Very clean salon and courteous staff. Love that they have almost all colors in gel and dip! Jason did a fabulous job on my nails. Although the gems fell off shortly after, i went back to the salon and they fixed my nails quickly and free of charge. I will absolutely be coming back here!

Most of the staff do a really good job here. If you are going during peak times be sure to make an appointment, they fill up fast. Lina is my favorite :)

Been going to the nail salon for a month! My main nail tech had been off. So I decided to try this place and Im pleasantly surprised. Ive had Christine and Jason so far. Jason did my nails this time and I love them. Its the perfect combination for summer and fall. Because I couldnt decide. I highly recommend this Salon! Will be coming back here again.

I went yesterday to get a full set as my wife informed me they do 20% off. It says this establishment opens at 10:00am. I called twice by 10:15 with no answer so I sat outside until 10:30 when finally there door opened and when I asked what time they opened the woman stated 10 am but it was traffic. I still got services and tipped. I went back this morning for a pedicure and waited outside until 10:50 am until pulling off. This is unacceptable. I went to this salon being that it was closer to my home and offer discounted services. I’m upset that I even gave them a try. I will continue to go to my regular spot at Venus nails as they open on time and do an amazing job it’s pricey but clearly you get what you pay for(professionalism that is)!! Venus nail shop is located 437 Jeff Davis highway. Would recommend instead of wasting money or time going here! If you know it’s traffic as you work at the establishment maybe try leaving out earlier to make sure your open for business at the scheduled time or change your hours!!!!!

I love this place! It was my first time here and Christine did and amazing job with the colors and the bast hand and leg message!!! Definitely highly recommend this place!!

Lina and her husband treated us well! It was my daughter’s birthday so he did designs special without us even asking. Lina got me to step out of my comfort zone by getting a design on my nails. Everyone was friendly and professional. The salon was very clean and I will be going back!

The salon has remodeled since my last visit. The new paint scheme and relaxing music are very welcoming and invite a feeling of relaxation. The new massage chairs are very comfortable to sit in while getting pampered with a pedicure. They offer many different types of pedicures now. The massaging of your feet and legs is the best part of the pedicure! 😊

1st time & awesome experience. Im definitely going back 😀. My 2nd time I visited with my mom and sister. We enjoyed our time together the atmosphere. I treated and paid $156 for 3 pedis, 1 Mani, and 1fill. In 2 days, a nail broke. I was shocked and surprised that I was turned away twice as if I didnt matter. The 3rd day I politely discussed the issue of respect and patience. I also explained how I allowed my tech to help another customer during my service, yet I was expected to understand when I needed service. Just be fair and respectful ☺️

Went in to try to get a pedicure. There was no one at door to greet customers. Waited and finally someone came up. When I asked about pedicure went back and forth with colleague and said they were booked for entire day but customer next to me was able to be seen. Won’t be returning.

LOVE the atmosphere here! So relaxing!!!!! I get the dip powder nails and they are beautifully done every time!! 100% recommend!

Terrible customer service. I went in to get my nails done and when I asked for a design they first we dont do that here. When I asked what they can do they said I would need to wait an hour and a half. The place was empty!!! Clearly they didnt want to serve me.

I came here with my mother and teen daughter. This was just an okay experience for us. We dont have any real complaints about our nails but we felt very rushed. Like they were just trying to get us out of there. The prices we thought we fair.

I had broken a nail and went to replace it. when they started to replace it, the man there got up and walked away for a good 6 minutes. when he came back he started to shape it and ended up cutting me more than once. when i said ow and pulled back the man i had pulled my hand back took a spray hand sanitizer and sprayed it on my finger that was clearly bleeding. The man wiped it then put the color on it. i’m never recommending this place to anyone

When I walked in no one greeted me. I sat there for an hour before walking out. I watched multiple techs walk in and out.

Very awful nail place… They have no clue what a good nail is… Will never go here again I wanted to find a place close to my job but that didn’t work out... i’m very picky about nails an this place is only good if you want a pedicure be cause that’s all they’re capable of doing… people at this nail salon are out of date....Perfect Ten is the place to go....

They were very clean, especially with how times are right now. I definitely recommend this place if you feel unsafe to be out in public. They were also very nice and did what I asked for.

They take your nails off by scraping them off. I got cut 4x with the cuticle clipper and nail file. I asked for them to just trim the acrylic nails by the machine and he disregarded the comment. They have no regard for pain. I even drew some blood from the cute and person didnt seem to care. Dont go here.

The place was nice, a general nail salon. However, every design i wanted they wouldnt do despite the shop being empty, they were not gentle at all when it came to cuticle work and theres a chunk of skin missing from where they nicked me with a drill.However, 10/10 waxing.

Very popular and busy nail salon. Located inside the mall, this nail salon is the busiest I have seen in Belleville. They tend to have many customers so expect a short wait, or plan to book ahead. Clean and well run, this place does so well because people trust it. It has a pretty strong smell most days though, which I know throws some folks off. If you are very sensitive to strong chemical scents, be careful. Fast, efficient and professional service.

My acrylic nails are shaped like pile of glop absolutely horrible waste of $50 place needs to close down .

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Me and my mother went. I treated her to a regular manicure while I got a gel manicure. First of all I paint my own usually, its taken a lot of practice but Im very good at it, but Im on vacation and I dont have my supplies. I figured it would be a treat to have somebody else do it for a change. Me and her were the only customers there at the time. They put the foils to take off my old polish and prepped my mom. Heres where it gets bad. The lady used a very tough grit file to remove the rest of the polish that did not come off with the foils, instead of foiling again, and the same rough file to prep my nails for the polish. Where as my nails were nice they are now thin. Very very thin. She also did not make my nails even, as a matter of fact most of them were slanted. I had to take the file from her before she started slapping the polish on so that I can even them up. She also didnt have me wash my hands so I had grit from the file all over my hands and now embedded in the polish. My mother got a regular manicure with regular polish and she chose a red color. The guy that was going to do her nails was not going to put a base coat on, with red polish, my mother had to specifically ask for the base coat. My nails with gel polish are chunky and unevenly painted and the polish started to chip after one day. Theres also polish on the skin and cuticles. She also didnt end cap my nails with the polish meaning that they are grabbing every single fabric I touch. My mothers chipped that same night. I have never had such a bad manicure. So now when I travel Im going to take all my supplies with me because this is b*******. I didnt tip and I would not recommend this place to anybody. I cannot believe that being the only customers in the building at the time they would do such a crappy job. The word slapdash comes to mind. Im really surprised that these people have a license to operate. Dont anybody go here, all youll find is disappointment and a separation from your hard-earned money for below subpar work.

This place was the worst Salon I have ever been to. My polish was coming off by the next morning! Waste of time and money!!!!

Always closed!!! I spent money on an uber here after looking online to see if there were any nail places to go to. No where did they say they would be on vacation for two weeks!!! Also today I stopped by to get a pedicure around 4 and they were closed when there sign said 7am-6

Worst service Ive ever had!! Got my nails done for homecoming and 8/10 had something wrong with them! They rushed and didnt take pride in their work. Absolutely awful
