Asked for and pointed to on the flyer.. 2- basic 30$ pedicures. We go to pay and them and he has his finger covering the total on my VISA ticket. He charges us for 69$ versus 60$ . And then wanted to argue and state they gave my husband extra massage .. so charged us more . Never heard of that before. We had been customers for 3 years. They lost us today with dis-honesty. Always check the total on your VISA receipt Before signing. And they were on their phones checking messages etc , and leaving us unattended at times. Not a good experience. ZERO rating.

Would really appreciated if the technicians are not on their cell phones while giving services. They get distracted and rush the services they provide. Got my nails done and within less than a week the my gel nails chip and polish came off. the Rhine stone that was place on my designs fell off. Job was rush because the technicians had someone else waiting in line to serve. I have been a long time customers there for almost 15 years. Now me and my family members 6 of us will have to go else where. Im so sorry for this bad review. Also would like for them to take a little bit more care when serving customers. Witness the same rushing services with other customers while i was there. SO SAD!!!!!

The people who work there at very professional and knowledgable in their craft. They are very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and always welcome.

They quickly get you assisted, but it can be a little confusing at times as everyone gets involved in checking your nails out to make sure it is being done properly.

Go see wan, he is awesome and after a hard days work, he makes your sore feet and hands feel like new! Massage chairs!!! Dont forget to tip, he deserves every penny, trust me!

Made my foot bleed did not even say sorry then just left me sit for over 20minutes. this boy did not look old enough to drive a car much less work as a professionalwhich he clearly is not

I was a Christmas gift and not for me... really its not for me.

This place was the worst I ever been to. I got a gel manicure today. It literally looked like I child did them. The lady was painting so fast and not caring how they looked at all!! There was nobody waiting and was not bust so it wasnt because it was busy. She did such a horrible job! I went back in after seeing them outside (They looked so bad). I said I do not like them and they were all messed up. I showed her where she messed up. Unfortunately the SAME lady redid them. I chose a different color thinking it would help. The first color was a bright orange. So she redid them and still messed up. She ended up putting sparkle on all my nails when I only wanted the ring finger to be sparkle. Im pretty sure she did that because the sparkle hid some of the mistakes she made. This time they were a little better. I get home only to notice the clear coat on two of my nails are lumpy and not on the whole nail..Sigh... I give up!! Never going back there again!!

The guy was really slow, however my nails are perfect. He took his time. A little pricey smh...

They do good work but if you ha e an appointment and you show up at your appointment time ..you still have to wait because they offer walk Ins also ...I had an appointment and still have to wait to get my nails done..if I wanted to wait I wouldnt have made an appointment I would have just walked in...people keep your appointment times with your clients or you will.loose busn

I went to this salon for my first deluxe pedis. They were very accommodating with my needed appointment times. And her pedicures were also very good. Their tools are very hygienic. I will be a repeat customer :) and LOVE you Da-Vi Nails.

T is very talented and professional. She. does a really nice job on my nails.

My nail technician made my fingers BLEED. She was also playing candy crush while doing my nails, and My acrylic turned out to be all wonky and off-centered. Not worth 68$

Dont let Juan do your nails, he cant paint. Go to Tammy. I spent 3 hours in here because he cant paint. He is sloppy and gets it on your skin plus he puts it on too thick and it will not dry. I ended up having Tammy take of the mani and pedi paint. Then she redid it. lesson learned, just let the ladies do it.

Not the best repair job, so it was free. Cant complain, she tried, and Im happy!

Absolutely horrible. mine were all uneven and crooked then my sisters were all different sizes and the lady refused to redo them.

Stood at the desk a few minutes and the 2 ladies in back looked my way and kept doing what ever, so l left

So went here tonight with a friend, their hours say open til 8 got here at 7:20...they were outside the door and told us their closed cause they got a party to go too.. most unprofessional business ever. Will never go their to give them my service.
