Fifty years ago I bought a 3x 5 Persian rug at a garage sale and have enjoyed it in my home for all these years.Recently my dog wasnt feeling well and left a good-sized stain on the rug. I tried desperately to remove it by various known methods andeven tried to cover it up - all without success! I was heartbroken over the damage and finally realized that I needed help from a professional cleaning company.Going online, I was impressed with one in particular. I called and spoke to Ahmad Mirzial, the owner. After explaining my plight, he thoroughly explained how they process difficult stains. He was very positive and I felt so pleased that he took the time to explain his understanding of my situation and felt he would be able to undo the the harm. This information gave me so much hope and confidence to make arrangements to have the carpet picked up - which was accomplishedshortly thereafter.When the rug was returned by Amid and a team member, I was thrilled to see that the rug had been restored to its original beauty and I couldnt tell that there had ever been a stain!! I was amazed and so grateful. Amid and his helper were wonderful, so polite and helpful.Two more rugs have been cleaned since, with total high quality work.I have found that Ahmads whole team is easy to reach, always helpful and courteous. Azar Fine Rugs did outstanding job and was real value for money. They picked up and dropped off the rugs to be cleaned. The price was excellent considering they are expensive Persian rugs and carpets. The payment was easy and upon delivery. Great job and recommend them to anyone.

Cannot say enough about Azar Fine Rugs. We had issues with large area rugs and Ahmad and his team worked diligently to correct the situation.
