Nathan, Henry and Matt are very professional and courteous. They realigned and tightened two shower doors another company had installed poorly and without commenting on the shoddy workmanship. Now the doors swing properly and don’t drip. I wish I’d gotten the doors from them originally. I will definitely recommend and use them in the future. They do garage doors as well.

Nathan and his team are truly a first class operation. He was responsive to our initial contact and followed through with precise measurements for our glass shower enclosure. We were told exactly what to expect in terms of ordering and installation. Four weeks later, he and his team arrived to install the glass. They were proficient, professional, polite and considerate. The installation is beautiful and we could not be more pleased. We recommend First Class Glass without reservation.

Awesome staff. Quality work.

No service. Its been 10 days since we requested an invoice, at least 2 weeks since someone came to measure the window, who knows how long since we first got in touch with them. You cannot reach them on the phone, they do not have a voicemail set up, they do not respond to texts, it takes days for a response by email. Its almost like the individuals that work there only respond to there own cellphones, and only when they want to. I cant say if they do good work, because they dont seem to want to work. Ill write an update if they ever respond to us, but Im not waiting on them any longer.

I have been very impressed with the work ethic of Nathan Walter and his staff. They installed shower doors, mirrors and large glass windows for us. They did an excellent job and even cleaned all the glass when they were finished. The glass was spotless!! We do recommend them and gratefully give First Class Glass 5 stars.

Bad experience. Called Nathan based on a recommendation to fix a display case at my place of business. Came by promptly and promised to come back to fix it. Did not return; after multiple calls and promises to come by, I asked if I should call someone else to fix it and he said yes and hung up on me.
