It was my first time at Venus Nails Spa and I am so glad I switched! Everyone was very friendly, the room was clean, and they had a TON of colors to choose from. Not to mention, there was barely any wait time. It’s been a while since I made an appointment to get my nails done and didn’t have to wait for 30 minutes. My tech, Haley, did an excellent job simply based on a reference photo I found online. I high recommend this salon to anyone looking to switch it up from their normal place. If you want designs, Haley is your girl!

The people were SO NICE and did exactly what I wanted. It was crowded but they worked all my friends in . It is somewhat expensive but for good reason. They’re quick but do not rush and do a good job. They also tell you pricing in advance before charging you extra fit things which is uncommon and very courteous. They did such a good job! Highly recommend if you want a specific design or Pinterest photo nails.

Just moved to the DMV area from Texas and Hawaii before that. I’ve visited a few nail salons in a few states and finally found a place worth going to. Been here twice and had pedicures done by Vicky. She does great foot massages and my last gel pedicure had lasted more than a month with no cracks or peeling. Last visit I had eyebrow waxing and they also did a good job. Overall I’m happy to do the 1hr drive to get services in this nail salon.

I have been searching for 1.5 yes since I moved here. So happy I found them. Tommy did an amazing Spa Pedicure , while Eyvone did exactly what I asked for for my nails and that is a tough job. Im truly happy. Ive had a lot of bad experiences in other places. I was told to lie back and relax. I needed quiet time and I got it. I. Felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The only thing I can think of is not to talk so much foreign language when your clients dont understand. That does make us feel uncomfortable. However they were much better than most places. Loves both my techs. They continuously checked to see if I was doing OK. Loved it.

This was my first visit. It was wonderful, only waited about 15 minutes. My nail tech (I think it was Tracy) was wonderful and this was probably the quickest dip I’ve ever had and they turned out beautiful. I struggle with finding a good nail salon and I think I found one!! Definitely going back!

The manager Ann, was amazing. She made my birthday so special!! She gave me a fruit plate, flowers, a crown, and some roses. They sang to me. It was above and beyond!!! I highly recommend!!! Best pedicure experience hands down!!!

Beautiful and bright salon with a very cheerful, welcoming and efficient staff. They were incredibly busy when I called for a walk in and still encouraged me to come in. I waited maybe 5-7 minutes max before they sat me in for a pedicure. My technician did a great job and I was given a ice cold glass of water with lemon. Overall charming experience and I will return. Prices seem reasonable too for the FXBG area.

My 1st time was great. The Salon is set up well and was clean. The staff were friendly and the service was very good. I was greeted as soon as I arrived. No appointment and they fitted me in right away. I will go back again.

Service was great but, I have never payed $100.00. Anywhere else for a fill , 2 damage nails and a basic pedicure. Just for 1 nail to break the same day and polish to lift the next day.. I dont need excuses on why the quality of what I paid for and expected , I just want it fixed and wont come back again. 1 hour drive from here on to get quality work that last.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! Unless you like toe fungus on your toes. I have been getting pedicures for more than 20 years, living in 3 different states, so I’ve been to quite a few nail salons. This is the FIRST time I have ever experienced a dirty establishment. Do not let their fancy pictures fool you, they are dirty and they do not clean their tools thoroughly. I now am plagued with toe fungus for the rest of my life. Thanks Venus Nails of Fredericksburg 😠

My sister brought me to this place which shes been going to for a while now, because I said I wanted to have nails done for a change.I believe it was Michael who helped me...? The one with clear round eyeglasses.It was my first time ever getting nails done or going to a place like this and I was really lost and nervous for some reason.But he was nice and told me to relax. He said something funny and helped me feel more calmed.I got short nails in the color Chrome On (metallic glittery silver).He did things good and with care, and even though I came without an appointment, he didnt rush (didnt look like it to me).I liked him and his work a lot. Quick and well done.Fell in love with the place. Will definitely return. Thank you mister & thank you Venus Nails Spa! 🙂

Ive come here by 3 or 4 times now. Ms. Ann is a sweetheart and shes probably the one that greets you when you walk in. The inside decor is nicely done and stage by Ms. Ann in case you wanted to know. My experience here has been fairly positive. The stations are clean, they typically have enough staff on hand for the volume of customers they have and they regularly clean the pedicure area after customers from what I have seen. Most people find their own person that they connect with and stick with that person. Mike does the best designs, Amy takes her time, Julie takes her time and gives great massages, Kevin likes to sing and does a great job too. I recommend making an appointment to make sure youre taken care of when youre ready. Again, decent spot!

