I normally do not provide reviews but wanted to take a moment and give praise to Radley Collision Center. From start to finish they were professional, courteous, and ensured the quality of their work was top notch. A special kudos to Michael Cooper who ensured I was up to speed whether it be from discussions they were having with insurance, status of parts, where my truck was in the process, or answering questions that I had. They definitely earned a future customer if the need ever rises again.

Radley Collision Center did the most amazing job repairing my Kia Soul. My husband sideswiped a pole and left a large area of scratches and several dents along the back door and fender. Radley made it disappear, at a reasonable price, and a day earlier than promised. They kept us updated every day and were professional when we received our estimate and when we picked up our vehicle. And the best surprise of all was that the inside, including dog nose art was spotless! This is why we keep coming back!

RUDE AS HELL. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just from the conversation via email I knew I wouldn’t be taking my car to this place. You can’t even ask them simple questions for clarification, their attitudes are horrendous.Probably should have read the reviews before hand and then maybe I wouldn’t have wasted my time contacting them in the first place.Might as well fix your car yourself. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The entire place should be shut down immediately everyone here lies to include the owner he’s an even bigger liar than they are they have no idea what they’re doing my car sat for 20 days without anything being done no one even notified me about anything I am now out of work because I cannot return to work without a car they won’t even pay for a rental car my husband can’t make his doctors appointments

Great place to work with. They had my vehicles repairs completed 3-4 days earlier than expected. The work was excellent & done to my satisfaction. They were courteous of my time & updated everyday with the status of the repairs.

Radley Collision was outstanding to work with. Robert Bruce made the whole experience of working with my insurance and getting my car repaired after hitting a deer, easy and as convenient as possible. The work wss done very well, as quickly as possible and I would highly recommend Radley. This is the third repair I have had done there and all three experiences were 5 star repairs.

This place was incredibly difficult to work with! I will NOT be back! EVER! First, I called to schedule an appointment for work to be done. I explained exactly what was needed, gave all necessary details, etc. A few days later, the person who scheduled my appointment called back and asked me for all the info again. When I answered each question, she replied yes, thats what I have here... Finally I show up on the appointed day and Im told that they dont have me on tbe schedule, and asked if I was there to get an estimate. I explained to the same person who originally scheduled the appointment that I did in fact have an appointment & SHE had made the appointment with me. Eventually they found my appointment. I again explained the 3 things that needed to be done and was asked to fill out a form with the same info I had already provided at least 2 other times already. When I went to pick up the car, only 2 of the 3 things were done. I was told that they dont do the calibration that was needed (!) SO THEN WHY didnt they tell me that when I called and scheduled the work or when I dropped it off and confirmed what needed to be done??!! If I could give them 0 stars, then that is what I would give. They dont even deserve 1. It has been incredibly frustrating to deal with them and an incredible waste of time!

If I could only if I could give no star of you I would but sad to say I have to give a one star of you just to review them. My vehicle wanted them for back when I had damage during a storm . Believe it or not you would hope that you vehicle comes back in better shape than you had an accident with but instead of getting it back in better shape it came back to me and pissed poor shape. The paints all f***** up on the car and I have water seeping in one of my doors and the paint job f****** sucks and my f****** backup camera dont work they will hear from me in the future about getting my vehicle fixed again and they pay for it and get me a f****** rental

Someone rubbed the entire side of my truck at Home Depot completely removing paint and denting the quarter panel and door. I heard good things about Radleys body shop so I went in for an estimate and ended up leaving it there. Very impressed with pricing and how the paint matches. Very satisfied with the work and would recommend.

Very irritated and frustrated! THEY HAD MY CAR OVER 3 MONTHS AND WENT BACK TO GET IT WHEN IT WAS READY AND ALL THE REPAIRS WERENT FIXED! THEN THEY TOLD ME IT WAS READY AND DIDNT TELL ME THAT THEY CLOSE EARLY SO I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR AND NO ONE WAS THERE!! THEN I WENT TO THE ACTUAL CARSHIP AND THEY DIDNT HAVE MY PAPER WORK THEN TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW! HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS SERVICE!! Won’t come back again.

I had a really horrible experience here . They had my truck for a week called and told me the repairs was complete. I didnt bring my truck home from that shop until the next thursday. Spoke to a secretary about my truck she was very argumentative and rude . The work that was done was ok. .when I picked the truck up it had compound all over it . Just a messy job . Would not recommend this place.
