Recently visited this store. I asked for a pedicure and manicure with gel. All the girls in there were busy so he called a girl from their other store to come down. Great price. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend this business. Loving my fresh nails.

They did an excellent job fixing my nails as best they could (after another salon ruined them). The person who did them was professional, lovely, and very skilled. Thank you again!

Had to remove old acrylic nails that I horribly tried myself at home and damaged a nail, I visited these guys today and she was so gentle and patient that the acrylics were removed bit by bit with dissolving them up. Thank you for good service and not hurting my damaged nail! :)

Its not easy to pull off with Blue colour for nails because it is not an easy colour to play with. There are different tones of blue and I couldnt choose which one. Thanks you to find the perfect Blue colour for my marble nails. Thumbs up for your girls.

Great little salon with lovely staff. I wanted a particular design on my nails which I hadn’t been able to get done anywhere else, they said “no problem” yes it was extra but usually nail art is so I didn’t mind. Be prepared to wait a little while as they’re so busy (because they’re so good) was worth the wait! Will 100% be back.

They do a very careful job. I do my nails elsewhere and the service was fine but dirty. The nail technician here explained to me lightly, carefully fix the lifted nails and even chose a right color to cover the mark on my nails. I’m so happy!

The were super nice and professional and did my nails exactly how I asked for. They were able to copy the picture I provided perfectly and with amazing precision. I would recommend making a booking as they are more inclined to prioritise you, however aside from that they are absolutely lovely.

I have a terrible ingrown toenails so I have been to a lot of places but they were not did a very good job in cutting and clean them, until i came here! The job was absolutely gorgeous and the foot massage is excellent! Definitely going back!

This place felt really fancy, boujee and super clean. Small but still really tidy and there were no secret costs or surprise charges which I like, very upfront. Also my nails looked beautiful.

Amazing place. I’ve only had my nails done a handful of times and the other places I went I walked out with sore, uneven wonky nails that were just terrible. Bought my wife the treatment and customized manicure as a present. She loved it and was more than satisfied. She thinks it is the best nail salon in area and definitely recommended.

Been going there for years and always friendly staff and great service. Last time I got my nails done; the lady didnt ask me what length and shape I wanted and did her own thing. When I said I wanted shorter, she said yes Ill do this first then shorten them.. but she didnt. I told her right before she painted them I wanted them shorter, and she quickly shorten them which made them an ugly shape and quickly painted them which caused bubbles. I went back the next day to fix and the staff sat me down straight away and helped me for no extra cost. I am giving them five stars because one bad problem will not change my mind about them - especially after they helped fix the problem.

I have been getting regular pedicures and manicures with shellac for a few years now, and I have never been so happy with the work that the mother and daughters trio do. Truly the best nail salon I have ever been to, and I have been to many believe me. They are extremely talented and very nice people. I honestly have nothing to fault about this place. I love this particular nail salon its comfy the ladies are lovely no harsh lighting you can just sit back and relax i had my natural nail painted with a gel french manny best price ever and its kept my natural nails nice and strong nd only in 20 minutes.. just before work.

I took my son here yesterday because of a nail biting habit. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

Regardless if i do SNS , Shellac or gel - my nails also stay healthy once taken off. They always use good quality products so i never have to worry about the quality or the hygiene factors when im doing my nails at their salon.

Ive been to quite a few nail salons here in Fredericksburg, but this place is the best...by a landslide! I never have to worry about which nail artist I have, because theyre all honestly so good at what they do! And unlike the others, this is the first who doesnt constantly critique how short my nails, or rough my hands feel beforehand. Look no further, this is THE place!

The nail artist did a phenomenal job on my hands and feet. And my feet were crazy neglected when I got in there. I wear steel toe boots at work and they mess up my feet, especially my toenails but they were beautiful when she was done. I couldnt believe her magic.

