Excellent service! Mr. Adam is an extremely nice professional and he knows what he’s doing. I came to change my iPhone battery after my phone died, but he didn’t have a new one so he offered to replace it with a used one till he gets a new one for the same price! I wish I could give this place a higher star count. We walked in on Sunday not realizing Adam was actually closed that day. He would not turn us away. Fixed my daughters phone screen in maybe 15 minutes tops and because my husband had used their services earlier in the week, hey gave us a discount. Adam was freaking awesome. He swapped my replacement craptacular phone for the same phone I had before. On top of this he was able to recover my files that no other store wanted to try without having to replace a screen that would have cost $200+. First, let me start by saying i am not very good with technology. Olivia was so helpful with setting up my new phone. she not only gave me a great deal on a iphone 7 cheaper than anywhere else but she actually sat down with me and took teh time to answer any questions I might have. Called for quote and metioned galaxy s8 like 4 times.. Was quoted $70 and was told to call back next day when screens come in. Called back today and there story was different aswell as the price... On top of that theu guy I spoke with was giving me attitude as if it was my fault.. He said I said galaxy s6 when i clearly said s8 4 times and she repeated it to the tech as well to give me a quote.. Very unprofessional .. Avoid this place.... Adam called back to apologize.. But didnt want to honor his price.. He got mad at me again as if I made the mistake.. Then went on to tell me for me to do what I want.. He said he remebers the quote but is not going to honor it.. Avoid this unprofessional place if you dont want to get ripped off... AVOID AT ALL COST...
