I received an email saying thank you for renewing with a charge to my account $ 199 when I dont know who you are. I call the number they indicate and they tell me that to cancel I must be in front of my computer. They are scammers. Anyone know more about this? 😡😡

They are darn good folks. New what they were doing and polite

If I could give it zero Stars I would. Waited in line for 10 minutes with five associates standing around and not helping anybody. Then when I was asked what was wrong with my laptop I was told they couldnt help me and told me to go somewhere else.

The Geek Squad was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They mounted our tv and got our home theater to work with the tv. I will use them again in the future.

I hate the wait even work an appointment. But they always take good care of my computers.

Trash. Took my computer in and they kept it longer than promised, when I went to pick it up after they said they fixed the issue, I opened my laptop while in store to get the same error message. They kept it yet another 3 days and I just picked it up for the second time to get the same error message. Not worth the headache or the money. Go literally anywhere else.

I highly recommend never purchasing repair insurance through best buy Geek Squad. I purchased insurance for my phone through Geek Sqaud. I have been paying for this insurance for 17 months. I made a appointment for a phone repair through there 800 #. The repsentive scheduled a appointment for a week out. When I went on the scheduled appointment time the representative at the door told me it was for a different time. I took time off work and drove 20 miles for this appointment. He also wouldnt allow me to schedule another appointment and told me to try doing it online. Worse experience ever

Awful experience! I needed to do a data retrieval from my old phone and put it onto my new one, and they did not even try to help! One look at my phone, and it was, “we can’t do that. The screen has to work.” Well okay, first off, you can do it but you have to try. After that I asked, “is there a software that would be able to do the transfer?” Reply: “no.” NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! Poor customer service. :(

Guy over the phone said he could do a quick fix in store no charge. Then when I came in they told me we could fix it here but just to be safe we need to ship it to our repair facility and that cost $30 plus any repairs.

Paid a full $800 for a phone I wasnt very fond of. The next day, the phone I really wanted was restocked, so I took it back and only got 10% of my money back. It wasnt even in cash.

Terrible and deceiving customer service. Was told I would get my laptop back in 14 days. Its 18 days, and not only do I not have my laptop back. They havent even started the repair. Both Best Buy and Geek Squad cannot tell me when I will get my computer back and when they will start the repair. Now after signing and paying, Ive been told it may take 4 weeks. Every person I have talked to since paying for their service has been apathetic, confused and completely unhelpful.

If you need your computer desktop or laptop worked on get in touch with Fresno Tech Support. Much better and faster than GeekSquad they are a joke!
