EXCELLENT service! Both times, Ive been able to walk in and receive beautiful manicures and pedicures (though they prefer appts so I will call ahead next time). Very kind staff!I highly recommend Kent!My gel manicure lasts around a month if Im mindful.

Went in to get a fill and pedicure. The staff there are very kind. After expressing my frustration with the trouble I’ve had in previous nail salons they truly made my experience wonderful. My nails and feet are gorgeous. Van did my nails and her husband did my pedicure. They’re very talented, patient, and overall really amazing people. When I left I went to the store and got so many compliments. Their work is just beautiful. I’m so happy and I will be going back. Thank you so much.

The lady who did my nails was very nice but the quality of my nails is absolutely terrible. The acrylic was sliding off my nails, it was so watery. My nails are so chunky and uneven. I will not be returningIf i could upload photos, I would.

I’ve been going here for years. I love all the techs and they really care about their customers. Highly recommend in general.Also- Korina is their designer nail artist, (beyond the standard asks). She has unique nail art appliqués and techniques as an artist using nail forms, polygel, nail sculpting and other designer nail features, and is definitely the person to help you for some new design options. Great value add to this salon! Most recently I got these gorgeous geometric nails, Anyone in the burg or in the area should go see her! She does certain sought after nail design techniques no other salon does in the area (that I’ve found). I highly recommend her!

I moved to Fredericksburg four months ago and since then have been looking for a salon to replace my go to back home in Seattle. I finally found it last night! I got a great pedicure (highly recommend callus removal) and I finally got a fill that doesnt look terrible. My nails look fabulous.I do not plan to go anywhere else.

Came in to get a full set of acrylic nails something very simple.... I was informed no one was there to do my nails and I was stared at in awkward silince and was told I should have made an appointment, like this was my fault and I was inconveniencing them. Terrible honestly. Just moved to the area and trying to find a good salon.After reading a response from the owner I find it bizzare that no one was available for acrylics. Very simple less then gel, the case must have been they had no nail technicians there when they were open for business and thats a shame. But dont worry I found a salon that does walkins just like any other salon Ive been too!! Thanks

Took my dad to get his feet done and they turned him away. Too chicken to actually tell him and made my niece tell him all the while the tech was making faces towards him. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will never recommend this business
