William did my nails! And I’m in love. We did have to change the design slightly because that second line wasn’t turning out the best (reference photo is the last one) but customer service was great and I came in 15 min late for my apt. I was originally scheduled for Hailey but she wasn’t in that day. William got a little busy with the shop phone a few times and walking up to the front to greet but I’m glad I didn’t get passed on to someone else. Would def come back, because I heard Hailey is great too.

I Love coming here. Never been to a place that provided such quality service. HOWEVER, PRICING IS INCONSISTENT. I was charged $152 for this this time but the times before I got way more done and was charged $110-116. I love the place but I often consider going elsewhere because the inconsistency in price.

They are so friendly and professional. They are absolutely amazing! You may be there for a while but its because they take their time to PERFECT their art. If you want to get exactly what you want when it comes to your nails this is the place to go!

The staff and Linda were super sweet. I brought my infant with me and they were understanding. They helped keep the baby occupied, so I could relax. My nails look great! Definitely recommend for other mothers out there.

I went today to get my nails done here after an awful experience at the last nail salon I went to. The environment here was very friendly and professionally with great customer service. I cannot explain just how great of a job Hailey did. The shape was perfect and the design was exactly as the reference picture I showed her. Pedicures here are great too! If you havent found your next nail salon yet, I would 100% making this salon your go to. I will be coming back in the future.

Me and my daughter got our nails done here. They were unbelievably polite. We were seated in a matter of seconds. They took one look at our reference photos and knew exactly what to do. The place was so beautiful and had such a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve never had to wait to be serviced. They always have the right amount employees working during peek hours. Everyone is so friendly. So far I have worked with Harry, Hailey and “Uncle Will”. Everyone is so talented, artistic and creative. I enjoy the convenience and professionalism of this nail spa. I would highly recommend.

First time here; just a basic pedicure, but I do have ingrown toenails, so it takes someone that knows what they’re doing. I’m so pleased to have found that they do it right here! Linda cut them correctly and carefully, and did a great job on the pedicure itself.

I started with glow in the dark dip nails and came for a fill.No one bothered to mention that I had to get them removed and start a new set to get them done but instead tried to cover it . The coverage was so -so . I could still see the glow in the dark and the orange when I held them up in the light . So I instead of getting a whole new set I politely told her I wanted them off altogether and the nail tech servicing me had a horrible attitude.She told me to go wash my hands. When I return to my seat there was someone else in my seat and she was all like “ you’re done” .

My kids paid for my nails for Mother’s Day and I absolutely loved the environment and the workers. They took their time and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. I have been back to get my fills and am always satisfied. At work patients always compliment my nails and I tell them this is the only place I’ll go. Such a relaxing atmosphere

My regular nail salon did not have time for a fill today and turned me away. So I walked into Vipro nails expecting the same but ended up with a great experience. Thank you for taking the time on a walk in on Fathers day. Would definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time coming and I LOVED it. I got a gel full set with a length and somewhat a design on all my fingers and paid a fairly good amount. Only thing is you can’t tip with card & I was unaware and didn’t have cash on me :(. But will definitely return!

I got an acrylic full set for my first visit there. My nails came out fine, but the nail tech kept sighing loudly , shaking his head ( idk at what) , and going on his phone. Looking past that, seems like a nice location that is pretty busy so it might be best to make an appointment!

Went for a full set and take off was offered an up service of a pedicure. I asked did I have time and was told an hour wait for my nails even though I had an appointment so I said sure . I finish my pedicure to find out the nail tech left and no one else would do them I had to come back tomorrow. Needless to say I will not pay for a babysitter twice 🤣🤣🤣 the pedicure was amazing but personally if you can’t commit to service you should not being trying to sell a customer extra.. not I have cute toes and horrible nails because I have no where to go

I went to get a gel manicure and the nail tech did not know what he was doing. I think he damaged my nails and all I wanted was a simple gel manicure. I think he was inexperienced and required more training. I’m not sure what the tech’s name was but the station that I sat at said Jimmy. I asked for a design and he did a really terrible job. The other nail techs would come over to see and laugh. At first I thought they were laughing at me but they were laughing at his poor job. I asked them to redo them and just do a simple color no design.

I made an appt. ahead of time, but by the time my nails were actually being painted I had already been moved around to 3 different seats and was with 3 different artists (seemingly to accommodate their regulars who had just finished their pedicures). I got a gel manicure and it felt rushed, the gel on a few of my nails looks warped and there’s noticeable bubbles. Also, the dance studio next door played music that was audible in the salon, but it only became very noticeable when one of the artists went on a loud, animated rant about it. I was recommended this salon, but it felt very unprofessional and the quality of my nails are sub-par. I won’t be returning.

Love this place!The staff there is so unbelievably friendly. They always remember me and my friends whenever we come in. If I go in by myself they always ask where my friends are, how are they doing, how my husband is, etc.They give a great pedicure and the chairs are amazing! Big variety of colors as well.Also great eye brow waxes too.They also have tanning beds, manicures obviously, and do permanent make up.Prices are really good and I cant say enough about how great they all are. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Definitely recommend this place!

It wasnt a welcoming experience. They are rude and have no customer service skills. I walked in for my 4:30 appt that was made the day before and they act like they knew nothing about it and then after going back and forth with me the guy asked are you (he said my name)REALLY!! The staff member then ask another i assume if they were going to do my mani and pedi and they all started yelling and looking at me it made me so uncomfortable. I will not go back. They turned people away and told people that called in on the phone to come in the morning they was too busy. It was only 3 customers. Miss me with this shop.

I felt like a queen while getting my pedicure. Staff went out of their way to make sure I was relaxing. My pedicure is beautiful. The place is very clean and modern. Will recommend you all of my family and friends!

I used to get my nails done with Tiffany at Venus Nails in down town Fredricksburg. Then she left a few months ago. Then last week, i tried this new place and found her. I have been coming here since pretty close to their opening and I have never had a bad experience with them. Every time I show a picture, I get exactly that. I broke a nail for the first time and was going to take them off, but I got it fixed for free! All I can think is where has this salon been all my life💜

Okay! Nail polish wasnt good it kept coming off. But, I went back and they took care of me

I went to Vipro nails on 12/18/20 for a pedicure. Approximately 20 minutes after I got home I noticed that the toe nail Polish on my big toe had come off, so I called down there and they told me they would fix it no problem just to come back in. I had a manicure appointment set for Saturday 12/19/20 so I they gladly corrected the issue with the Polish (20 minutes later after i left it had come off again). On 12/19/20 while getting my manicure done I mentioned my thumb hurt after the tech cut the cuticle. After getting my manicure done I noticed my thumb was sore and I thought nothing of it. Well on 12/20/20 I noticed right beneath the cuticle I had a small blister pop up. It has only gotten worse since I noticed it and has now began to ooze and is infected. I am highly unsatisfied with this.
