This place was able to get me in for a same day appointment to get my windshield replaced and for over half the price as another company through my insurance who couldn’t get me in until the weekend at the earliest. Great work and very friendly people working there. Even with being busy they were on time with my appointment and I was out of there quicker than I thought I’d be. I would definitely recommend this place!

I forgot to get my window replaced, with the pandemic and all, and it was due for inspection. I called a different windshield company ( I wont name drop) who were going to take a week to get to me. I called Glass Now because my wife got a quote from them. They got me in the shop the next day, AND saved me three hundred dollars! So, yeah, next time a truck hits me with rocks Ill be calling this place. Its not a lot to look at, but they have it where it counts! Speed, accurate installation, and price.

I found this company last week after a bad experience I had with Safelite in Fredericksburg. Long story short, I called this company after canceling my appointment with Safelite and they were able to schedule me for next day installation of a windshield for my Scion Tc for…and let me say this loudly for the people in the back…. FOR HALF THE PRICE that Safelite charged me. They were polite and professional throughout the entire process. I will 100% be recommending this business for windshield repairs and replacements from now on.

They have great prices compared to some of the other places I called. The quality of work very good. The office manager is very nice.

If you can drive your vehicle to them, and can patiently wait because its not a fast process no matter what company does it, you will NOT find a better deal. The office personnel managed to work me in after the call center incorrectly stated a window of 8am to 5pm, first come first serve. I strongly recommend contacting them directly for an actual appointment time. Very friendly, impressed with pricing and quality.

Great service. They was up front about my installation and price. While other places tried to charge more to recalibrate my sensors, they told me my vehicle didnt need to recalibrate on my jeep grandcherokee. My opinion they are very honest and know what they are talking about when it comes to cars and windows. I would recommend this company to others.

What a great job they did for me. I called with a chip in my windshield and asked if they could help. It was getting close to closing time but she said sure we can help you get here as soon as you can. I showed up and the front of the store staff were helpful and very nice. They had one of their techs look at it right away. He said he coukd fix it so 15 min later Im driving home after paying a fair price. I was pleased with how my whole visit went.

Very good price and honest employees. Others I called said we would need the truck to be recalibrated, safelite quoted $880 which included a mandatory recalibration. This business said to let the truck recalivrate on its own as most vehicles will if the windshield was replaced correctly. Not only was the windshield less expensive, I also saved on the recalibration. This is the 2nd windshield they replaced for me.

I-95 threw a rock at my car, and Auto Glass Now was able to give a quick quote over the phone and was able to fit me in that same day (called in the late afternoon).Everyone was very courteous, and Tim(othy) worked on the windshield. Considering another quote was 2.5x what AutoGlass quoted me, I am satisfied with their repair (about the size of a dime).They do offer a one year guarantee on their work, and will replace the windshield if the repair does not hold less the repair fee you already paid (keep your receipt! they were adamant about that). Hopefully it will hold up!

Would be 0 if I could. The lobby was gross, it’s like no one swept or wiped anything down. No one wore a mask. I was told it would be an hour and a half, it was 2 and a half hours. One of the technicians walked in and was dancing without paying any attention and smacked my laptop screen. And after the work was done, the paper towels in the back of my truck bed were destroyed. It’s like they took no care to watch out for these things. Didn’t even bother taking off tape after the back window was installed. Would not recommend.

I had a chip in my front windshield glass and they only charged me $59 to repair it when a company whose name I will not mention wanted to charge me $140 for the same job. And let me tell you these people at AutoGlass now Fredericksburg are fast, they did the job and under 15 minutes. its nice to see there are still reasonably-priced priced companies doing business

Tried them 2 times first time took several hours for a side window . Tried to get a service where they come to you but couldnt get in on time needed my inspection done. Crowded sitting area with COVID, saff not wearing mask as well as patrons sat outside both times once in the freeing cold second time in the hot sun for over 2 hours. Why make appointments if you cant keep up with them. I will never use this business again.

