My mom walked into this shop yesterday and no one was inside, after a minute what she assumes was a staff member walked up from the back and just said I am busy and nothing else. No one from our family will ever be setting foot in there again.

OMG... Customer beware! Eden Nails is not where you want to take your business or spend your money. Its a rather typical VN dive that is NOT CLEAN and where you are very likely to get a skin condition while spending time there. The worst part is that the attendant - especially Mai - is not clean herself, and DOESNT speak English. So communicating your service needs is impossible.On my visit, the owner/manager - Dan - was in, and he only made matters worse. He was an unfriendly sourpuss who was an argumentative bully.Its apparent that Covid has not been kind to Eden Nails. And if you are worried about Covid and the care of your digits, you shouldnt go into Eden Nails!Do yourself and the health of your family a favor, and avoid Eden Nails!

I really like this location took walk-ins. I was out in the plaza and decided to get my eyebrows done. The staff is very nice and if Im in the area again I will definitely come back.

Very disappointed with the service today. Got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was mediocre but when it came to the full set I have never had such a poor expierence. The young women doing my nails was short and rude, I felt like it was a burden on her even though there was just myself and another man that had someone to do his pedicure. She was very rough on my nails and kept a complaining that I was too tense yet she was twisting my fingers in ways they don’t want to go. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times before and have never left with my nails hurting and sensitive. I will not be returning to this Eden nails, I have been to the Gainesville location and have never had a problem.

My fiancée sat in the waiting room for 26 minutes without anyone addressing her. Then when someone finally did they told her they couldnt help her. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Do not waste your time or money here.

All I did was call in to ask what the price of a gel fill was and the lady didnt answer me and kept trying to sry up and appointment. Finally she said I could come in and the tech would tell me how much. I dont know if I want to go there and you are making me drive over all because you wont answer a simple question? I think not.

Very rude I came in and she asked us what we would like done and when we told her she said sorry we’re booked for today. And they were empty with no one in there I would not recommend or come back!

Had someone who was about 11-13 years old attempt to do my acrylic nails. Kept burning my nail with the foot pedal filer. The guy beside her kept sayin no, no and demonstrating on his foot pedal how to do it. After getting 6 of the tips on she began soaking them off. When I asked her why the guy beside her said she dont know how, she no have license, she just try but cant get it. Once he did mynails he was rough, made my fingers sore for 3 days!! messed one up, when I showed him he went crazy cursing in his language and in English. He then snatched my finger and said hed fix it. I said no thanks at that point. He literally scared me! When I asked for the managers name noone would tell me! None of them. They all said they dont know or ignored me. Dont go here, its scary. Icannot believe they would let someone with no license practice on my nails This is very negligent. A report has been put into better business bureau a day ago.

So slow I left. communication poor

They have no sign posted about how much you have to pay to get anything done
