Ed came out initially to measure and give me an estimate for a shower enclosure then he explained the process of ordering and installing. He and Jesse came back to install a few weeks later. They were on time and did a great job with the enclosure. I am very happy with the service and the product so far. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of glass installation.

We moved to Haymarket a few months ago and were excited to find a company to hang our very large mirrors. We scheduled our first appointment and after the window in the morning they called to reschedule. We scheduled for the next week and then no one showed up again. When my husband spoke to the receptionist she told him she had no idea what happened but assured him that the technician would out for our now 3rd appointment. This appointment WINDOW mind you has been for 4 hours each time. The technician did not show AGAIN! No call and no email, now 12 hours of our time has been wasted waiting around for these people. Disrespectful, unprofessional to say the least. Call them if you want to waste your time.

Absolute embarrassment of a company. I made the first appointment and they needed to reschedule for a week later which wasnt an issue. The day of the 2nd appointment they dont show or call. Now thats an issue. I called to see what happened and the lady was very apologetic and said she didnt now why the tech didnt show. She said she would personally monitor my next appointment and contact the tech to ensure he shows up for the next appointment. Fast forward 2 weeks later for the 3rd appointment and no one showed or called for that appointment yesterday. Im now over a month in from a timeframe standpoint of still needing the work done and Ive personally taken 2 days off for the appointments that they never showed for. Dont waste your time like I did. Call a different company.

We were having an issue with the silicone seal. They came out and were able to fix it that day at cost a lot less than I expected.

All Glass did a beautiful job with my home gym mirrors. Looking forward to getting some other glass projects around the house done soon.

Called Ed out to look at re sealing 3 window panes for a customers house. Initially we determined there was no water coming in from the window panes however upon further investigation we determined there was water coming in from the window panes but Ed would not come back out just to even take a second look. He basically said there was nothing he could do but its a window repair company so go figure. That makes zero sense to me. Poor company poor service

All Glass did a great job on replacing the glass of a window that had cracked. I was worried that i would have to replace the entire window ( dbl pane/dbl hung aluminum frame) but they were able to order a new sealed glass and reuse the existing frame. I shopped them and another company, All Glass came in much cheaper and delivered great customer service and a quality product. Will definitely use them again and refer to others.

All Glass did an outstanding job on my glass protectors for my bedroom dressers. Highly recommended!!!!

We first used All Glass to replace the glass in our sliding door when the factory seal failed. They did the job well, but because it was an insurance claim, it took a VERY long time (2 mos.). When we needed a new glass shower enclosure for our master bath we gave All Glass another shot and were not disappointed. They came out promptly to measure, followed up within 2 days with an estimate and we had our finished product installed within 2 1/2 weeks. They even came out and moved a handle for me, after I went against their recommendations for placement of it. They stand behind their products and offer great customer service.

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. Would use them again if the need arises.