I scheduled an overnight drop off for an appointment the next day to have my windshield repaired. I did not hear anything from this company all day. They were supposed to call me when the work was complete so that I could pay over the phone and pick up after hours. This was all arranged when making the appointment. I called at 6 when I got off work, and they were closed. I had to wait until the next morning to call back. I found out the work was never done. And I was told that I didn’t “call them to remind them” to work on my car. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR A DROP OFF! They had my car all day. In the end they had my car for over 3 days just to replace my windshield! I was out of a car for 3 whole days! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Angela was less than helpful, and stated she could fix a chip in the future at no charge. She offered no sympathy, took no responsibility for the error on their part, nor did she offer any discount for my major inconvenience! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!

Speed and very good work

Solid, time efficient work, just the friendliest woman at the front desk, and the cost blew Toyotas SUPER inflated price out of the water. My only issue was, though there were Xs on the floor that I assume were meant to encourage social distancing, there was not a single mask to be seen. Outside of the worlds current situation, this would definitely be a 5star review.

The windshield leaks and made the rear veiw mirror lose and when went to move mirror so we could see it fell and took a chuck of glass with it and it was all because of the leak and they will not fix the issue and now got to pay for someone else to fix it . and the front desk lady is very rude and called us liars and we have witness to what happened

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE, they did come to my home the first time to replace my windshield, then a few days later my rear view mirror is hanging from my windshield. Come to find out they put the wrong windshield in took forever to get replaced. Now it’s only been 5 months and now I’m replacing my mirror again. I believe they gave me a low grade windshield or something. I highly do NOT recommend this place.

Beware of bait & switch plus extra credit card fees! In all fairness, the tech that replaced the wind shield of my truck was very pleasant! I wish I could say the same about the rest of my experience. When I called for a quote a week or so ago I was told by Angela on the phone that my truck may require a molding of some kind but if I didnt need it they would not charge for it. Then she went on to tell me that the molding was about $24 and the glass would be $185 totaling $209 plus tax. Yesterday I set an appointment for this morning. When I arrived they told me I didnt have an appointment. But after looking in a different location in the computer they found it. Once the work was completed I handed the girl my credit card. She then told me that their was a 4% charge for credit cards. I then asked if they had to use the molding and the other lady (I think Angela) said she didnt charge me for the molding but the charge was still $209 plus tax, plus the 4% CC charge. I told them what I was quoted of the phone and it didnt seem to matter. By then I was done with the whole thing and just paid the bill and left. Being a small business owner my self I most admit that I am extra sensitive to customer service experiences. So maybe others can tolerate this kind of treatment, but this would never happen to one of my clients. Not on my watch!

I had the glass in my 2012 Ford Focus replaced last year due to a large crack. I called around to multiple shops to quote prices and this one came in the best. My wife went and received exemplary customer service.About a month after the replacement a huge rock hit my windshield again and cracked it beyond repair again. I called back in today and received the same level of exemplary customer service that I did last year. My wife has an appointment today to get the windshield replaced again.I have now received amazing customer service and pricing two years in a row, and they have made me a lifetime customer.If youre looking for an establishment to replace your windshield or fix a crack, I would look no further.

1 star too many. They came recommended and seemed to have great reviews but the way I was treated today was anything but great. I was given a window from 9am - 4pm, with a 30 minute call before they arrive. By 3:45 I had received no call and after calling they had no idea where the techs were. Finally after calling back around, 4:15 I was informed they would be there in about 45 minutes and about an hour install. I called regional and district managers. All the same rude attitude with no care that I missed other appointments or that I had to pick up my son in a timely manner. I understand that service jobs on site often have delays. What I dont understand is that they could not call to let me know. Or that they mentioned It would have gotten done sooner if I came to them, which was never mentioned when booking and the fact that I work very close by so that would have been fine. Not a single person actually called me today from Auto Glass Now. Im not asking for a free windshield but would love someone to have accountability for what they do and tell customers. Highly DO NOT Recommend them to anyone looking for a windshield. To top it off now my car also has no inspection sticker at all on it and its too late today to even get it inspected. Had they come in the appropriate time, I would have had time to make my appointment to get a new state inspection. Thanks Guys!

