Extremely dissatisfied . I bought a resale home and the grout appeared dirty in some walkway areas . I have owned 5 other new construction homes this is my first resale. Alberto the tech when I pointed out the joints that bothered me stated those joints would look like brand new. I left while he attended to making this happen. Upon my return they looked no different. He then stated when he looked more closely after cleaning he saw that a different color was in those joints and they would never clean up. Dont you think he should have examined this more closely before proceeding with the cleaning not after I spent all this money to not achieve what I hired them for. The owner upon me conversing indicated he wouldnt have been able to determine this till the floor was cleaned . Not the case . I was asking for partial restitution. I was getting no where with him so I politely quietly hung up. It was very apparent he didnt care to hear the customers complaint . My father was in this business and I think I know a bit about this work . SO everyone beware !!!!!

Weve been using Green & Clean since 2016 and we couldnt ask for a better cleaning service. Their staff is held to a high standard and are always easy to get in contact with.

I have one star because there wasn’t a way to chose zero. I live in Gulf Harbour. The lady they send to clean my high rise is horrible. She sits on her phone the entire time, and when she leaves I have to go outside and wipe things down. We complained once about her speaking Spanish loudly outside our window for hours and she just gives me a funny look. Apparently the company is on contract and she doesn’t care about quality work and everyone here know it. It’s just sad