Diane herself does my nails. I’m very picky and I have long nails. She does an excellent job. They use good quality products and my gel nails always stay shiny for several weeks. Her designs are amazing. Highly recommended!! ♥️

The workers were so nice! They made my nails look so beautiful and I was extremely comfortable the whole time. They take their time when they do your nails and they give you a good price. I’m defiantly making this my go-to nail shop.😁

I don’t go anywhere else but here. I love it. Fill for me is consistently $40 even if I ask Diane for diamonds or sparkles lol. New set is usually $50. Better to make an appointment or go at slower time of day.

She is excellent! Ladies you can show her a design of nails that you found online, and she will do your nails just like the picture. I would advise everyone to go to her!

I don’t normally write reviews but i had to for this experience. Diane and some of her staff were rude...i actually liked her work. I asked for her advice for the nail color and she put two different colors on my nails without my consent. She just did it like she was irritated with my question. Then left me there at the table to help another customer who already had someone working on her. It wasn’t that busy. She left and got someone else to finish. My nails are sharp like the lady didn’t even soften the edges out. Poor customer service.

Lovely first experience. Staff was friendly and amusing, seem to enjoy their customers. They gave me good recommendations and I think the price was reasonable. Tommy did my nails, they look great. One of my nails had a small bump and when I pointed it out they graciously fixed it. The lady that did my pedi was very polite and professional.

There is not a better place in the area than Diane Nails! They are always clean, friendly, and thourgh. My favorite technician is Jimmy. They are all good but to me, he is the best.

Maybe it was my nail tech but the work was sub par. I can do a better job myself. I will not return & I would not recommend.

All I had to do is show her a picture and she was like ok I can do it . I wish I could have just put her in my pocket and take her everywhere I go . She was so detailed when she did my mermaid nail Im still getting compliments two weeks later .. Im so mad I only have videos and no picture because she deserves all the credit GO LET HER SLAY YOUR NAILS !!

It’s so hard to find a good consistent nail salon. And I found it! I have no complaints my nails turned out exactly how I like them. The staff is extremely nice and the salon is CLEAN. 100%recommend. I will be coming back!

I went here to get s&s after seeing all the good reviews. It was one person getting work done when I got in. There was a very young lady that did my nails. Short version...I cant stand my nails! Theyre so bad that some white powdery substance is showing through the nails. It was so bad she did a design on the fingers to cover the white stuff showing. After , I the dip was done, she put gel over it. Ive had this done enough times and had never seen this. Overall, Im not impressed and will never go back here. They drill the nails down too fast, too far and seem to just rush through the work. Might be awesome for some, but not my type of nail salon. 2 stars because it looked clean.

Diane’s Nails is the best in the business! Everyone there is so nice - professional and courteous. I’ve had pedicures and manicures and always leave feeling a little bit more beautiful! I especially enjoy the artistic touch Polo adds to my nails for various holidays or special occasions. In particular he helped me honor my husband’s memory by incorporating his initials in the designs. Highly recommend this wonderful couple’s shop!

I have been struggling to find a good quality nail place since I moved to Lake Anna. I probably have tried just about every nail salon in Spotsylvania and I was just about to give up and drive all the way to Stafford to get my nails done when I came across Dianes nails and their reviews. Im getting married tomorrow and it was probably a big risk to try a new nail place for your wedding nails but I didnt want to drive 1 1/2 hours in traffic when I have 1000 things to do already. I made my appointment with Diane and showed her my crazy intricate nails that I wanted and she said okay. She took a picture of my nail inspo and then she got to work. She was very sweet and gentle with my nails and she continued to check with my inspo to make sure she was doing it right. She ended up making my nails look exactly like the pinterest picture. The amount of time, dedication, and care that went into my nails really made it to where Im now a dedicated customer for life. I will recommend Dianes nails to anyone and everyone and im so happy to finally found my nail place within a reasonable distance of my house.

Today I received the worst service by Ms. Diane, and I really love how she does nails, but today I waited for almost an hour(mind you I have an appointment with her), while waiting to be seen, another appointment walked in for Ms. Diane leaving me with 2 people ahead of me, after getting frustrated with Ms. Diane being almost an hour late for my appointment she had the nerve to tell me to stop whining, im disappointed with the service and how I was talked to today also no one asked to help me I sat there patient before I raised an eyebrow and Ms. Diane completely disrespected me in front of her whole salon, its sad to say as much as I like her work she will never get my business again.

