Van is the best! His attention to detail is amazing and I love that he takes his time when he does my nails. I get dip powder and they last 3 weeks. All other nail places I would go to, my nails would start lifting after the 2nd day. Ive never had a problem with lifted nails with Van. Hes so sweet and kind. I had been going to the same nail tech for 10 years until she relocated, after 2 horrible experiences elsewhere & paying over $180, 2 days later I had no nails to show for it. I started doing research & found Katie. I read many reviews and traveled over an hour to have her do my nails & THANK YOU KATIE!!! Immediately greeted me, did my nails PERFECT. The shape, her attention to detail, they aren’t lifting, didn’t rush but was timely, even had lotion & a hand massage!!! I will be returning, such a great nail tech.

I like them overall, but I do not like the fact that they had books for the gel colors and none of the dipping powder matched. I ended up having to choose black because the first three gel colors I wanted, there was no dipping powder to match with it. I like my nails and toes the same color for the most part. My design was a 6/10. I definitely would go back. Hopefully the next experience will be a little better.

I had posted two days ago about the service, but after the events that happened I have to change my review. Ms. Tina reached out to us because she saw I was unhappy, and she asked me to come back so they can fix my nails. I really didnt want to go back but I did. My nails look BEAUTIFUL. I think with the amount of walk-ins they were getting on Tuesday made them stress and made them rush. They had done my toes prior to doing my nails and my toes looked great. I was really not happy with my nails the first time around but with the effort they put in to satisfy their customers, Ill definitely be going back. My sister-in-law loved her nails from the first day and she was happy with how they did her daughters nails too. My mom was happy with her nails after Ms. Tina fixed them on Tuesday so she didnt end up going back today. Overall, theyre very friendly, and Im grateful they offered to redo my nails.

My friend introduced me to this nail salon and never have I once been disappointed. If anything they always do more than what I expect them to do. 100/10 recommended for getting nails done. They also finish in a reasonable time, usually 45-60 min, sometimes 30! I’m in love with all the sets I’ve gotten here :) !!

Nail popped off after 2 days. Went back to get it fixed and was told they would call me later. I clearly said no u will not I shouldnt even have to be back here. Anyway got my nail fixed and 2 days later every nail started lifting. I paid $85 and my nails didnt even last 4 days. Will never get my business again.

T & Van are all about quality , not only do they have a variety of colors in gel and polish but also dipping powder ! They take their time to make sure you’re satisfied. They shape beautifully and design better than most. Very professional ,friendly, and skilled shop . 10/10 recommended.

Every time I walk into this place they just look. No one ask how May I help you. They are very weird. So I walk out.Reply to owner response:This was my second time in your establishment. The first time it was my daughter and I and we entered and yes it was busy but the staff looked at us standing at the front door and continued with their business so we left. This past Saturday 5/1/21 I came alone, walked in and stood at the front desk a male employee 2 desk down looked at me, a female employee about 4 desk down looked at an a employee doing a pedi looked at me and no one said nothing they watched me walk out. Last week Wednesday was my first time in the salon .. my first visit was so so the woman in the last chair did my nails she made me feel uncomfortable because she spoke how poorly my nails were .. I have a nervous tick so I’m a nail bitter .. which is why I keep my nails done .. she did a poor job at shaping my nails and my nail started to come off Easter Sunday evening . I came in an hour before closing time wanting a full set, and I didn’t realize how long it would take. The manager was so nice to me and stayed late to do my nails. Will only be coming here for now on :) (and my nails look amazing !!!!!)

Called and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure for 4 people, arrived at the set time and had to wait 15 minutes until being called for only 2 of us. 10 minutes later, another person in our group was called. Now an hour later and the 4th person in our group hasnt even been called up yet. This service is horrible! The pedicure lasted only 10 minutes, not worth the money. They speed through it, the people were friendly but not worth it.. Multiple people with appointments were also turned away, and told to come back in 30 min. They still havent gotten to the people with appointments that are already here.

First time at this salon, I made an appointment and was taken care of at my appointment time with Vo. He was amazing. Paid very close attention to detail, my cuticles look AMAZING. He did a fabulous job with my gel mani pedi for my wedding this Saturday. I am bringing my daughter in tonight for her turn ;) thank you all! Great customer service all around.

