I had Paul fix our oven a few months ago. He was responsive at first and helped us out of a jam. We then had him clean our dryers and asked him to replace the rubber seals around the washing machines. He charged us $240 in advance for the seals and never delivered. Every time we asked him about it he said his vendor sent him the wrong ones. This went on for 2 months. We then asked him to refund us the money he charged us in advance. We have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. He has told us that the check got returned and he had to put a stop payment on it. Why would you need to put a stop payment on it if it was returned to you? He then said we would have it by last Friday. We are still waiting and he is not responding to any texts. He lives a couple blocks away and Im sure drives right by our establishment several times a day. I wish he was reputable because good appliance repair people are hard to find in Fredericksburg. Very disappointed. Does not follow through and doesnt appear to be truthful either.

I’m sharing my experience so you won’t make the same mistake! Unfortunately, Paul Cessna is an unscrupulous business owner. FOUR MONTHS ago we paid in full in advance for washing machine repair that was scheduled for the following week. Not only did he go MIA for weeks, but when we finally were able to reach him, he gave us excuse after excuse as to why he hadn’t done the repair yet. We gave him the benefit of the doubt until after a few more weeks we realized he was never going to honor his word. So, we requested a refund which he PROMISED to give us, but yet again, more excuses. Actually, not just excuses but downright lies. Three times he said he mailed a check. Twice he said he would bring us cash. He lives 3 blocks away! He refuses to do the right thing. I have copies of every message if you don’t believe me.He doesn’t deserve a 5-star review. I’d rate less than 1-star if I had that option.

Paul Cessna said he didnt receive a warranty shipment for our refrigerator that the manufacturer and UPS both shipped and confirmed receipt to his business. After multiple delays on his part to return our calls, and claimed emergencies, said he made a claim for the lost package. BUT according to UPS or manufacturer this DIDNT HAPPEN. We have been unable to use the refrigerator for 6 months. Finally, when we realized he was lying to us and never returning our calls, we called UPS ourselves, and are past the timeframe to place a claim, and now have to buy a new refrigerator instead of repairing our warrantied one. Beware.

Paul did a great job fixing our refrigerator. He ordered the parts & was very quick to return & fix.