I went online and requested a quote at about 2:30 AM. Place opens at 8:00 AM. I received a call from Jennifer at 8:20. She asked me to check something on window to be replaced. Gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted it done today. Set up appointment for 2:00 PM.Got there about 1:20. Two side windows replaced in about 30 minutes! Price was about HALF of other estimates. Very thankful!!!!Everyone was pleasant, sweet as pie!!

This company lost a potential new customer, with a bad customer service experience. I went to auto glass now. Because I was scheduled to travel out of town and satellite appointment booked. I travel a lot on the highway for work and often have to get my windshield fixed due to highway driving. I arrived at auto glass now and the front desk clerk who check us in was so unpleasant. My appointment was scheduled for 8am. It seemed they scheduled several appointments for this hour. So the employee seemed to be annoyed. She had each of us sign our checking papers but she mixed up the keys. When the technicians came back into the office to figure out what was happening. She started to get mad with them( even though it was her fault). The tech who had my keys had her reprint the information. But she didnt even come back to the desk to issue it. She made him do it( he was nice by the way) but you can tell her attitude upset him as well. The service received from the lady in the front office was rude and disappointing. Considering Im a first time customer and the price here is cheaper than satellite; because the service is so bad I would rather pay the additional amount to stay a satellite customer. I would rather rather have my service done and a pleasant customer service experience as well.

The price is low, service is great, but the most important thing is that Caleb did an outstanding job replacing my windshield. He met me in a parking lot near my work and I watched him work. Living in the DC region, I have a lot of experience with windshield replacements (including a safelight horror). He took care of all the important details, like making sure the bead was even (unlike my last job, apparently) to reduce the stress on the glass, making sure the glass was even, etc. If I ever need another replacement, I will call Glass Now.

Just wanted to say WOW. I had the infamous star chip that decided to expand not just into the base of the windshield but also grow a branching crack in the span of 2 hours while sitting in the Virginia heat. Yikes! Unfortunately, my insurance policy mandates that the full deductible gets paid if I want a new windshield. I called a major windshield provider and the cost was a little less than the deductible, but still expensive. In desperation, I Googled windshield repair, and found this shop. The operating hours fit into my schedule nicely. The online quote and contact form was easy to fill out and I was shocked to see that the quote was significantly less costly than the major competitors. I filled out the contact form and received a phone call the next morning. I had an appointment scheduled for 1700 hours the SAME DAY :-O As luck would have it, I was stuck in rush hour traffic. I called in a panic, worried that I would lose my appointment. The kind lady working the front desk reassured me that it was no problem. As soon as I walked in the door (20 minutes past my appointment), she shook my hand and immediately handed my keys to the wonderful technician, Brandon. He promptly drove my truck to the repair bay where he worked his windshield magic. By 1759, my account was settled, I got a warranty for the work, and I was back on the road in a shiny, new, and safe windshield. I cannot recommend this business and the professional staff enough. If I ever need a new or repaired windshield, these folks will have my business. THANK YOU!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

At first I was annoyed bc was supposed to have a 9:30 am appt but for some reason the glass wasn’t ordered so I got pushed to 5 pm. Once here they err very nice and accommodating. I have had my windshield replaced twice by this company. I tend to go to them because they’re the best price. Let’s just say, you get what you pay for. Less than a year ago, I had my second replacement. I now have ANOTHER crack in my windshield. I now need to replace it again, for the third time in less than a year. Absolutely rediculous. That’s what I get for trying to get a cheaper price. Would not EVER recommend this place to anyone.

