Hello,This was one of the best customer service experiences I have every had. These ladies at Enterprise were exceptional! From the first day I needed a rental car due to an accident on a Saturday, I was told there were no vehicles available but to try back before noon when they closed. I called around 11:30 and the same young lady answered and let me know she had just received what I needed in a small SUV. As I arrived I was greeted with the biggest smile and welcome 5 minutes to closing I have ever received. The transaction was smooth with my insurance and they made me feel valued.Upon returning the vehicle during the proper time frame if which I was to return my insurance adjusted did just that. Adjusted my rate with out my knowledge to a smaller vehicle after only recommending to to downsize due to my repairs might not be done in time. The Enterprise team fought for me so I didnt have to contact the insurance company and I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket.I was so impressed and thankful for they excellent service and friendship, I brought them a Edible Arrangement to their office at the end of the week to show my gratitude! I will not rent a vehicle in my area from anywhere else solely on the basis of their customer service! Thank you all again!Juan P.

Service was fine. I just didnt like the contract. I have full coverage on my personal vehicle. Because I chose not to pay their 18.99 insurance per day, they began telling me what wasnt covered by my personal insurance. It was almost like a scare tactic into purchasing their insurance. Watch yourself and read between the lines of their contract. I will go back to Hertz next time.

I was kindly greeted and asked if I needed any refreshments as soon as I entered the dealership. Jeremy Lower and his co-workers helped me through the buying process and made it an enjoyable, stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The workers are positive and great people to be around! What a great place!

We walked in 5 mins before closing not only were we welcomed with open arms but we were able to trade in and buy a new vehicle in about 1 hour! Will definitely be coming back when looking again

This enterprise location treated me very unprofessionally. I use a pickup truck for my work and needed a rental through my company while I was in the shop. This enterprise location did not follow corporate guidelines in providing me the pickup truck that I requested. They claimed that because I was under 25( I’m 23) that I could not rent an F150 which is comparable to what I drive with work. They ended up giving me a compact SUV that broke down a day after I took it home and left me on the side of the road. My whole experience with this company has been awful and they have been dishonest every step of the way. I took a picture of their written policy at the location that says that 21-24 year olds can rent pickup trucks.

They made the process very painless and quick. They picked me up from Parrish anto and took me to pick up my car.. The selection of cars was limited. The one I got was too large for me and I was told she should have some returns by the end of the day and she would switch me to something smaller. I came back about 3 hours later and she had something for me. The service is great.

Great service and very professional people! Rachel made arrangements for me to obtain the right size car in a timely matter. Enterprise has increased their deposit to $300!!!!!!! Seems a bit much, I guess their preparing for the hit they will be taking once the increase in gas hits this summer. Im sure they will notice a huge decline in business behind this unfavorable increase.

They were very nice and swift, they got me on way quickly.

Made a reservation about a week in advance. Got a call the day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle telling me that the requested type would not be available. Called the location in order to try to find another solution (did not let my frustration at their process show) and was told that there was nothing, and that it was supply and demand, my friend and I was welcome to call other locations. Bad execution and bad service.

Was given a car for 6-7 days while my car was in the body shop that had an expired state inspection sticker.

Thier were able to get me what i needed and on the road in no time. Very friendly service people. And where able help make changes to my retail as things changed.. Awesome

I cant remember the young ladys name, but she was very nice, caring and thoughtful. She was very professional and she showed great customer service. I thank God for her and I appreciated everything that she has done for us when I came there to rent my car on July 3. Clean rental vehicles and fast check -in and out services

They gave me a nice car to drive, but I later discovered that the registration and inspection were both expired. They did swap it out for me, but the whole situation was inconvenient and annoying.

The Nissan pickup I received smelled badly of cigarette smoke and the tire pressure light was activated on the dash. After inflating all four tires to the proper pressure and using some Febreze at my home, the experience was fine. It made really appreciate getting my Colorado pick up back after the damage was fixed......

Worse facility after they lie to you they don’t tell you that they taking your security deposit I can call you and tell you how you did not call and tell them that you need it to extend your contract underneath of your insurance company when you get there there is a white young lady who is very rude who needs to be fired because her attitude shows before you even step in the building oh and also she has green eyes which you should know she’s going to lie to you right away

We had a great experience working with Enterprise Rent-a-Cars office in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Since our car had broken down on our way to our vacation home at the beach in North Carolina, we had to find a rental car quickly. We got to the office in Fredericksburg only minutes before they closed, but since we had called ahead, they stayed open long enough to serve our needs. We needed a minivan, but all that was available was an SUV, which wouldnt hold us and our luggage. So we were in a jam. I asked the associate if she had anything else on the lot , and she said all that there was, was a minivan, which was supposed to have been picked up at 9 a.m. Here we were passed closing time (1 p.m.) and the other customer had not showed, not was there any sign of him. So, since she understood our dilemma, she let us rent that vehicle instead. Problem solved! So we are really grateful for the great service we received that day. The daily rental price was reasonable, and the vehicle perfectly suited our needs. So we are very happy customers and I am glad that I decided to keep my membership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car!

