I must say that this place is GREAT ! I have taken my wife to many different nail salons and this place is by far the best. The employees are amazing. They are so nice and great at what they do. They always do their best and we love this place. Prices are great!!! We try and tip really good because of the quality of work. Never have any issues, perfect place to go and get multiple treatments.

This is not a scam, I feel really bad for taking my daughter to your spa. And you called her and threated her and accused her of scamming. Not only she got a toe infection after the girl dig too much into her skin. But the full set of nails that they made on her were not dried completely. They could not work on her the following day because they opened at 12pm, so we went to another salon that where they were fully concerned of my daughters nails and the job family nails had done. According to the nail specialist the technician from family nails care and spa had left air bubbles and water inside which it could be extracted cause of the glue. My daughters nails have molded and turned green. I called the spa looking find a solution but the people refused to transfer me to the manager and hung up the phone. And if this was a scam I wouldnt be exposing my face like the owner says. My daughter has been submitted to the hospital and yes Indeed its a fungus. This is not a scam this is very serious.

I have been going to Ben & Jennifer for 8 yrs after being referred to them for their sanitation from a retired nurse. I have referred many people who are just as happy with the services they receive. I do drive a distance but every mile is well worth professional, sanitary services!

Ive been to many Salons and they are by far the best! Ben and Jenn are awesome owners!

I’ve been coming here since they opened. They do a decent job with nails but their time management is absolutely terrible!! My appointments are NEVER on time and usually left waiting for 30+ minutes. What’s the point of calling ahead!? They double book and are never on time. They’ve lost my business!

I really hate leaving a bad review but i have to say it was a really bad service the paint is so old it smeared the next day when I decided to wear shoes and it’s not the good feeling you get after getting a pedicure. If you want to Pay 35+ for old paint and a terrible service go here

Everyone who is a client here currently is at RISK OF INFECTION OR A FUNGUS.[PICTURES INCLUDED] (Read the following):Cleanliness by the looks of the comments, and the infection on my toe, are obviously not a priority. From used nail files in the reviews, to the disgusting infection that I’m now left to treat with medical bills. I will 100% be looking into a lawyer, and have submitted a form to OSHA. This is just disappointing to an extreme. Especially that one of the owners showed little to no concern about the health risk, and more about her running a business and her refund policy after speaking to her about the issue.A simple “sorry” and an insignificant $20 dollar refund for the full $80 dollars I paid, doesn’t show me that future infections with other clients won’t happen again, and does NOT insure that they will take further action to making sure they meet the requirements when it comes to disinfecting their tools!Disappointing and risk of infection.Also, Ann the nail tech was burping during our session. How unprofessional.I’m aware they will also reply to this review stating “cleanliness is their PRIORITY.” However, if that was the case these comments wouldn’t exist, and wouldn’t continue to pop up. Got an infection, do not recommend.Update: It was more than just a nail shape, the job put her at a health risk. Not only at risk of the infection going to her bloodstream, but the festering fungus under the acrylic nail Ann (real name Deip Olsen) did. Ontop of that you not taking any responsibilty as the employer regarding this situation. This is a very serious situation, that you are brushing under the rug so you dont go out of buiness, because money is your priority not your clients. I have been here at least four times now and I have been very happy with the service. I get gel done to my nails and they last about two weeks. They put enough gel clear coats to last. Other places I have went do not. I also had a pedi once here and it was wonderful. She really applied a lot of pressure to the message and it helped relax and rejuvenate me! Not sure why there is bad reviews. Maybe depends on the technician you get. I have been very happy with my service and nail tech.

I am VERY picky with how my nails look. If I see 1 scratch or something that is uneven I will say something or come back. Every time I didn’t like something the nail techs were super polite and understanding! Especially kevin! The owner is super nice! I probably drive her crazy with how picky I am! The prices are super reasonable! I would recommend kevin, Anna or Jennifer.

