Great customer service very funny guy great sense of humor and his prices are better than everywhere else. He also got the job done right away. I didn’t know what was going on with my laptop but he was able to explain everything in full detail and after he repaired my laptop he went above and beyond and added a few extra clean up files on my laptop for me. Very impressed , extremely knowledgeable along with a good natured sense of humor that makes the visit enjoyable and educating . Was looking for computer repair service that would help me understand without making me feel completely lame. Found that in the quick assessment and proficient help I got from Joe, the owner/tech.

My gaming laptop started making weird grinding noises which I soon found out was damage to the fan as my laptop had somehow become dented on the bottom. I took it here and the owner quickly assessed what could be wrong with it and started taking it apart to inspect. As he repaired my laptop he explained what was wrong with it and what he was doing to fix it. He was friendly to me the entire time and was able to get my laptop working perfectly again. 10/10 would definitely recommend for ANY computer related issues. Great customer service and fair pricing. This guy did a deep analysis on my pc to figure out why it wouldn’t start and he did it well, he taught me things as we went along and kept it understandable at the same time. This place is very good if you have no computer knowledge or a lot of computer knowledge. I highly recommend going here.

Great service! I took my PC here when it black screened on me and a simple google search didnt give me any fixes. I didnt call ahead or have an appointment but he started working on it right away. Joe opened up my desktop and started working on it while I waited. He was very friendly and obviously know what he was doing. Turns out my graphics card burned out. He sold me a used graphics card and installed it for me. Price was very low as well. A few weeks later I realized my PC wasnt reading the new graphics card correctly, I called him and he walked me through the setup process for AN HOUR free of charge. I havent had this positive of an customer service experience in a long. Ive never posted a review on google before but felt obligated for this one.In short, I cant recommend this place enough. Ill be bringing my computer here whenever I have issues from here on out.

I thought my computer had completely died and Id have to buy a new one. It would take me months to save enough money for that. Then I mentioned this to a friend and he referred me to Joe at IRDSI. I took it to his shop and Joe took it apart and gave it a desperately needed deep cleaning. It was done the next day and works perfect again. I am so relieved and he did all that for $40. Joe is a really smart man and honest too. I highly recommend this business.

I cannot speak too highly of my wonderful experience with Joe, the owner. I met him at his shop Sunday morning August 12, 2018, at 9:30 am. I needed to have a repair done on my laptop to fix the receptacle inside where the power cord inserts. It had become loose and would no longer charge the battery. I watched him while he took apart my Dell laptop. He explained how the receptacle had become broken,and he explained all about the short wire that inside connects the power. He extracted the 4 inch wire, checked its continuity with a volt meter, declared it to be in good order so I would not have to order one. Then with super glue and hot glue he rebuilt the receptacle so everything worked like it should. This took 5 hours and he charged me $35 and I gave him $40. he said $40 is the max charge for any repair. He repaired my laptop on the same day I arrived, and I went away extremely happy.This why he has a five star rating.

My daughter had a mishap with her laptop while she was away at school and Joe was absolutely awesome in helping us deal with the issue. He made a rough week better, not only by getting the laptop up and running, but by providing really great service. So grateful to have found this option for computer repairs/issues!

Long story short, you should look no further and give this place a try. This man is not only great at what he does, but he makes sure to keep you entertained with his jokes while he briefly inspects the issue with your PC/Laptop. HE SAVED ME +$200 BUCKS!My Laptops charger port was having an issue, so I went on google and searched up Laptop Repair, and it led me to a list of places listed and ranked by the ones with the best reviews, naturally I went with the number one most well reviewed place which was called Valley Support I went to see the person working there and he told me the LaB0r c0St alone was going to be like $120 on top of other charges that made it all skyrocket all the way to around $220. I said no thanks, f that. So I went back to google and went with the number 2 most well reviewed place, which led me to this place (IRDSI) Long story short he inspected my laptop briefly and told me to leave it overnight for closer inspection(I went near closing time) and he would figure out the issue by the morning. He figured out the issue and told me I just needed to buy something from the store and it would start working properly. He said the diagnoses was all free! I would definitely recommend.

My man Joe here is a master at what he does! Got a clean up on my unit and free from viruses/malware and was still able to keep all my files.
