I recently purchased my 2010 Toyota Tacoma from OBrien and it all went very smoothly. I actually live out of state and have been looking for a specific combo of features in a Tacoma for a while. When I found one in Florida I wasnt sure how it would go trying to secure my purchase without being there in person for all of it, but it went very well. Zak was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Overall Im very happy and would recommend working with Zak and the OBrien folks.

Just bought a new Hyundai Kona. We’re very pleased with it so far. When we went into the dealer, we weren’t sure if we wanted a Mazda or a Hyundai. Edgar was our salesman and he was patient about bringing us to both places. We came in with a target price on our minds that we had seen in an ad, and Edgar got us a better car for just slightly more than that target. Overall we are very pleased!

I love this place from the sales department to maintenance. They are all about customer service and are very friendly and great to work with. I use to have a Subaru and got a used Chevy as I needed a much larger SUV. They have always been great to me and I get ALL my maintenance work done there as well. I had an issue with my warranty and not one but 3 managers took care of it for me with zero worry. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends, family and anyone else who asked me.Oh and dont forget that if you buy a car from them you get free car washing. I do not like high pressure salesmen that dont give you a chance to look. Gabriel Martinez did not pressure us at all. He was so friendly and listened to our situation. He worked magic to get a deal done that was within our price range and a model higher with all the options we wanted too! He found all the discounts possible for us including my husbands law enforcement discount. I love this dealership and will definitely go back for vehicles in the future. Maintenance work on my lawn mower

I attempted to make a deal with them yesterday. First they offered me half of what I wanted for my car! They eventually after two “no’s” gave me what I wanted for my car which was double their first offer. Then their manager told me there would be no deal unless I let them do my financing. Shady dealership! No car deal with them!

Weve bought many cars over the years and this experience was refreshingly different. Rodrigo and Paul went out of their way to make us comfortable. I had communicated with Rodrigo a few days before visiting the dealership. All of the information he provided was detailed and never changed. The deal we worked out was fair and he and Paul walked us through the entire process. I will need another car in a couple months and Rodrigo is my first and only call.

I didn’t ultimately make a purchase but the professionalism and knowledge represented by Miguel (Ramos I think was his last name) was second to non. I’ve never had an experience like that at a car dealership. I was entertaining the idea of a trade in for a bigger family car and was educated on the nuances in order for me to make the proper decision. I honestly was just window shopping but almost became a client per Miguel’s no pressure approach and quality of the new Santa Fe. If I wasn’t in the process of acquiring a home it would have been a no brainer. I’ll will surely be back. I have my eye on the genesis SUV

Bought a really nice used car there for my daughter because she really, really liked it - and two of the cars we wanted to look at, they couldnt find on the lot. They seem to have decent prices, but Im certain we over paid for this one. They wouldnt budge on the price, and it didnt come with any kind of warranty either, so I had to buy an extended warranty. True, they dont force anyone to buy anything, but slick talking salesmen are experts in what they do. This is our third dealer purchase is as many years (2 new, 1 used.) Im think Im done.

We had no issues w OBrien, I was skeptical with some of the negative reviews. Just dont go in with unrealistic expectations! Know your credit score beforehand. We went in looking for a specific car & a specific pmt. Zak already had them both in the front. I was able to test drive it but decided that they were not for me. I kept looking at their website for a particular model & year & was able to find the perfect used car for us.

Great service. Jose Delgado has been helping me with my service needs for 5 years. Hes fabulous! I was disappointed to find the upholstery in the waiting area was in tatters!! It was sad and nasty. I wonder where all the money goes that they cant have a decent couch for patrons to sit on.

I went to OBriens with my moms car to have a ding sound looked at. This is the second time taking the car there for the same problem. We also had an oil change. I have made the appointment online and put in that the car was making a dinging noise at random times. We dropped off the car and then we got it back the oil change Heaven done but not anything to address the dinging sound. The serviceman told us that no one reads the appointment bookings online so there was no point in putting down what the problem was on the appointment calendar. This made no sense to me says all over the service area there were signs to make your appointment online because that was the best way. But if no one reads what you put down on the appointment online, whats the point? Additionally, they had no idea what the thing was and no one wanted to look at it because the game happens randomly. They claimed that by doing the maintenance on the car for the oil change, that would stop the game. Well guess what? The ding still continues. Would think after 2 times of getting it serviced it would be fixed. I guess not. I have no faith in the OBrien service team. The only good thing I can say is they have good coffee and snacks.

I highly recommend Todd Stetzler! I found a used all black Dodge Ram online, gave him a call, and he had it pulled up and ready when I got there. He was very easy to work with and even though he didnt give me a huge discount, I still felt like I got an incredible deal and I did! The service center is a real easy experience. They always check me in quickly. I am usually out early or on time. You can get a free car wash. There is water and coffee for drinks while you wait. Sometimes they have packaged cookies. It could use some more effort. The chairs are comfy if you wait.

Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and I felt at ease through the entire process. I feel I was treated well and the whole process was painless. I am very pleased with my new car and would definitely continue doing business with OBrien Hyundai. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. BUYER BEWARE This is my OBrien Auto Park experience. I found a car on the internet, it was at OBrien. I confirmed availability the next morning with a salesperson at OBrien. The next morning I drove two hours from out of town intending to buy it. By the time I was ready to pay for it, the price was increased by $2,000 (and not for fees, taxes, and tag - I mean the price was now literally $2,000 higher than the advertised price). When I showed them their own internet ad, they advised they had changed the ad while I was looking at the car and the ad now showed the price $2,000 higher. They then said they would only honor the newly advertised price. Time wasted - 10 hours total; gas to get to showroom, $19.00; dealer refusal to honor its own advertisement - priceless. Attached is the ad that got me into the showroom, and the ad that they updated while I was in the showroom. You can see they are both on the same day. Heres the kicker: the car was actually black when I got to the dealer, note the color in the advertisement. Note the matching VIN numbers in both ads.

The car was delivered to me over 200 miles away and was as represented. I would use them and Ed again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, classy new Mazda showroom, definitely an upscale environment. (This was posted while I owned a Mazda, servicing it at OBrien. I have since acquired a Genesis, posted below.)Justin Taylor is by far the best sales representative Ive ever worked with. He answered every question I had, and patiently ensured I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, and at the price point that fell within my comfort zone. And Cameron Payne might have been the easiest finance manager Ive ever worked with compared to my last five leases; no pressure, and a no-nonsense approach to advising me on a tire road hazard package, which I did get. I cant wait to see what future models Genesis creates, because I think were firmly in the Genesis camp now, and well gladly continue to get ours through OBrien.

I am leaving this review to showcase how annoyed I am with how this dealer has handled my unwanted GAP insurance. I have called multiple times since I purchased a certified preowned car at the beginning of the year. I utilized their free delivery option, only to find that GAP insurance was added to my contract without me ever asking for it. I did not sign any of the paperwork the employee, Jason I believe, said they need to file the GAP insurance. I confirmed multiple times, both through mentioned employee and my sales representative, that the difference would be refunded to me. Since receiving the car, I have made multiple attempts to call and find the status of the refund to no avail. Either I get sent straight to the finance departments voicemail or get a employee that did not handle my transaction and must refer me to the proper one. One of the times I was told that I would have to wait 45 days just to find out where they financed my loan through. I have yet to receive any calls relating to this and no voicemails have been left by any missed calls. At this point, it feels like a they either dont care to follow up with buyers after the transaction or never had the intention to issue the refund. Considering that they didnt even have the paperwork to file the insurance, I have no idea what they could have done with the $800 dollars plus interest that has now accumulated through the loan besides pocket it, essentially stealing money. This is a true shame, considering I was going to give them a stellar review for the price, car itself, and option for delivery which all worked well despite my initial hesitation buying remotely.

Bought a new 2020 Mazda CX5 grand touring for her birthday. This is an awesome beautiful SUV (the wife is nice too😉). Eric and Jay (in the picture) were excellent. Good price, super service and friendly.

I worked with Justin Taylor. I told him I wanted to try and get a new car. He explained what it takes to get a new car, I explained to him my situation and he was able to go into detail exactly what I needed to do to purchase a new car. He taught me about credit and showed me how to fix it in order to get. All though I could not get a vehicle I am positive with his influence, I will be able to purchase a new car soon. If you are looking for a great salesman that cares about you and not just selling a car. He is your man.

Vincent was extremely friendly and helpful during our car shopping experience! I saw a car I liked out front but I didnt see it in the color that I wanted. He went and looked for the right color and luckily there was one on site. We went on a test drive and it wasnt one of those 5 second test drives. He let me see every feature the car had to offer like the sport mode and the blind spot monitoring. He was just as patient as we were while we were waiting to get the finance process started even though it was getting close to closing time.All around Vincent was a great help in finding the right car for me and he contacted me a couple days after I took my new car home and made sure I still loved it as much as I did on the first day. He definitely made it an enjoyable experience and Im very happy with my new car.

First visit to the OBrien Dealership.....greeted by a VERY professional and knowledgeable employee, Ariana Murillo, she answered all of my questions reference to my choice of vehicle and was extremely kind to my Wife and myself. The entire staff were also extremely kind and professional. I had made several trips back to the dealership and they would greet me and help find my sales associate Ariana on several occasions. The finance Gentleman, Jim closed the deal quickly and professionally. The visit was definitely our most pleasant experience at any dealership to date. I received signed buyers orders from Adriana, the salesperson. I informed her that I would be driving 6 hours to purchase the vehicle. We agreed on a price of $5000 for the vehicle.2 hours into our trip, we were notified that the vehicle sold.Today I just checked the dealership website and not only is the vehicle listed for sale, but they have it listed for $900 more than the price they offered to us on Friday.I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau and already wrote to their general manager to explain how these shady tactics always come to light and how unfairly we were played.Unless you are 5 minutes away from this dealership, then BUYER BEWARE.

This is my second auto transaction with the O’Brien team. They’re amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, no pressure experience. Definitely see Joe Schwoerer for your sales person.