Diane is the best. I never have to tell her what need, I just sit down & she goes to work.

I went in today for a full set and its probably the worst nail job I have ever gotten. I went because of the amazing reviews left by others and was so disappointed with the end look of my nails. I understand its Saturday and they were busy.. but they had 3 different people work on my nails and it seemed as they were rushing to get me out the door so they could assist and focus more on their regular customers.. so now I have to spend more money to have another shop fix their terrible job.

I drove 1.5 hrs to get to them today because everything in my area is still Closed 😡😡.They greeted me like family. Extremely nice and professional..gave me exactly what I wanted...cant wait to see them in 2 weeks...and yes the are well worth the drive AWSOME..thanks Casie!!!

I’ve been getting my nails done for years. It’s so hard to find an amazing nail tech, great customer service and flexibility all in one. FINALLY I found one! Diane’s Nails is amazing. I’m very hard on my nails and constantly having them in water. 3 weeks later they still get complimented like they were just done. Also such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Polo has been doing my nails for years and I wouldnt go to anyone else...unless it was Diane! They are both amazing and I am so happy for them that they now have their own salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is friendly and FUN! I always have a belly laugh our 2 while Im there.

First time there last week. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The pedicure was awesome, but for it to be awesome you have to get the spa one for $38; vs. a lower one. My issue is not the pedicure, my issue is literally a week later, 4 of my nails (2 on each hand) are chipped so badly to the point that it looks like I havent had my nails done in weeks! Not sure if its the product they use or what. Please keep in mind, I dont work in a labor intensive type environment and I dont have kids to run behind; so this should not be happening. I do however, love that they are open until 8pm. Perfect for my schedule but you only get one time to take my money. Wont be going back. Thanks for reading my review.

Very poor management of advanced appointments. I am a weekly regular client and recently made an appointment, a week in advance, for me and my sister in law. We arrived on time and had to wait over 20 minutes. The owner didnt even acknowledge the waiting issue or show any customer service. He simply ignored us and when I asked, he said at least another 20 minutes, thats it. He didnt attempt to apologize or show any effort in making up the situation. They certainly lost my business.

This was my second time being at this place. The first time I was upset because the acrylic ran down the side of my nails so I decided to give them another try. I go in on Valentines day to get them done. The whole time being there I felt rushed and I had asked for Diane to do my nails. They told me she wasnt available till 4. So I said someone else could do them. The whole time Diane was on the phone doing my nails I couldnt even communicate with her. At the end she quoted me different then what was told onto me over the phone. This woman is the owner and very unprofessional. I will not go into an establishment and be treated this way. She rushed so much through my nails theyre uneven and my left hand nails are longer then the right side. You all have lost a customer and Ill make sure ppl I know dont go here as well. Start treating people with respect.

I came in on my birthday January 29 Wednesday about 6pm. Had my nails done by Diana and another lady and my eye brows done by Diana Total was $65 I tipped $15 and left. Immediately when my nails where done they felt loose but I told myself it was because I hadnt had my nails done in a long time and normal I get them done in DC so what ever. Today, Sunday February 2 my ring nail on my right hand is coming off and like 3 other nails are already lifting. Sad they confirmed what I thought about nails salons down here. After they all come off probably tomorrow Ima go back to do doing my own nails. I love coming here, they always do a great job! Ive moved out of state but anytime Im in town I stop by to get my nails done here just because they are always so friendly and fantastic at what they do!!!

Very nice people but they didn’t do anything to my cuticles or file my nails before putting on my acrylics. Nail polish job was a little sloppy. They were filed very unevenly and not like the image that I had shown. They acrylic doesn’t cover a few of my nails fully on the sides. Also, the night after getting my acrylics put on they were EXTREMELY painful, my fingers were throbbing, I believe this was because an electric nail file was used on my natural nail.
