Contacted Mac Daddy from their Facebook ad. After being told that cleaning my tile wouldn’t work, wouldn’t last and couldn’t be done from other companies. They called ahead, were on time. Explained everything in detail. Alex did the machine while Lily did the edges on her hands and knees no less!! Extremely professional and polite. Did an amazing job for more than half of what the other companies quoted. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Things got off to a rough start when my scheduled appointment somehow didnt make the schedule. Alex and Lily made up for it when they got to work, albeit two hours late. The ceramic tiles, grout and carpets all look great now! They immediately returned when I spotted a spot on the carpet and made it right, leaving me a bottle of spot cleaner for future use, if needed. I will recommend Mac Daddy to my neighbors and friends.

In addition to cleaning the 2 bedrooms carpet they cleaned all tile and the grout and it looks wonderful! I contacted Mac Daddy because I wanted my tile grout cleaned. When the owners arrived they tested several grout lines on our tile. After testing several spots they informed me that the previous owners of the home had most likely used a grout stain on some of the tiles and if they cleaned our grout there wouldnt be much improvement. They recommended trying to match the grout stain and finish staining the grout. WOW, how often do you get someone that honest! They could have cleaned the grout and had a very unhappy customer. Also, gave me an honest opinion on cleaned a couch. Keeping their number!!!