When searching online for a quote to have my windshield replaced, I decided to go with glass masters because they were cheaper than the competition by $50-$75. Since my windshield needed replacing 4 days before Christmas, I was definitely looking to save as much money as possible.When I called to make an appointment (on a Friday evening) I got very friendly & helpful customer service from the front desk receptionist. When I came in to sign the paperwork the guy who was doing the work introduced himself to me and did a little inspection with me of the windshield. He was very friendly as well.I was also pleased that the quote I got online was true and there were no hidden fees. My online quote was exactly what I paid.Basically, everything went smoothly and they even accomodated my weird work schedule for pick up the next day. They left the key in my car since they closed before I got off of work.The only reason Im giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is because they left my window down and when I picked my car up it was raining so my car seat was soaked.The bottom line is, I would recommend them for sure and I would come back if I needed any glass work done on my car again.

Very nice on the phone. Pretty pitiful customer service by the lady on the left. First thing i notice is the installer of my windshield mustve used a machete to remove the old one by the amount of glass all over my interior. No big deal i have a vacuum so Ill clean your mess up. Then the incompetence starts to rear its ugly little head again when i try to wash the greasy paw prints off my windshield and my wipers no longer work. Upon further inspection i notice that the former physics graduate had not installed my wiper arms incorrectly. I go tell your front desk and lady on the left goes and gets the professor physics major to fix my wipers. He then comes and summons me to the glass busting/removal area of the dungeon like shop where he tries to explain to me how my wipers were inoperable prior to my arrival. I explain to the psychics scholar the reason i need it replaced is because the wipers that are inoperable were so operational prior to you touching them that they gouged a 3 inch wide scratch across my entire windshield and had Thor not hammered my glass out he may have seen the scratch. I left the dungeon area immediately out of pure fury upon which left desk impolite lady asked what was wrong and i explained and she retreated to the glass crushing playground to speak to the professor. Upon her return she explains how the district manager says in also wrong and i can call her to confirm my ignorance about some broken wipers that Stephan Hawking never reinstalled correctly and i was the ignorant one. So once professor physics walks in he tells me he fixed the wipers and he didnt know how. Moral of the story go to safelite. Thanks for ruining my day.

I went to go get the back glass of my truck resealed and they told me that in the process of resealing it that if it broke they wouldnt be responsible. Seems to me like any business doing work on your property would want to take responsibility for something that they have broken or damaged. Suffice to say I will take my, my familys, friends and anybody elses business that I talk to, somewhere else thats willing to take responsibility for their own actions.

A while back I got a quote from one of their competitors at a reasonable price, a couple weeks later threat same place nearly doubled the cost of their windshields, so I looked around a bit and found these guys/gals. Not only was The quote 50 bucks less than the original quote from their competition, they got me in the next day, and the glass is flawless. Highly recommended. If my glass needs replacing, Im coming back here.

The person who handles the phones and booking of appointments is extremely rude and bad-mannered . She makes every question asked seem as if it’s a problem for her to answer, and every phone call an issue for her to answer. She couldnt sound unhappier if she tried.The after hours call center is a joke. If you want to be hung up on and disregarded this is the place for you.The only good thing that came from my appointment here was the price and the amount of time it took for them to replace my windshield. When the job was done I was asked to sign a line on the paperwork saying I over looked the car with them and everything was good to go when no one had even told me my vehicle was ready or took me to show me the work was completed.

They no showed me and didnt even call to let me know. I ended up calling them to see what the heck was going on and they acted like I was in the wrong for questioning them. So id say if you like people wasting your time and being rude to you this is your place.

