My call to Valley Support came when the hard drive in my wifes laptop started to die, and I had no where else to turn. This was the best call I could have made. Carlos walked me through a few quick diagnostic steps and confirmed my suspicion. He came the next day to pick up the laptop and had it back to me ready to go within 3 days. I did call one other shop and they had told me they could take a look at it in about a week to see what it needed. Then, about 6 weeks later the camera on the laptop stopped working. It was a Sunday night, right before my wife had an important work Zoom session the next day. I called Valley Support to leave a message for the next day, but Carlos answered the phone. He was able to log-in to the computer, check the problem. research the issue (a bad software update) and fix it remotely. All on a Sunday night. I am not saying this immediate action will always be the case, but he is quick, professional, and very easy to work with. Valley Support is our first call for any computer issues.

AWFUL. Charged almost double agreed amount, installed software I specifically said no to, and didnt even fix the problem. Came back to have him actually fix my laptop but then said I had waited too long (2 weeks) and that he would charge me again to fix it.

Great service super fast. I had paid HP support to help and all I got was the run around. I believe I could actually hear them laughing in the background as they took my money. My problem was an employee who was fired before he left changed the password on this personal computer. A full system reset would have been easy but I needed a data recovery because of irreplaceable pictures deceased mother. There are a lot of password recovery tools out there but I didnt want to risk losing any data. I rather let a professional handle the job. And he did. With todays built-in security on computers its not as easy as it looks in the movies and TV. So a great job done with just a one day turnover at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I have taken two computers in to Valley Support. I took my nieces laptop, which was a lower-end laptop and had several issues. Carlos fixed it up so that it ran like a new higher-end laptop. My niece is very happy. Then I took in my own desktop. It was full of malware and bugs. He cleaned it up, backed up all the files and and made other adjustments as per my requests. Now it runs very fast and is like a new computer. Trust is very important to Carlos and so he does the very best job possible for you.

The other day, my 5 year old laptop would not boot up. Basic diagnostic didnt turn up anything. After running a complete diagnostics, I discovered my hard drive was faulty. I found Valley Support nearby on Google Maps, searching for a nearby laptop repair location. I explained my issue to Carlos, who likewise ran diagnostics. He gave a few options to consider. Initially, I just wanted to recover my files and purchase a new laptop, but based on the options I thought the laptop might be worth saving. I told him to go ahead and replace the hard drive with a solid state drive (SSD). As it turned out, Carlos was able to recover all my files. He fixed my laptop to better than when I first bought it performance. The price was a little up there, but now that I wont be needing to pay for a new/replacement system, I dont mind so much. I found Carlos on Yelp. I brought him my 5 year old custom build with some new hardware to install, he had everything done the same day per my request. I did not know that the RAM i had in my system was not compatible with my new motherboard he called me right way and offered to go to a local electronics store and get RAM that was compatible with with my new motherboard. Yes, it was my laptops hard drive but he diagnosed the problem on the spot, gave me a very specific quote that compared to other companies I called was super reasonable, and my laptop was fixed within a couple of hours, and fixed better than when I first bought it. He will now be my go to computer guy.

Super quick service! I brought my laptop because I was having issues updating the software so I brought it in for a diagnostic check. It was then that I found out that I had over 300 viruses on my Windows 7 laptop. The diagnostic took about 2-3 minutes. Carlos removed all viruses, installed Windows 10, and installed a couple of new programs that would help my laptop run smoothly. He was able to do this in less than 4 hours for, what I think is a very great price for having a problem that I count fix myself, $150. I will definitely come back if I happen to have any other issues in the future!