I have used this place twice and both times very disappointed! Never going back again!! The first time I went there I was rushed to pick a color and the lady who was doing my nails didn’t have patience and just wanted to get it over with. Few times I told her that I don’t like this but I don’t think she understood what I was saying to her. I ended up having very messy nails with tick layer of gel on them. The second time I went there to remove that same tick gel and I asked them how much they charge to just remove the gel. The guy said between $5-$10. I said ok. But then when I went to the register to pay for it the lady charged $20. I asked why and she said we charge $5-$10 if you get the full set done and not for just removing the gel. I told her this is not what the guy said to me and this is not how the price is listed on your pricing menu but she said no this is the price! Very disappointed and never going back again!!

I visited Venus for the first time and got the reflexology spa pedicure treatment. To say this experience was amazing is underestimating it. The tech was so sweet, so accommodating, & so understanding. She made sure I was comfy and had everything I needed for a full relaxing session before she even started my service. I was overwhelmed with the love they showed from the complimentary hot tea, to the hot neck pillow, to the plate of fruit / chocolates in addition to the tech taking her time and being so amazing. I highly recommend this spa. I will definitely be returning to make this my home spa.

Atmosphere is nice, nothing to complain about there. They also did an ok job on pedicure. But the manicure...was something to be sure. In a word: failure. First and last time going here, which is a shame since he reviews seemed promising. It seems going North is the best bet for quality 😒

I found this place on google and decided on Mother’s Day to give it a try! Everything was so professional from the door. Larry did my feet ! Amazing guy btw. Very professional and personable ! We had a great time chatting. I am pregnant so he taught me about various pressure points during my pedicure that he was avoid to induce labor!Ann did my eyelashes , again very nice and personable service. Very relaxing and one of the best shops I’ve tried in the entire area and I’ve been to most! They have a forever customer absolutely loved them and the environment and it was nice to see more men go here too because my husband likes to get pedicures but it isn’t always comfortable in some shops!! Love them I rate an absolute 10!!!!

I came here on a recommendation from a coworker/friend and I’m so happy I did. Their work is fantastic, every person I’ve worked with (Michael, Vivian, etc) has been helpful, sweet, and very accommodating. So many different options means that even if I don’t know what I want, I can talk it out with them and they can help me figure out.

Went with my wife to get a pedicure. Feet needed some love from ankle surgery. Wife suggested the milk and honey to renew them. It far exceeded my expectations. Feet are like new and rejuvenated. But the best part of the visit, was the staff. And that’s every single one of them. I had Vicky and she went above and beyond to make me feel like a million dollars. All the staff was amazing, kind, and professional. May have to come back more often.

I’ve been coming to this salon for over 2 years. While the quality of services that are provided are good, prices change based on the mood and day. Recently the costs for my services have been a complete roller coaster. If it wasn’t for the fact that I like the people who do my nails, I likely would have left a long time ago. It may be about that time now….

Kev / Quen not sure what his name Is (he has tattoos on his arms), he is very rude. If you go here make sure you don’t get him as your nail tech. I was visiting from out of town, wanting to get my nails done for a wedding. I only had an hour to get a mani pedi, they made it happen with excellent care and quality. I would definitely go back here!

I walked in for a pedi. Didnt have to wait. My toes look good. Unfortunately, the chair was incredibly uncomfortable (with and without the massage on). For that reason alone, I wouldnt go back.

I’m not going to lie, it is a bit pricey. For everything I got today I usually pay $120 where I usually go, here I paid $217 + tip. I get eyebrows waxed, foot massages, gel pedis, and acrylics. So all together I spent $100 more than what I usually spend. I recently moved so this is the closest place to me, it’s convenient. They work fast and you do get really good quality nails. If you like cool designs on acrylics I suggest Amy. Overall satisfied with the quality but price is a bit much.

