He came to look at our dishwasher the day after we contacted him, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part that day, received it the next day, and had it repaired on the third day. Highly recommend him for his timeliness, knowledge, quality of work and extremely reasonable charges.

What can I say about Tony, he rocks. He installed a new dishwasher and new faucet in our kitchen within a week and was very reasonably priced. Cleaned up after he was finished and even gave helpful advice on how to save water when starting the dishwasher. He guarantees his work and is very professional. He even let one of our cats help with the installation. Please reach out when you need appliance repair work done, he is such a nice person and has a great personality.

My dryer was not heating up and I was debating on whether or not to just go buy a new one or see if it could be fixed. A friend recommended Tony. I called and he was able to come out that day. He was very professional and arrived when he said he would and was honest. He showed me exactly what needed to be replaced and also showed me a part that was installed incorrectly and was starting to shred and replaced that also. He told me up front what the cost would be. He replaced the parts and vacuumed out all the lint and showed me that the heating element was starting to scorch the lint and could have caused a fire. He vacuumed out all the lint and cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend Tony if you need any small appliance repair.

Tony recently repaired our dryer and when he took it apart I was shocked by the amount of lint that had accumulated in 5 years!!! Not only did he replace the heating element he also brought his own shop vac with him and thoroughly cleaned out the interior of the dryer and lubricated the moving parts. Ive bought a washer and dryer from this business and I just recently had them out to fix my dryer. Theyve exceeded my expectations in every way, quick response to my inquiry, quickly came by, and quickly fixed my dryer. He also checked my washer when he was here and it turns out the agitator was broken and my clothes etc. werent being cleaned properly. I never would have known that. Tony (the owner) is a man of his word. Far too often a rare thing. He refurbishes appliances and is clearly very knowledgeable. We had one issue with a dryer we bought from him and he was there within two days to make it right. He would have been there the next day but his truck was in the shop when I called. He is always considerate. He calls 30 minutes before he will be there and is easy to work with. From the first time we did business with him we decided wed rather buy refurbished appliances from now on, as long as we can get them from Tony/ USA Appliance. We save a lot of money and end up with an appliance that is AS good as new.

Tony Troiano is the absolute BEST appliance repair person we have ever hired to repair our appliances. Our friend who is a builder recommended him to us saying that Tony would be honest with us about whether it would be better to repair or replace three of our kitchen appliances. The good news is not only that he would be able to repair all three of them at a reasonable total cost, but also he reported that all three of them are in very good condition and we can expect to get another 8-10 years of service out of them. Now that we are retired, we are all about making the best of what we already have and not incurring a lot of expenses. I have called on Tony for various repairs for the last few years and have never been disappointed. From a dryer, to water heater install to a garbage disposal replacement and even replacement of an over the range microwave door, the work is done with a fair price and Ive never had to call him back. I had a great experience with Mr. Troiano. I called him Wednesday evening regarding my Maytag washing machine and he was able to come take a look at it the very next morning. He was even kind enough to accommodate my schedule, I had a doctors appointment for my child and he was able to come back to my house a couple hours later to fix the machine. My washing machine works fine now and the part that he had to replace is under warranty.

I bought a reconditioned washer from U.S.A. Appliance I was not sure if I should go with a new one but Tony assured me he had the washer like new and with the warranty from Tony I felt sure it would last. It has been almost a year. Couldnt ask for anything better. Quick response, courteous, helpful, and reasonable. Samsung washer stopped draining. He replaced the drain motor. That same day, the new motor crapped out, and he was out with a replacement within 48 hours. Ultimately the control board was likely the root problem, keeping the pump continuously running. Ended up replacing the washer. He even helped me find the best place in town for a new washer. He fixed an ice build up in our freezer as well, and came up with a heat-sync solution to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Cant say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend (and Im pretty picky and have higher expectations).

I work with Tony many years ago. Here ran his business as if everyone was family undersold himself on almost every unit I watch him sell as well as on his labor. when I had him look at my parents water heater he came and told them I can order you a $100 part come back in a week and charge you for twice as much labor or I can do this and that now which will be safe but void any warrenty on the unit(warrenty expired 1year previous) and charge you $20. Ive recomended him to friends who told me he explianed their appliances functions and help them fix things over the phone. House flippers Tony is your best friend.

I had a tenants fridge go down on a Saturday night. I called every appliance repair company in the Fredericksburg area and Tony from USA Appliance was the ONLY person to call me back on a Sunday. He showed up promptly at 9am on Monday, quickly diagnosed the problem, found a replacement part, drove to Springfield to pick the part up, and drove back to Fredericksburg to repair the fridge THE SAME DAY. Tony was so good, I asked if he would service my appliances up in Manassas. I contacted U.S.A Appliance Repair because of all the great reviews they had. I was looking for a professional to inspect the internal parts of my oven as critters had gotten in during a move and needed someone knowledgeable to make sure everything was working before I used it. I spoke to Tony and he set me up with an appointment for the same day and I asked if he specialized in Samsung products as well as asking if his company was insured as any customer would talking to a smaller repair company because you should not assume this. INSTEAD of his great work I was expecting he texted me thirty minutes before the appointment to cancel and angrily text me about insurance. Its obvious this guy is not a true professional that believes in his workmanship and more than likely doesnt have coverage for his company in case they damage your property. STEER CLEAR of this company if you are worried about workmanship longevity and possible accidents with your property. True construction/repair/craftsmen that believe in their ability and workmanship do not worry about such things. Especially when a customer asks because you are a smaller shop.
