My mother had taken a quilt there to be dry cleaned. Upon picking up the quilt she inspected and found mold and mildew growing on the quilt that was supposed to be dry cleaned. After finding the issue and speaking with the employees they offered to replace the damaged quilt. Its been 2 months and they are ignoring her calls and getting the run around from every location she has called. I do not recommend anyone use this place they are not of top quality nor do they have good customer service. Your dollar will be better spent somewhere else..... And if the owner sees this please try to contact me because I would like to resolve this issue......

I asked for pickup on Saturday multiple times and the person assured me it would be ready by Friday. She failed to mention they are CLOSED Saturday. So now my kids dont have their outfits for Sunday.

Adams Cleaners repaired a irregular pocket tear in a pair of high-end dress pants I had for a suit. Other Tailors claimed the garmet could not be repaired. After I dropped off pants, they came back 3 days later neatly pressed with no sign of the original damage. I highly recommend this company for tailor repairs.

I have been using Adams Dry Cleaners for a couple of months. I have found them to be reliable. They will expedite your cleaning if you ask. You can get a 10% discount if you pay in advance. Prices are comparable with others in the area.

They lost my shirts on MULTIPLE occasions. Dry cleaning took forever. Took my business elsewhere a few weeks back and have been much happier since. Not recommended.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish they had was next day service. Other than that they are great.

They are the worst dry cleaner ever!!! Only use of you have low end NON designer clothing. I brought designer jeans and shirts that cost me roughly $200 each. I got my black shirts back SHINY with crease marks where the neck is because they used STARCH on DESIGNER shirts! My jeans had permanent creases from the manufacturer that was parts of the design... They flattened them out PERMANENTLY with STARCH! My other jeans all had rediculous creases down the front that I had to steam out at home!!! I HATE this place! They are low budget cleaners at best!