2nd time coming. Lynn did a great job on my pedicure. The massage was what I needed and very satisfying. Mike hooked my hands up. I brought a design to him and he exceeded my vision. Everyone is friendly and polite. Thank you all.

I thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and customer service at Venus Nails! I had 3+ visits with my husband and we have enjoyed each spa treatment. I changed my nails to dipping powder services recently. The next day a few nails had minor chips. I called the salon and immediately the owner was very sweet apologetic and accommodating!!! My tech KEVIN is amazing! He not only fixed the nails that were chipped but, touched up all my nails!!!🥰❤️ My husband & I will continue to be loyal customers at Venus Nails Spa.Mrs.Moss 😉

I havent been to the Spa for over a year but what change. I came to get a pedicure. They didnt give me time to pick out a color, just rushed me to the back ,gave me a color pallet made of nails and popsicle sticks. I told her i just wanted basic pedicure and she seemed to get an attitude when I declined the upsell. The entire time she talked with her Co workers, which I dont mind but every time she said something she stopped what she was doing. This is what made me upset. The Olympics was on and when something was going on, again stopped what she was doing. I started to saycan you do my feet so I can get out of here ..Im that person that always tips generously but not today, I was that irritated with the service.

Vicky gave me a great pedicure. I have already recommended her and Venus to others and I know they will be just as happy as I am. Very clean, friendly, AND sanitized.

I was way overdue for a pedi and she really took her time and gave a great massage, this was also my first time doing dip and she explained the whole process to me and the length of time it should last based on growth. I almost don’t want to share the name of the tech I got today - they were that good. I’m still loving on my mani pedi hours later. The service was impeccable. The shop was gorgeous. Everyone was so nice. Pedi massage chairs actually massaged. Prices were affordable. My daughter was on top of the world.We only go a couple times a year usually but if it’s that good all the time - I think we’ll go more often. I’m simple - always same color/length/package wherever I go - just never this good. My husband is ready for a pedi for himself! (Her name is Julie shh don’t tell anyone lol)

Beautifully decorated. I’m happy with my nails. I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The person next to me got more service and at check out, somehow mine was more expensive? I paid and tipped but next time I’ll drive a little further to my favorite place where it’s more consistent and a better value.

Thus was my first time at Venus. Fiund it on Yelp and figured I would give it a try. Went in with a friend for her birthday. Vicky and Julie were great! Very warm, welcoming, and friendly. My friend and I have been trying different salons around town looking for our place. Venus by far has beaten out all the others. We will be back soon and might just become regulars!

Tracy is my absolute favorite! I’ll give her a reference picture & sometimes I’ll ask for a few tweaks but she always makes them look good she’s the only one who takes time to pay attention to details & makes sure it’s done the way I want she’s so sweet & I always make sure to give her a $20+ tip today it was a $40 tip cause she did amazing for my birthday nails I always get compliments on my nails when she does them and I know I’ll get more with this set

The customer service and cleanliness of the salon were top notch, unfortunately I don’t see us returning to this salon. My daughter had been asking to get her nails done for quite some time and she selected this salon for her first nail experience. Sad to say that after only a week, five of her nails have come off. I’m not sure if it had to do with the technician she selected, but whatever the reason her nails shouldn’t have come off.

First time here, and I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Great atmosphere, clean, and everyone is wearing a mask. Fairly priced. I would highly recommend even if you already have a favorite salon try it at least once! They have a service book readily available for those who don’t quite know what they want very easy to read and understand, and if you have any questions they are happy to help and answer them.

This place was amazing! From the first phone call to paying my bill, everyone was great! I am very sensitive and ticklish and I never said “ow” once and the tickling got me the least it ever has! I have definitely found my new place! They actually took their time during the deluxe pedicure which was sooo nice and really massaged my hands during the manicure! They offered delicious fruit and chocolates and various beverages (non alcoholic). Beat of all, my nails are fabulous!!!! Natalie did my pedicure and Emily did my manicure, with designs.
