I am very satisfied with all the work that was done to make not only my kitchen livable again, but beautiful as well. I was very satisfied with all the crews that were sent it from the demolition to the remodeling crew.Each of the crews were more than accommodating to ensure all my questions and doubts were addressed. Michael and another gentleman, his named escapes me at the moment, did a clean up job of the demolition and removing all the mold and debris caused by the water damage. The supervisor came to check on the job which was very impressive. On the remolding side Jay and Howard were the two main people putting the kitchen back together. They were always up front and were always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have hadconcerning the remodeling. Last but not least I would like to thank Ted Magie for helping me with all his input and opinions in helping me choose the materials used for the remodel. It made making the decisions a lot easier and I was more confident in the choices that were made.

My air conditioner had some mold in it and they came to remove it. They cleaned the air ducts, the return vent and the condenser. They very pleasant and did a great job. They even painted some of the vents after washing and cleaning them. I definitely recommend this company. 10 stars!!!

Kristof worked hard everyday, setting up the containment area, carefully removing appliances, tearing out cabinets, drywall, insulation, studs, and electrical wiring.The rest of the team, Alex, Annamarie, and Rudy were great as well, making sure we understood the procedures. Even Mandah was assigned as our concierge, and she emailed everyday with pictures and a progress summary!

Ann Maries team was very responsive to preform the water remediation at our condo. After 5 days of drying out, the rebuilding process began in earnest. We were pleased with the removal of debris and the replacement of the sheetrock and the subsequent painting.Key personnel in the process were ted, logan,, maria and mandah. marie kept us informed of the finances, ted communicated with progress of kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. The daily progress and photo reports from mandah were precise and informative. Except for aa few snafus with deliveries and installation, the job was completed. We are a mid size Condo Association . Our clubhouse had some major irrigation system leakage which went undetected for quite some time. Mold became a real issue when it was detected. H2O911 came and did the inspection, quoted the job, scheduled the job, did the work and left the place clean enough for us to have a Xmas party 2 days later.. The communications were excellent through out the project and we were able to keep owners and other vendors advised. Do not use this company, I was charged 10k$ for remediation but they never fix the actual problem that created the mold in the 1st place. Jody the so call manager, promised me, after I requested the leak to be fix, that they took care of it but never did. I have now the sane issue as before they came... totally unprofessional.., she lied about having the a/c fixed, the a/c contractor said he never was asked to repair a leak.

However, I have to say that I wish we could have stayed with H20911 because they were so helpful and knowledgable.