Completely took advantage of me. I returned the vehicle I rented with a small dent in the driver-side rear door (which I had no knowledge of how it happened, and it may have already been there when we took our quick (10 second) walk around the car to inspect it before signing the papers). Enterprise then determined that the repairs needed totaled over $4600. I attached a picture of the damage to the car. Do not rent from here under any circumstances!

They have been pretty good to rent from the past few years. Just went to swap cars today and had no issue.

Enterprise is a hit or miss . I had a vehicle reserved for today for that I reserved a day before . For them to call me the next day to say they gave my vehicle away to someone else . I had made reservations as well as plans for my family. Such a inconvenience and honestly don’t know if I want to be bothered with enterprise ever again.

The experience was awesome. Amer was very professional. He displayed caring and passion. I see that he is a Management trainee. If he keep up the attitude and passion, he will reach his goal sooner than later. When I arrived it was a young lady with a great smile who greeted me and made sure that I was aware that she would assist us as soon as she finished up with her customer. Both of these associates are professionals. Having that passion is not taught its just in them to want to help people. This drive customer in. 5 Stars all the way.

Excellent service. No waiting and the young man who helped us pick up our car was fast and efficient. Same experience when returning the vehicle. Young woman was quite busy but took our keys and told us she would email our receipt. Received it that very night. Highly recommended

Quick turnaround service. My only feedback is I had to ask to have the interior windows cleaned. It was obvious they hadnt been cleaned or it had residue from previous cleaning because it was hard to see inside just from standing outside of the vehicle.

Be prepared to pay $300 deposit in addition to your rental fee. Though money will be released to you four to five days after you return the rental, it is a big inconvenience.

Service was horribly slow. Waited almost 2 hours to get a car that had a reservation ahead of time. Having a small compact size car repaired and was provided a very large truck. Odd and unusual change in vehicles

They were rude and unhelpful dont go there.

Do not use this Enterprise office. They are fraudsters. They do not inspect your car very well when you check in and then immediately find damage to your car when you come back. They are trying to charge me $250 for a tiny hairline crack. I got a compact car from them on 7 October and returned it on 8 October. The car had damage to the middle of the bumper and the agent noted that and then went 300 degrees around the car and handed me the keys -- not showing me the one corner that had the slight damage. When I came back the next day that corner was the very first thing the different agent looked at. It was impossible for the damage to have been anything but a stress fracture from the previous hit by an earlier driver. This Enterprise operation is fraudulently trying to get money for the same bumper many times over. Avoid this Enterprise location.

Customer service is excellent. There was no wait, I love to be in an out quickly. The staff is very professional and friendly. Definitely will recommend this location.

Was getting a rental while my car was in the shop, turns out I didnt have everything I needed on me to pick up the rental, but instead of letting me know that Jeremy ditched me to start helping someone else, never got me the information I needed. Couldnt even be bothered to take two minutes to call me back. If Jeremy is the kind of guy they employ then do not expect even passable customer service.

Staff was friendly and courteous. However, the car I was given smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, whatever they use to clean the dashboard (an armor all type of cleaner) was sprayed all over the windshield and not wiped off. It became very prevalent at night when I could barely see out. I informed the staff upon return and although empathetic, nothing else was done.

Im really not liking any of these reviews. Been trying to get someone on the phone for over an hour. 15 min interval. Tried 4 different time started calling at 9:15am to 10:15am no answer. Renting a large SUV told during the reservation they said I be in a suburban. It better be a suburban. Got a really bad feeling of being screwed. Update will be coming.

The car selection was good--they had the pickup that I wanted. The people are nice, too. My issue is that I noticed a mistake regarding the drop off time in my confirmation email (I needed to drop it off in the evening rather than the morning). I called this location, spoke to a young woman, and she said changing my drop off time would not be a problem AND that there would be no extra charge. I went in to the store today to pick up my truck, and they told me they were charging me for an additional day because of the change. I told them about my conversation with the female employee and the gentleman helping me told me it must have been a miscommunication. I explained that it wasnt a miscommunication, and that the employee had mislead me (although I believe it was unintentional). They didnt make any sort of correction to their error. The issue for me is the customer service--I would have had no problem paying the extra day if the woman I spoke with had simply been upfront about it. Its not good customer service to not follow through on an agreement. I wont be using this enterprise again.

We rented a Kia optima from this location yesterday around 4 & The whole staff was professional & Kind.. We had to run to the store & everyone was patient with us & very helpful.. They are so AWESOME!!

