RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Just moved here and Ive been to this location 3 times. All three times the owner was rude to me. This last time was it for me. Never made eye contact with me when I walked in and made me walk to her just to be told she doesnt have time for me today. Trash attitude means trash business. Go to Allure Nails. Professional and they did a great job.

Helen is the best. I love seeing her! Shes also the owner. It waa time to do a dip after i took the fake acrylic off. I love them!!!

Wonderful experience. We had a party of 4, called in an appointment about 2 hours ahead. Everyone loved their pedicures.Masks are worn by all, and hand washing is required both before and after service, which we all appreciated. They sanitize the chairs after youre all done.Tip your lady well, much deserved for such a job well done! Well definitely return :)Gentlemen welcome too 😉

Walked in while I had some time to kill in Fred. Google said 4.6 so I figured I could probably get a decent pedicure. Kristy helped me with the Spa pedicure and literally reduced me to jello. She didn’t nick my cuticles even once. Trimmed my nails short like I like them and even the white polish, which seems impossible to apply smoothly was flawless. Best massage I’ve had in a while. Seemed like she had all day to rub my feet!

Called and they were able to get to me in 30 mins. I got the classic pedicure with gel. I love them! I wish I would have gotten her name. She is good! It was nice inside also. Im from out of town but I will definitely try to get back! Love the area and have to come back!

When I went to get my nails done last week the person who did them was not so friendly and in a rush! I knew they where under staffed so I was fine with waiting but when you grab my hand and roughly do my nails and draw a large bead to cover the nail faster and not even bother to clean the tips and the chunks stuck under my nails and cut me serval times Is when I get upset. Not only that you don’t have to take your anger from the person you helped before me out on me. My acrylics are literally chipped and not all covered with color and have bubbles on the top coat!Will never be going here again after going serval times and loving the way my nails where done before. One bad experience creates nothing but negativity!

Best place in town. Tiffany is hands down the best nail tech Ive ever gone too. Takes her time, makes sure nails are very even and shapped nicely.

Fast service, nail tech was very careful as he was doing my nails. Dipped products are USA made.

I went there for an SNS dip. When I went to get a new set there was fungus under 2 of my nails.

Bad pedicure. Did not push back cuticles. Leg massage consisted of up and down REPEATEDLY over the shin. Four hours later, the polish just rubs off! Like it was fresh! They must dilute the polish. Trimmed nails unevenly. Didn’t ask if I even wanted them trimmed. I took the remaining polish off when I got home. Waste of $

I adore Lilly. I havent been one to become a regular of any given nail salon but I am now. Love this place and the prices are very fair for the quality of service.

The absolute best place in Fredericksburg to get your nails done.I suggest making an appointment, as they are busy.When I arrived, they immediately greeted me. They asked me if I was the 3 PM appointment and began to remove my previous set(I got them from u.s nails and they were extremely thick and crooked)I had asked for the Sns, but changed my mind when I saw some other options that they had shown me. They werent upset at all and encouraged me to try something new.My manicurist seemed just as excited as I was, and often showed me the progress and asked if I was liking how it was turning out!This is the only salon Ill be going to!

I use to really love this place but the last couple times I’ve been super disappointed. My pedicure was so disappointing. The man only scrubbed one of my feet to get off the dead skin. One of My toenails was half painted. I guess I won’t be back and I will stop recommending them.

First of all DAMN YOU US Nails for being closed today!!! LolOK so the only reason I had to give one star is because it doesn’t allow me to continue with zero stars!!!I just walked in to get my nails done I look at the menu the second I sit down the young lady tells me “so you want solar with Shellac?” (The most expensive set on the menu) I said “no I want the acrylic French” I pointed to it on the menu... she said “ok the French with solar on top” and begins to proceed with my nail! I stopped her and said “NO I want acrylic! $40-50 is too much today!” With slight annoyance obviously.. they begin to speak in their language looking directly at me! She calls the owner HELEN over and she tells me “we don’t do acrylic” BUT ITS OFFERED ON THE MENU??!! so umm ok?? I pointed that out and she said “those are old menus” (and you still offer them why?)This is were it gets good!I stand up and say “I’ll just got to Us Nails tomorrow” she said “ok” and follows me then asks “are you going to pay for your nails from last time” MIND BLOWN!! “What are you talking about” “you got your nails done and walked out without paying the. Called me right away and said Helen I’m sorry I didn’t even pay I will bring it” (I do remember this clearly mind you) “yeah Helen I remember you said, and I quote “oh its ok don’t worry about it just bring it when you have time” end quote” because I used to go once a week so she knew I was coming in anyways! (I did bring in that money btw $35 for my ACRYLIC and $12 for my eyebrows and TIP) since my last time going in two friends lost there toe nails due to bacterial infection from their pedicures!!! So obviously I started going to US Nails (which is amazing btw!) so anyways she continues to say “well I don’t remember you paying” (and that’s my fault? THE CUSTOMER) “I’m really sorry Helen but I did pay you for that” so I just walked out because there was no winning in that conversation with a VERY STUBBORN woman...POINT OF THE STORY!If you Knew you owed someone money and you didn’t have the money to pay them would you show up to only increase your bill???Literally I couldn’t believe what was happening IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!So Do not give Helen business! She is rude and doesn’t care if you are the customer she will argue with you until she is blue in the face!That’s all 💋

Amazing experience they made me me and my mom feel very relaxed and the work they did on the nails was gorgeous but very expensive but worth it!!!!