Clean nice place

I called for an 11:30 appt. Arrived early and requested a pedicure and gel nails. Everyone was friendly, nice. Tech put one of my nails on crooked and then when I said something she said she would fix it, then ripped it off, painfully. She said oh it hurt?, sorry She corrected her demeanor after I told her my nails were thin because of pregnancy. Did not give me a choice for the design on my nail. Apparently she Ate some garlic food when I went to wash my hands so when she finished my set my hands smelled like garlic. It was 80$ my husband gave her 100$. She didnt ask him did he want change, just said thankyou! and kept the extra 20$. I would have given her ten because I know how to tip. Pedicure was good. Overall my nails were okay. Customer service could be better.

This was my first visit here. When I walked in there was one person being serviced. I had an amazing experience! The location is convenient for where I travel, all of the staff were attentive to my needs and my technician took her time. I truly feel I got my moneys worth. This is my new go-to! Note: make appointments! Before I could finish my pedicure (30-45min) they had @ waiting room of 2/3 people in addition to all chairs being filled with clients. I definitely will return👍

Today was only my second visit here for SNS Nails but I am very pleased. Jennifer did my nails today and on my prior visit, I believe the gentlemans name was Kevin. Ill keep going back.

Great affordable and friendly staff. Im there every 2-3 weeks getting my nails, feet, and eye brows.

I came in close to closing and they accommodated me well!! They did a great job on my toes and my Ben did wonderful on my nails only a few things I was not happy with 2 days after getting my nails done my gel polish started coming off my nails..... for the $$ I pay I don’t think that’s okay and I didn’t like how the nail tables were so close together there is no room in this shop and the polish is very disorganized. Definitely need to update and renovate the shop.

My wife and I have been going to Family Nails Care and Spa for a couple of years, since weve lived in the Fredericksburg area. Jennifer has always been great and the salon is always clean and sanitary. We usually get pedicures and she gets a manicure afterwards. We call for appointments because they are often busy, which I see as a sign of quality and great prices. The staff is always courteous and does a great job. I highly recommended Jennifer and Family Nails Care and Spa for your manicure and pedicure needs.

I got a basic pedicure. Honestly probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve had and won’t be going back. The lady that worked on my feet was very rough and did a very sloppy job painting my nails. There are definitely better places to go.

Ben did my last SNS manicure, he listened to what I said and did it perfectly. My hands are always busy, with lawn work, sewing etc. The nails are amazing and show no wear. I love them.

They do a great job, if you have an hour plus, to sit and wait. Also dont mind other people being taken in-front of you, That dont have appointments.

First time there liked the quietness of the salon. No TV playing and no staff yaking in a foreign language. The prices range for what you want basic to more details and pampering. Parking lot in strip mall. Clean.

I love Jennifer and Staff. Cindy is the best pedicurist I have ever experienced, from Northern VA/D.C. area to Fredericksburg. The one thing other patrons complain about , they speak their language to each other, though more than 60% speak English. Cindy is Korean and does her best to speak with us in English, which we all agree, we love her Customer Service. . I love them all, but it is sometimes disrespectful in others eyes. They are a well-oiled machine, whether Jen and Ben are late getting there or not.

Love this place

Called in advance to ask if they use new nail files and the guy on the phone said yes of course we do come in. So I get there and a lady is waiting for me to pick a color nail polish and once I sit down I ask her twice to use a new file because she had two used ones on the table. Then a worker, who may have been the person I talked to on the phone, said here’s some new ones and put two used nail files on their table. I don’t know what the hell is going on in their head but a new nail file means it’s never been used. They were BOTH ALL USED WITH SCRATCHES ALL OVER THEM. I said no thank you and walked out. Before I left I explained to them why I wanted a new file, not only is it sanitary, but in the past I’ve gotten in infection on my nail due to shops using used nail files and transferring those germs and I’m never letting that happen again.

I decided to give the salon a try for first time today to get away from traffic if I ventured further from home. They have an excellent array of colors and were able to start quickly on my pedicure and gel manicure. Everyone was polite and they did a great job on my pedi, gel mani and eyebrows. Im very excited to have a nail salon I can trust so close to home. The reason for 3 stars is both the gel on my fingernails and regular polish peeled in the first week. Im hoping this is due to the person who did them. I havent been able to return but I will update, if needed, once I do. 3/2020. UPDATE: the second time, I had a different technician and the gel last a long time. *Try to go on a weekday when they are less busy.