Only place I would trust to install a new front windshield on my custom painted 2006 mustang gt. Came back without a scratch, and they even made sure the glue looked nice on the edges of the glass which all had very clean lines. Very very very cheaply priced against competition

Outstanding company.I-95 is tough on windshield glass, and we seem to need to replace the glass on at least one of our cars every year.For the first few times I called around to different places to get a good prices, realizing that Safelite was not the place to go for a great price, and tried different repair services.Auto Glass Now (called Glass Masters back when I first started using them) was one of the choices we made... but they were just a bit different than others.Our first experience was their mobile service out of Richmond, they come to my work, and the guy was actually PASSIONATE about changing windshield glass. He wanted to explain everything to me about the job, about proper seating, setting and curing, and I found it interesting.He was fast and the end result was excellent. best of all it was very affordable.Next time we used their service, it was at our home. Same result.After that, at least three (maybe four times since), we have gone to their facility on Westwood Avenue and let them do the work in their garage there. Still fast. Very nice installers and staff too. No problems transferring our county decal or state inspection sticker to the new windshields.Affordable. Fast. Great looking jobs. Never had a leak or other installation issue. Totally recommended.

So we used this place when we had issues with our passenger side front window glass. We called our insurance, (we had a zero deductible), and was told that they could get us in the same day. This was great because we needed to get the vehicle inspected and couldnt wait for a competitor to come out to our home and install it. We show up to get the work done, and they have lost the claim, and that should have been our first clue. No worries they assured us, and while we were getting other business done, we got the call telling us they had completed the install. Thought that was the end of it but nooooo. The VERY next day, I get up to use the truck for an errand, and notice a large crack in the window we just replaced. I rolled the window down, because it was over 95 degrees outside and there is no working air conditioning in the truck and when I tried rolling the window up i heard the glass crunch. Back on the line with the insurance I go, and they say to go back, JUST TO SEE IF IT WAS THIER FAULT MIND YOU. So, 3 hours later when they can fit us in, they finally say Yeah, it was our fault, and we will fix it right away. Turns out the first guy didnt secure the glass to the mechanism that moves the glass up and down. They fix it, and STILL NOT THE END OF IT. The VERY NEXT DAY, we come out to use the truck and are greeted by ANOTHER CRACK IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE. Back on the phone with the insurance and at this point we dont want to deal with them anymore. Should have gone with the other guy that rhymes with bafelight.

All of the staff was nice the first day. They didnt put my rearview mirror back on properly it wasnt a big deal they told me to come back so they can fix it. The next day it was a different lady on the right side of the office that was very rude. The lady on the left of the office is very nice. She is the only reason I would come back. But the smaller lady on the right of the office needs to learn customer service. Other than that it was ok.. I have been using them for 3 years never had a problem with customer service until my last visit very very disappointed.

I have conducted business with this company for the past 3 years. Their prices are very affordable and they offer mobile service, which is very convenient. But today, I was very embarrased by the way they handled collecting payment. In the past, the tech completes the job, leaves me a VM and I call back when I get a break and take care of the payment. I offered to prepay and was told that was not necessary. When the technician finished the job, he notified security at my job to call my supervisor, that apparently wasnt good enough, so he then reached out to my HR manager who emailed me and then he also called my cell 7xs and sent a text message. This was all within an hour of completion. That was so embarrassing! Especially when I offered to prepay. I called the office to make the payment (as soon as I could get my break), I expressed my concern for the embarrassment as if they werent going to get paid. She explained that too many people skip out on payments thats why he was reaching out so many times. Well my advice, do yourself a favor, to avoid losing future business, require payment prior to service. I probably will never do business with this company again just to avoid this type of humiliation.

Half price of other quotes. 45 mins and I was out. No trace of any materials(glass bits, plastic, etc). I dont need a big story why others charge so much its just hoopla. Even while I was there the nice front office lady kept telling the callers how much are they charging? I dont know why but we will be cheaper....] and shes right.

They ripped my satellite radio wiring apart when they took the windshield off. When I was told this they were actually angry at me for not telling them. I wasn’t asked nor was I aware of this, but im still confused by how this business reacted to the situation.The only one who should be angry is me, Auto Glass Now were the ones who broke my property. No compsenation and I barely got a sorry out of the owner. When I told them to try and fix it, the best these guys do is to tape the wires back together.Terrible service and apathetic to customer’s concern.