Vo is Dipping Powder Nails KING! He has honed this craft. I have never been disappointed in his service. My nails were already strong but since Ive been going to him only, my nails are even stronger AND when he is done with my sessions they are BEAUTIFUL! To be fair, the entire salon crew is one of THEE BEST in the city! Anyone there can make all of your nail wishes come true.

I came here to get my nails done because of the great reviews. I went on a Sunday so it’s bound to be super busy which is fine but I must have gotten the most inexperienced technician there, my nails took almost two hours and the shape turned out nothing like I wanted, they are all uneven and some jagged. Well today I decided to give them a second chance and went for an eyebrow and lip wax. HORRIBLE experience, the wax wasn’t nearly warm enough as it hurt when it was applied so dryly. I wasn’t even sat in the proper chair as there was another person in the tiny room getting something done. My eyebrows are extremely uneven one is way thicker than the other and there is no arch to either of them, I look absolutely ridiculous and the lip wax left me swollen as anything and also wasn’t done properly. I will never come back here.

My first visit here and I had a great experience! I walked in and was immediately greeted and within 10 mins I was seated and getting my nails prepped. Van was very nice and when I asked for a specific design he gave me advice on how to better my set. They have lots of colors to choose from and also have colored gel powders. My new fav nail salon!

Ive been a customer of tonis since they were all at walmart in central park, i followed them to their new location ive been a loyal customer for over 6 years!! i can never get an appointment even when ive tried to book 3 weeks in advance, walk in over 2 hour wait and they cannot guarantee if they will get to you then either!! customer service is definitely not their strong suit!! im truely disappointed!! an example of getting too big too fast, and forgetting about their longest and most loyal customers!!

My friend and I were out for a girls day and called a couple nail salons before this one. Every one we called before had a 3-4 hour wait and this one said they could get us an appointment in an hour. I got a pedicure and a full set. Van did my nails and not only was he so sweet and professional, but his work was incredible. I really wanted the ombré nails and Van did not disappoint. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and is always learning new things to keep up with the trends. They are a family owned business and they treat everyone who walks in the door like an extension of their family. Will definitely be back to see Van and his family again.

Update 01/31/21: I only go to T and Van nails now and I always request for Van. There were a few times I got my nails done elsewhere while I was traveling and it did not compare to Vans work. He is attentive and careful with detailing. 10/10 recommend :)I love, love t and van nails so much! Only good things can be said! Decided to try the salon out yesterday after reading nothing but good reviews on them. They definitely live up to the hype. Fantastic service and quality nails. Went in without an appointment and was still helped without a long wait. I got a full set acrylic nails with gel polish and my nails are very natural looking and comfortable on my hand.

I have several appointments with Van & each time I come, he is late and/or trying to make me get services by someone else. I wait days (if not a week or so) for my appointment & it never fails. It’s very disappointing.

So we have been almost every where to get our nails done and have been so disappointed. Today we were lucky enough for someone to have cancelled to get into this great nail salon. Not only did they not rush but, great service all the way around. My nails look great we have found our new home!

I went to T & Van nails for the first time and had an amazing experience!! The people are so friendly and were able to do my nails better than the pictures I showed them. I was all set on wanting a 3D flower when Van told me that they have real flowers they can put on my nails!!! I was so excited my nails would be amazing for my wedding. I will always go back to them. The environment is clean and friendly. The best part was the communication. Most times I go into a nail salon with and idea or picture and they never come out right. I Love this place, they have excellent customer service, and they are really great at their job.. Van being the youngest of the siblings Nail craft is phenomenal and he does an excellent job with designs and his specialty is coffin nails.. Tina keeps my eyebrows looking their best, I always get compliments on them, and I’ve even sent some clients her way.

I walked in the shop at 330 in the afternoon and the owner looks at me and says, we cant take you. We have 4 people waiting (i didnt see anyone waiting), and 4 appointments. She never asked what I needed done or anything. She didnt asked if I could come back another day, did I want to make an appointment for later or anything. I will never be going back there and I will tell all of my friends and family about the horrible customer service. I can spend my money somewhere else.
