We had two problems with our oven, one we had been ignoring for a few months. They came out immediately after other places said they were a week out. They fixed one problem, needed to order a part for the other. Said it might be a week or more, but they came back in 3 days and fixed the remaining issue. They only charged for one service call and the rates and parts were more than fair. They also worked clean and quick. Would call again.

Came in for a replacement thermal fuse for my clothes dryer. Not only did they have it but they even checked the original one I came in with to double check that it did infact need replacement. Could have easilly just sold me the part without a care but they didnt. Awesome people!!

I called ahead to confirm that Sandys Appliance had a part in stock for my Kenmore Dryer. I told the nice lady who answered the phone which part I needed and before I could look up the part number, she recited the 8 digit part number to me from memory. I was amazed! I went to pick the part up (it was cheaper than any place I found online) and she had it waiting for me at the register. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be returning for any future appliance part needs!

This is a small appliance part shop. Shops like this just dont exist anymore. Sandys has come through for me on more than one occasion. Having the knob for the dryer in my rental to the water valve for my refrigerator in my own home. Prices are competitive to online as well.If you need a part for an appliance I would recommend supporting this local shop.Friendly and knowledgeable.

Our 6 year old stove and our refrigerator both went on the fritz at about the same time. We knew the issue for the stove, but had some difficulty with trying to troubleshoot the issue for the fridge.We went in for the stove part, which they had in stock at a price that was comparable to what we saw online, and we asked some questions to help with the fridge diagnosis while we were there. They suggested some things to try out before suggesting we purchase a part we might not need, and they were right on the money.Their service and courtesy towards customers is amazing, and while I hope we dont have a need to visit them again any time soon, we will definitely stop there first if some other appliance starts misbehaving. Opened the store 25 minutes early for me because I was sitting in the parking lot. Had the part I needed in stock. I went in thinking I needed 2 parts, but the lady explained why I only needed the one... she could have easily sold me both parts and I would have been none the wiser... her honest saved me $35, but gained her a new customer. I WILL come back for all my appliances parts needs!

I had the small plastic latch on my washing machine break. I went to Lowes, and the man that I spoke to there recommended Sandys Appliances. The part I needed was in stock, and I received fast, friendly, and reasonably priced service.

Been dealing with a broken oven for a week and finding out that oven manufacturers like to change part numbers and complicate things but Sandys was awesome and helped me out when I was looking for a oven control board. Sandy is polite on the phone and was able to quickly find the correct part I needed. She ordered it and had it at the store the next day. I have purchased parts for various refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, dryers, etc. as well as used their service for over 5 years now...yes I am a little slow with the internet and reviews...Anyway, Sandys staff has always come through in their expertise and at excellent prices. They recently assessed a dishwasher that my tenants broke. The unit was less than one year old and in perfect running condition other than the door opening too far. Sandys technician inspected it and told me it would be cheaper to replace the unit than to repair it. That is was I expect in a technician...honesty.

Was looking for an oven element for an older model oven that was not working correctly - they had it in stock and were very helpful to test out the old element to make sure that it was indeed the issue. Always willing to give my business to a local company - even more so when they give such tremendous customer service.

I stumbled across Sandys by mistake. They helped me with a dryer assembly, fridge parts galore, ovens. Heck, half my house came from Sandys appliances. She even shows you the drawings and says, Oh its easy, you can do it. Call me if you get stuck. Good luck getting service like that at your typical Lowes line. Heading over there tomorrow for a heating element. shrill have it in stock at a great price.

Prompt pleasant and HONEST! What more can you ask for? I was given a one hour window, they came during that time. My dishwasher is old and instead of doing useless repairs and running up a big bill, the gentleman told me to look for a new one cause there wasnt much they could do for my relic. Will definately use again. Highly recommended!

Sandy is as helpful as they come. no need to go anywhere else, if she doesnt have the part she ussually gets it by next morning at a fair price. yes, you can get it online cheaper, but by the time you pay overnight shipping its all about the same. third time buying from her and i still dont know why I even try anywhere else in the area.
