Called to get a price, the representative asked me what our zip code (King George), she said they dont service our area and hung up on me.

Posting for my daughter she had a Great experience considering she needed a new windshield because a random person busted her windshield and broke her mirrors off. Steve was the installer and was fast, friendly and efficient . He also called the morning of and gave her the time he would be there and also texted when he was on way. Would definitely use again if needed . Highly recommend.

December 11th I was driving from my home in Pennsylvania to my work in Wilmington, NC when an owl swooped out of the trees at around 0530 and smashed my windshield. I had to be towed. Auto glass fitters was at the tow company within 2 hours and it was fixed in about 30 minutes! Originally my appointment was to be on Thursday, when I explained the situation they got me in that day. I will forever be so grateful to everyone (I spoke with Violet on the phone and Josh actually fixed my windshield)!

Spoke with a technician the morning of install. Provided them with the correct address and phone number, unfortunately he went to the wrong address and never called the number provided. Giving 1 star based on horrible customer service.

Im giving three stars because they never actually worked on my vehicle so I cant judge their work. However, Im also generously giving three stars because when I called the office I was told that they carried the glass and gasket for a 66 F100 truck. An appointment was tentatively set up for a couple days later and I was told I would be contacted by the manager with a request for pictures before the work was approved since this is a classic vehicle. The day before the appointment I called back since I hadnt heard anything and the man I spoke with told me he remembered talking to me but couldnt find the order in the system. After digging around a bit more he tells me his boss decided to delete the order from the system because he doesnt trust his tech to do the work and for whatever reason didnt call me or tell anyone else. If they dont want my business, thats fine. Just let me know so we arent wasting time.*Edit - After writing this review I checked my voicemail on my cell and saw that the manager did leave a voicemail for me that morning, but in it she told me they cancelled because they didnt have a gasket.