The worse place to rent from. Gave me a broken key. Then had the nerve to charge me extra money. This is the second time they have over charged me.

Car was ready for me. Staff was professional and efficient. Easy pick up. Use of technology is great. Printed contract in parking lot. No up sale pressure. Car had fragrance. Too strong for me, due to allergies. Drove with windows open. Went to run errands only to find cigaretts in trunk, again allergies. Why do I still give it five stars...I was taught to rate companies on how they respond to concerns. I returned to the facility and they had another vehicle ready for me. My only concern is the use of air freshener to cover odors. Many people have sensitivities to perfumes and such. Use of an ozone machine might be a better choice.

Most everything went fine. Customer service reps were friendly and handled the transaction efficiently. While we do know that the car was washed, we did notice a very pungent odor after leaving the rental facility and mostly on the outside of the car. It did not actually go away or subside until shortly before we returned the car.

Our experience at this location was wonderful. The staff is courteous and professional. They are thorough and work quickly to get you back on the road. We appreciate your help. Thank you very much!

Car was nice, I do not generally drive Toyotas, but the windshield was dirty on the inside and the car had a funny smell, a little hard to describe, but they should look for something old that used to grow. Too bad for a car with just 30k miles. The rental process was easy and smooth as it usually is at Enterprise, you need to ask for a paper rental agreement, always nice to have if something happens and the officer does not really believe you rented the car. They should leave the extra floor mats in, at 30k miles there was already a hole in the carpet under the gas pedal; probably more of a Toyota issue than Enterprise.

I have written reviews about Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the past that were not positive. However, I am very pleased by the the customer service that I received from Max at the 3455 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Fredericksburg, VA location. Max was FANTASTIC!!! He is a consummate professional and extremely friendly. He welcomed you with a great smile and warm disposition. When I returned the car this morning, he remembered our previous conversation. Max is an excellent asset to this office!!!

I generally always use Enterprise for my car rentals and have always been Satisfied. However, this past rental I picked up on Saturday morning and it seemed fine, but after being in it for a few minutes I noticed an unopened BandAid in the drivers door and a tube of Blistex someone had left. Later I noticed a lighter in the front passenger door and an empty fast food container under the drivers seat. Clearly when the rental was turned in it was not cleaned. This normally would not bother me to much except that when I turned the car in, I was charged $12 for 4 gallons if gas. This would not be an issue except gas is only $1.87 at the station 1/4 of a mile from the Enterprise. When I contacted them about this I never received a response until this request for a review.

I rented a vehicle from them from Monday until Saturday while I was car searching since my car broke down, the staff where very friendly and professional, they came and picked me up and listen to what I needed. The car they put me in was great I loved it, it was super clean and very reliable 😊, I was able to do an after hour drop off and they called me back to confirm that my 200 deposit was refunded definitely would do business with them again when ever I need a car rental.

We reserved an intermediate, generally an Elantra. They gave us a compact, Versa, and then when we brought up to the associate that it was the wrong vehicle; she brushed us off and said I thought you wanted the compact and youre only being charged for the compact. We dont care about the $15 difference. The size difference when youre driving 4 states away is very important. She was very nice but her customer service is beyond lacking. I dont care if she made a mistake, I care that she didnt try to fix it. Plus they dont tell you about the $200 deposit when you reserve online and that it all has to be on a card.

I rented a car while mine was in the shop. The process to pick up the car was rather easy and pretty quick. However, once I was able to get into the vehicle I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor. Possibly smoke and a heavy perfume type smell. The combination of the two was nauseating. Also, the front windshield and back window were quite dirty as well as the mirror inside the car. It was bad enough that once I was able to get the vehicle home that I cleaned them all. I noticed trash under the front seat and food crumbs visible between the seats. This is just not what I expect when renting a car. The return was okay, but the staff seemed a bit too comfortable as if they were at home and not at work seeing a customer was in the office. lastly, I did need a ride across the street to where my vehicle was and the individual who took me over just walked outside without communicating which vehicle we were going to use so I was confused as to what we were doing. The fact that I had to ask, seemed odd. Not impressed overall. If I need to rent a car again, I will look for another option.

Do not rent a car here!!!! I rented a car here and returned it with NO damage but a few weeks later received a bill in the mail for $700 due to a hole in the bumper which was not identified upon final inspection. Enterprise has a history of submitting faulty claims... I do not recommend doing business with them.

