Ive been using this company for about a year. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. My rugs are beautiful when they are done. I have 3 dogs, 2 of them pups in training, need I say more. No spots, no odors. I highly recommend them. Oh and I forgot trustworthy! No disappointments!

Jamie has cleaned the carpets in my home and in 2 rental properties with amazing results. One of the rentals had a largearea when a dog had slept and Jamie was able to make it new again. In the other rental he cleaned the tile in the kitchen along with the carpets and it looked great when he was done. I have recommended him to my neighbor (they saw his truck at my house). He is the only one I will call when it is time to clean my carpets again.

He was late arriving to the appointment but he called and kept me in the loop until he arrived. Very professional in my book. He did a sample area on the tile to show me what it would look like. Gave an estimate of a fair price. I hired him on the spot. He got to work immediately. He went far beyond the scope of work I thought he would do. Excellent at his craft. I will only call him in the future. Highly recommended. When the job was completed, I paid his estimate and he was on his way. Great person!

My experience was awesome!!! They were prompt, professional and did a fabulous job. Jamie took special attention to every detail and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Jamie and Lindsay just left my house and my tile floors and grout look amazing!! Jamie came by yesterday morning, measured the house, gave me a quote and discussed the entire process and what to expect. Luckily, we were able to schedule the cleaning for the very next morning (today). They were on time, professional and very friendly. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the floors and put everything back the way it was when they arrived. There were no additional charges or fees and I paid them exactly what they quoted me. I really cant say enough good things about this place and the job they did. From start to finish everything was great. I called and spoke with the Melissa that responded to the comment here and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked me many rooms Id be having done and was able to give me an estimate that was almost dead-on to the final price, no last minute charges or any kind of service fees or anything like that. When the cleaners got there I just showed them the rooms I needed done, and that was it. They were very polite and quiet and did an absolutely amazing job. I really cant recommend them enough to anyone that is looking to have any work done like this. I had no idea where to look as I just moved to Florida about 18 months ago and this was the first time I needed to hire someone for this kind of service. We have been using Xtreme Carpet and Tile Cleaning for years now. We purchased a foreclosure home and the grout was black throughout the home (should have been white). This is how dirty the floors were. Xtreme was able to get the grout looking like new again and the construction grade carpets which had multiple stains looked brand new when they were finished. I highly recommend them!
