I have a second home in Ft. Myers and this mom and pop business was recommend to me. Im so glad I did, and Im very satisfied with their personal touch. They worked around my schedule, the office manager was extremely courteous and answered all my questions and explained in detail what they do. Im very pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend this company to clean your home, office, rugs, cushions, tile and grout. Its great to support our small businesses, especially today. Their very knowledgeable because they have been around for a long time! I really cant say anything negative. I wish more businesses were run like this, with the personal touch.

A-Five Star Carpet Cleaners has cleaned my carpets for years. I will never change. Today I also added tile/grout cleaning & I’m thrilled with results. I love the personal touch & service from a small, family business. Excellent work. Reasonable price, Professional staff.

At the risk of being a review contrarian I want to share my failed experience with A 5 Star. Let me start by warning all potential customers that their website claims “all of our work is 100% guaranteed”. This is an utter falsehood! A-5 star cleaned our $33k custom Baker sectional last spring and when we returned this past fall it was completely brown spotted and ruined! After being told don’t worry they were insured (although never once offered to come over and view the damage!) we found “100% guaranteed work”was maxed at $5k per claim! We’re bitterly disappointed with their unprofessional and failed responsiveness to just do the right thing and pay for the sofa’s reupholstering. They deserve zero stars and any one considering their services have now been duly warned.

Just want to start of by saying I have loved working with Laura and Marty, last year I had them clean my white sectional and it still looks great. This year I had them come back out and clean my area rugs and they look fantastic!

A 5 Star has been to our home at least 6 times in the past 3 years and WOW what a GREAT JOB on our furniture carpet and tile. We would highly recommend them anytime. The owner and his employee came to our home and were very professional.
