done... the guy doing my nail was grinding my fingernail until it HURT! I said ow like 3 times and he told me dont move or I will cut your fingers and make you bleed. If that wasnt crazy enough I asked him to paint over my red nail Polish that he failed to REMOVE he said no I like it like that. So by this point Im in a situation where I feel I have no choice but to let him finish so I did. And one day later one nail falls off! Wow! Day two another falls OFF! AND NOW A THIRD! If I pay you 55$ to my nails and you have 10 years of experience I expect them to at LEAST stay ON! #WORSTNAILSALONEVERRR! #GETAREALJOB #YOUARENOGOODATTHATONE