Our experience here was amazing! My husband and I both got pedicures, and I got a manicure. He had the Callusent pedicure, and what the lady removed was both horrifying and awesome. My husband has baby soft feet again! She really took her time to do a great job and didnt rush. It was the same with my pedicure (I got the Sugar Scrub pedicure) and manicure. She (a different lady than my husbands) was a perfectionist, and my manicure is one of the best Ive ever had. We will absolutely stop here again when in the area just for the pedicures. Highly recommended!

Usually this is my go to place and I’m always happy with the services. This place gets really busy really quick as we don’t have many nail shops in this area. But I purposely went 15 minutes before the shop opens so I could get a pedicure & an acrylic fill as I was getting my pedicure people are pouring in the door as usual once it’s time to get my nails done they asked me to leave and come back later... I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism that I was experiencing. It’s supposed to be on a first come first serve basis. I am a regular paying customer like anyone else I should not of been asked to come back for my nails. Since I had to find somewhere else to get my nails done needless to say I don’t have a perfect match on my hands and toes. If they knew they were going to ask me to come back then they shouldn’t have handed me the basket of gel colors to find my nail color. If you can’t accommodate the busyness of the salon then you need to get more people so your business stays efficient. I honestly do not think I will go back ever!!

I had the worst pedicure of my life! Beware when you sit down they hand you a menu of all the extras they offer. They wanted to charge an extra $10 because my heels were rough. The menu said $5. The massage was pitiful. All she did was rub lotion on my legs. I would avoid this place.

I recently had to find a new salon after the place I’d been going to for years, closed down because the couple who owned it, moved out of state. I was so sad to have to find somewhere new and terrified how many bad salons I’d go to before I found a good one. I tried somewhere else 2 weeks ago and was not happy, at all. I went here today and received a fill, pedicure and eyebrow wax....Ben did my nails and feet, which look amazing!! Jen did my eyebrows and they look fabulous. I am so happy to have found a new salon and it’s only .5 miles from my house!

I love the whole team! They are polite and good at the job. Yes, they charge, but they will tell you what you need, not just what you want. One pedi was LESS than the one I originally chose.

Had a pleasant, relaxing pedicure and received a wonderful manicure from Ben. He talked me into trying something new. I received a SNS manicure, so far so great. Lots of compliments, lightweight, and feel natural.

Excellent pedicure. A very tranquil atmosphere without a tv blaring. My technician was a perfectionist and my French pedicure has lasted a month with no problems. Will definitely have them as my new salon.

Ive been several times for gel manicures and took my young daughters there for pedicures. Ive always received wonderful service and a great manicure! I have had one nail chip after leaving and went back in and they fixed it without any hassle or charge.

DO NOT GO HERE!They do not know how to shape eyebrows and they do not know how to properly apply gel nail polish. You will pay Northern VA prices and your gel nail will not last one day. When I came back to have their MISTAKE fixed they gave me EVERY EXCUSE you could think of as to why the gel nail polish didnt last. Dont waste your time or money!

Best Pedi ever! Different types for every budget. I got the Tropical (basic + papaya/pineapple sugar scrub & masque, parrafin, hot towels and butter cream massage... $42). Talked my husband into going for one (FINALLY) and he got the Active (basic + sugar scrub & callus treatment... $33). Basic pedi is $25.

The pedicure was wonderful. I will definitely become a regular customer.

Went for pedicure. It was okay but I didnt like it as well as another spa I have been to for the same treatment.

The BEST pedi around!!! They are patient and diligent! I have teacher feet: rough in the summer months going barefoot and even more rough between sept-june when Im always in heels; their callus treatment is the best. The soakers are clean, sanitized, and there is absolutely no excess clutter about like at similar salons. Everything is tidy and kept either prepackaged bags or the sanitation oven?? --its clean! Go there!!!! Never any regrets!
