I felt so welcomed coming in here. Michael was a great help and really new his stuff. He was able to fix my broken screen quickly and it works like brand new! Had a Nintendo switch with broken pins on the motherboard for the sd card port. They were able to take the old component out and install a new one. Its been about two weeks now and is still working great! Great and precise work from these guys as the port itself is smaller than a penny.

Highly impressed! Saw a sign when shopping in Riverpark yesterday so went over to ask about the cost to repair my daughters smashed iPhone XR screen. Not only was the price better than anywhere else Id been quoted, they were just so friendly and efficient. Brought the phone in later that afternoon, repair was SO quick and the phone works perfectly now. Took in my sons ps4 due to it going on rest mode payed $167.98 to replace with 1tb drive. They stated it would be like a new ps4 took it home it wouldn’t read disc took it in 7/7/21 didn’t receive a call back from them so I called them back 7/12/21 said it would be ready same day or next nothing no call back. Decided to go back 7/15/21 3 days later for them to say it worked got tested in front of me nothing did not work, he asked for me to leave it one more day, came again 7/16/21 to be told it didn’t work if I wanted to replace disk drive ridiculous all they want is money and don’t have anything done rite in that place I could have bought my son a new PlayStation. The sad part is my son went to sleep crying because he had been patient for so long.(ps4 went into rest mode last year due to COVID everything was closed) Any recommendations on a shop that is reliable would be appreciated. Went here to get my laptop battery changed. Michael helped me and was awesome. I got my laptop back extremely quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone who has any issues with any of their devices whether its computers or phones.

Went in with my sons ps4 that had a broken hdmi slot. They quoted me some ridiculous $200+ estimate and I walked out knowing better. Took it to cyborg games on Belmont and got it fixed for $85 flat. Utec is ripping people off that dont know any better!!! Negative 5 stars for being scammers!!!

Went in to have my phone charger replaced. Turned out it just needed to be cleaned out. Patrick was very honest and did a great job cleaning it. My phone charger actually worked better than it did before. He saved me a ton of money. I would definitely recommend coming here for any electronic repair.

Went in to see if they could fix a 3D lamp that I ordered for my gf for Valentine’s Day. It was a custom piece so I wasn’t sure if they could do it, but sure enough they could. A little pricier than the competition but the professionalism and quality cannot be beat. Definitely recommended.

Super helpful and friendly! I just got a new phone and ordered a screen protector online, but couldnt find anyone to help me put it on. Verizon and Best Buy said they wouldnt (Best Buy required I buy one of theirs and pay an additional fee to put it on). I come to U-tec and Patrick offered to put it on my phone free of charge and really quickly! If I have any issues with the phone going forward, Im definitely coming back. Also, if something happens with the tempered glass screen protector Im going to try that special screen protector that Patrick suggested - between how he described it and the ad on the screen, it seems to be pretty powerful. Overall fantastic customer service, fast results and a great experience!!

Michael was great! I got work done on an old Ipod and transferred songs from two devices to another. Even the Apple store couldnt help me. Michael exceeded my expectations and did it in a timely manner. Not only that, he was professional and kind enough to dumb things down so I could understand everything he said he would do step by step. To top it off, the bill did not exceed initial quote for repairs. I would recommend him to anybody! I was very satisfied.

Unbelievable. These guys did the impossible. I had an old DOS system running an important program. Cameron came out on site and assessed the situation, cloned my old DOS computer with his own custom made cords, etc, brought it back and got it all figured out to run my old program on a Windows 7 computer...completely blew me away...also tidied up a few loose ends on the networking side of things in the office while he was here. Super impressed, thank you again I will make sure everyone I know goes to you with any problems!

Always a reliable place to get repairs. I get nervous about paying for specialized services because I dont want to be ripped off, but not with these guys. Ive been here at least a few times and they are always authentic with me. I get they are not the cheapest, but Im %100 willing to pay what a repair should cost to have it done correctly.

I called to ask if they would replace and solder a new led light to an old fixture. Dave said bring it in, he would check it out. He found out it was the fixture not the light. Could not fix it. Most Businesses are very narrowly focused.

I took a water damaged laptop to them Saturday morning and got it back all cleaned up by the afternoon. I was so pleased that I had them keep it to do a restore to get rid of unnecessary apps and processes and speed up my machine. I had it back complete later that same day. Staff (Gavino) and owner (George) were courteous and professional. The price of the work was also reasonable. What more could I ask for? I highly recommend them.

This place was recommended by at&t when I needed to get the battery in my phone replaced and they were incredibly helpful. I came in one day and talked to one of the employees who ordered the battery then returned at a later date and got the battery replaced.Replacing my battery only took an hour so I had time to wander around the bookstore and grab a snack.

Had an issue with my iPhones audio IC. They were able to have it repaired in only an hour and a half whereas other places told me it would take a week to fix. I felt completely comfortable leaving my phone with these guys and will definitely be coming back for any other future tech issues.