I rented a car just for a few hours. While car was in dealer ship. I only did it to get something done before vacation. Car was not clean. But didnt even care. I returned car and was rushed. I had left a large bag behind drivers seat. I tried calling 30 minutes after i returned the car. And it was a direct number to the rental office. I couldnt get through. 2 hours of calling and calling. Again on Saturday. This time 4 hours. I call enterprise hot line. They send them a email. Witch i was sent s copy. They are closed on sunday. I call monday .after 2 more hours of calling i speak to DAN. He tells me i will check and call you right back. I wait 2 hours nothing. I go back to calling, and calling. After another 2 HOURS of calling i speak to Amead. I explain what happened. I tell him i spoke to Dan, and he never called me back. CUSTOMER SERVICEIS iS VERY POOR. I will never rent from them again. Now i have to drive a hour each way to see manager. So far i have. A rental for 3 hours. And 12 hours trying to get my bag returned. NEVER A AGAIN.

Needed a large vehicle for a pre-planned trip right after our van was hit. They were able to help. Check in/out was fast and easy. Pick up x 2 was fast, easy, and on time. Electronic paperwork was efficient. The process was clear. The extra fees were high but that was covered by insurance. Very good job Fredericksburg Enterprise!!!!

I use this location often. Great Experience. Long drive to Columbia, SC for a family reunion. The Toyota Camry was exactly what I needed. Will definitely visit this location again.

The staff was friendly and informative. The prices were competitive, my only complaint is, I never seem to get the car that I reserve. I know this can be out of their control at times, but a Ford Transit when I reserved a Nissan Altima, is a bit of a stretch.

Ive been using enterprise car rental for years. But lately their customer service has fallen off. The last few times I went to rent a car it was very dirty. But my last experience I must say have to been the worse. The didnt wash the car the car smelled like smoke. But most of all they gave out my private information. I have since field a complaint over a month ago and still have not heard back from anyone. If you need for them to reach you give them a phone number you may not be reached because they will give away your phone number

Always a good company, but pay extra attention to tiny details when examining your vehicle.. dont want to end up like me and finding out the hard way.

I have been using the Fredericksburg North location for the past few months to allow me to exit middle Virginia and head northbound for my weekly business trips. The cars selection is top notch, near brand new every time. The staff is extremely responsive, friendly and great at making the entire rental experience one to remember! - Alan

The car was great, but after we returned it the office in Fredericksburg claimed we cracked the windshield, and that we have to pay for it!! It was not cracked when we returned it about 15 hours before it was due, and when I tried to say we were not responsible, that it had happened in the parking lot after return, I was told we were still responsible for it! Now I have to fight with my insurance company or Enterprise, or both, or pay it myself, since my deductible is $500!

My overall experience was great!! The staff was very helpful, patient and friendly! I have no complaints. I would rent from them again.

We go to Enterprise all of the time to rent our cars and weve never had an issue but this time was the worst. We were traveling to Memphis Tennessee from Northern Virginia, in that route it beagain. o rain which is not uncommon it has nothing to do with Enterprise but what has everything to do with Enterprise. The fact that they gave us a car and the wheels had not been replaced or anything like that. For the duration of the travel we slid across the road had to pull over and wait for the big storm to clear out I had my three children and my wife in the car this was terrible!!! I will never ever rent from them again

Rented a car to go to the nationals game . Waited about 25 minutes they gave me a discount and a free upgrade . Nice people busy company

I wish there was a -5 star option, But Mary really made my experience unreal! Talk about racism! This woman is so nasty, I believe she was a sort of manager not sure. But while I was renting a car I over heard her talking to a man of color and after she was done she turns around and tells a other employee black people are so hard to deal with the other employee just laughed and shakes his head to agree. I then just told the young lady that was helping me hold on the rental and went to Hertz instead, why would I give my business to that!

I had a great experience with this location. I needed the car a little longer, because my vehicle wasnt ready on time, but it was not an issue. Will be returning next month.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and personable. No problems with the car at all, and she even helped me figure out the needed adjustments to the SUV.

I have rented cars from this location. I am driving a 2017 Nissan Altima today from Enterprise. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good service

Been going for years BUT, this year is my last!! Customer service was horrible and the car I was stuck with should only have been used for short trips. It wasnt made to go through West Virginia. A 8 hour trip turned into 16! Total nightmare!! No more Enterprise!!

My car was involved in a fender bender and had to go to the Ford dealership to be repaired. I got a rental from Enterprise at 3455 Jeff Davis Hwy. Fredericksburg Va. They came to the dealership to pick me up and was ready for me at the counter. The whole process was fast efficient and friendly plus I got a brand new Nissan Altima to drive. Overall I am very satisfied with the service and car I received.

Rented us a car with almost no wiper fluid in the dead of winter. We ran out on the middle of the turnpike, in the dark, during a snowstorm. Your negligence is going to kill someone. Shame on all of you.

When we got there the car wasn’t ready; said it was being cleaned. We waited past the scheduled time, when we got the car it was still dirty. When you hit the seat dust came out and there was sand in the car from previous people...i assumed it would’ve been clean since we waited some time. It wasn’t the car i expected but did the job for our trip.

Perfect place to a car, I rent from them every year! Love them!
