Took my phone to get my iPhone screen fixed was fine when I got it then 2 days later it just started shutting off and on took it back in they said it was the battery and after they looked at it the screen was half black got the battery changed and now the next day the phone shut off again and won’t turn back on at all

I had a great experience at Cell Pros located at Ashlan & Marks in Fresno, California. Lidia and Felicia both provided excellent customer service & professionalism. Lidia helped me with putting on my grandsons screen protector meanwhile Felicia had the task of making a sim card from a previous phone fit into a new cellphone and putting a new screen protector on my personal phone. Both ladies made me feel welcome and because of it I highly recommend Cell Pros. If you have a situation with your phone that seems impossible to fix, give them a try.

They did a great job

Took My phone there to replace the battery, while doing that they broke my screen (which they replaced no charge) and ever since the screen has been screwed (registers a click as a double and triple click) plus the speaker buzzes making the phone unusable. took it back to them to fix it and they did nothing to fix it......trying to tell me that the motherboard is bad. AVOID !!!!!

Lack of communication between myself and staff, it would have been fine if they would of contacted me about the issues that came about the parts that were defective. Its really hard to find people that are honest. I came in and I thought my phone was beyond repair they let me know that there could be a few different things that were wrong with it ( phone seemed to have no life). They said to leave it and they would run a diagnosis and then let me know exactly what was wrong, and let me decide if I thought it was worth it to fix it. It turns out my back light had gone out and instead of them instead of them charging me for thing my phone didnt need they let me know it was just a screen that needed to be replaced and I couldnt be happier!!!!

Got my iPhone 4 screen fixed in like 10-25 minutes for a decent price. Store may be small, but the employees can get the job done quick.