Before moving to Fresno, I worked for a semiconductor manufacturer in the Silicon Valley. One day last week, my Windows 10 desktop computer decided not to boot to the desktop. I performed some Windows updates the day prior, and coincidentally, the computer would not boot to a state where I could try to return to a restoration point. So, it was time to try and find someone with the tech savvy to restore/repair it. After a quick search on the web, I identified Valley Support, as my choice, based on their customer ratings, and the content of said ratings. I called and talked to Carlos, who is a one man show. He listened to what I had to say about my issue, and suggested that I bring my computer in for a quick diagnosis. I took it in that same day, and had the pleasure of meeting, and speaking with, Carlos. He is very knowledgeable, and has a great understanding of the inner workings of computers and software. I left the computer with Carlos so that he could take a deeper look. I received an update from him later that same afternoon with the problem diagnosis. He, also, called to follow-up and suggested/recommended a data back-up, SSD drive to replace my corrupted hard drive, and a suite of beneficial software programs that would not only protect my computer, but also make it more efficient moving forward. Windows 10 would be re-installed as well. The cost of the repair, and software addition/installation, was extremely reasonable, and made a great deal of sense. I opted to go with his suggestion/recommendation. The work was completed in a couple of days, and exceeded my expectations. All the while he made sure that the impact on me was minimal. Customer service as it should be. Although the majority of my data was recovered, specific programs still had to be re-installed. Nothing out of the ordinary for a repair of this nature. I completed the program re-installation in a couple of days, and now have my fully functioning Windows 10 computer back. I had to call after the fact, and have him help me with a re-installation issue I encountered with my scanner. Again, he was very willing to help me with the issue, and resolved the issue over the phone. I cant begin to say enough about Carlos and his customer service, communication, and extremely high level of computer related knowledge. I highly recommend, without reservation, Carlos, and Valley Support, for any/all computer related issues that might present themselves.

I was so upset and basically threw money down the drain. Here they diagnosed & fixed any issues I had. All my data was backed up & my computer is like brand new again!

If youre like me, youll try and troubleshoot the problem yourself via Google until youre red in the face and ready to throw your computer out the window. Save yourself the hours of aggravation and just take it straight in to Carlos. He had my motherboard repaired by the next day, which was way cheaper and faster than buying a new one. Also, take him up on the software bundle. It saves you the time and hassle of installing all the necessary programs yourself!

Valley Support is fantastic and I highly recommend them. I have an HP lap top that was acting possessed and eventually wouldnt boot up at all. He was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, explained the problem in laymans terms quite well, gave me multiple options, provided additional wrap around services for a nominal fee, and was incredibly fast (my computer was fixed and back to me in 24 hours) and very reasonably priced considering how great and comprehensive the services were. The bottom line is I thought I was going to lose a fair amount of data on my lap top, and have to go out and get a new one that $700 when everything was done. Instead he recovered all of my data, repaired my lap top, swapped out the failing hard drive with an SSD hard drive, which has greatly improved performance) provided a suite of services where he loaded what he feels is the best anti virus, the best mal-ware, best video player, added spotify & drop box, and changed the start menu, which I had asked him to, he then backed all of my data on the computer in a folder and then did the same on a 16 gig USB drive and he did it all in a day and for about 40% less than the cost of a new lap top with better performance. I am recommending Carlos and Valley Support to all of my friends.

My laptop is my work so without I’m dead in the water with no income. I was so stressed about bringing it to anyone but based on his reviews I decided to try Valley Support. I’m so hopeful that Carlos can do his magic on my Sony Vaio. I tried to get a free diagnostic but then he said it would cost $150 to continue looking at it. So he basically doesnt do any free diagnostics and it most definitely is not a flat $75 rate. Dont get taken advantage of here.

Roughly a week ago, my anti-malware software was corrupted and I didnt reload the program right away. Totally MY bad! Fast forward one week and the windows settings for my WiFi adapter are corrupted. I have an out-of-town job interview on Monday morning, a ton of work for the weekend and no time to troubleshoot this problem.I went in at 2:00pm on a Friday. Carlos swept my computer for viruses and malware (it was ugly). Reconfigured the WiFi settings, cleaned up any unnecessary software and added a few convenience programs.
