This is the best auto customization shop in South Florida! I have brought several of my cars here. The leather they install is much higher quality than the factory and it’s less expensive plus it allows you to choose color combinations and stitch patterns for a true custom look. They are truly professional! I personally always look for Bobbi-Jo who is the best and always gives me great guidance and her team is 2nd to none! Advice: when your car shopping get the cloth and ask your dealer if they can send your car to SAT for the leather. You will save money and be much happier with the look.

I was sent to this place from the dealer where I purchased my car. They were suppose to install a 5th wheel and extra gas tank on my RAM. The after market 5th wheel was installed at an angle and its flimsy. I used it once to hook up a trailer and it caused my transmission to go out after only having my truck for one month. I talked to Ralph about the situation and they refuse to replace or fix the problem. I will be contacting a lawyer. Do not trust your vehicle with these people.

Florida Performance is primarily an exhaust system shop. I was not aware they did wheels too.

Visited them to replace my 2017 Toyota Corollas seats. They installed Leather seats from Kastkim, absolutely amazing. Left my car in the morning and picked it up 6pm same day. They even gave a ride home.

I’ve been to SAT several times and I’ve had a great experience each time. They have been the only ones I have let do any work on my car. From wrapping it, paint, tires, tint and installing a remote start (when everyone else said they couldn’t) they have been great through all of it. Their pricing is fair and the service even better. I will definitely be back!

Specialty Automotive Treatments was the only company that had the parts that I was looking for! I first called on the phone and Lucas took the time to run to the storage room and search for me. When I came in the next day to pick up the part, he gave me a few options and was very patient while I decided what I wanted. Great experience with SAT here! I went in a few weeks ago with some vague ideas of how I wanted to improve my car. After visiting with Ralph and with Branko a few times, I settled on 19s and 1.5 lowering springs...and my car looks kinda fantastic!What I appreciated about the experience was that the guys got me and recommended the right level of change--not too much-- not too little. I dont look like a old guy having a midlife crisis or like a teen. Im happy.My only disappointment was that when we discussed chipping the car, they didnt know that the company I thought I wanted the software from hasnt been in business for several years.But I got that all straightened out working with another shop that seems to have more of an expertise in this area.Overall-a great experience. I would definitely recommend SAT for wheels and suspension work. I suspect Ill be back!

What I like about S.A.T is there attention to details. Doesnt matter if its a 20k car or a 250k car they will always treat the 20k car as if it was 250k. I only trust them to work on my cars.

Probably the worst customer service ive dealt with! I purchased leather seats from katzkin for my 2019 jeep, love their products and craftsmanship unfortunately for me the only installers close (an hour away) was SAT. My dad took the day off to have SAT install them, we had an appointment, and when he arrived at 8:30 they told him that unless he had the name of the person who made the appointment with they couldnt take care of him. He asked the lady at the front (Brenda) to see if she could check if we are on the list because i was at work and couldnt answer my phone. She completely ignored his request and went on working on other things. When i finally gave them the name around 9am they supposedly took the car in. He asked if they could give him an approximate time that it would take for our car to be done, and the lady said sorry all i can do is call you when its ready. My father waited for hours around different plazas in the area since SAT didnt have a waiting room he was comfortable with especially with a staff member that was very rude. He noticed that jeep was sitting outside so he asked me to call SAT to see if it was ready. This is when i spoke to them directly and had one of the most unhelpful women talk to me. SHE WAS NOT THERE TO HELP BUT TO DISMISS ME. she told me we had to keep waiting that the car wasnt done. Another 2 hours go by and i call again and speak to someone else who looked for my car and told me that my car had been ready. Turns out it was ready since my dad saw it outside, no one else looked at it or touched it. it was ready and they were just wasting our time. AND TO TOP IT ALL OF THEY SCRATCHED THE BACK FENDER. I just cant believe how bad someone can treat clients that are there for a simple service.

I do not normally take the time to write reviews for service or a company unless I am absolutely stunned by whats been presented to me. In this case I could not believe how Professional the staff here were, and how Outstanding the quality of work was. I purchased my brand new Accord at a local dealer and was offered the ability to upgrade to leather. Being as picky as I am I was unsure on the idea of going the route of something Aftermarket compared to choosing another vehicle from the lot that already had Factory leather. I was quickly assured that I would never be able to tell the difference and that they were positive that I would love it. Well, I received my car just 1 day later and my first thought was That was way too quick. But to my surprise it was FLAWLESS! I was so impressed with the work they had performed that I requested the information for this company from the dealer. They provided me with SATs number and Ralphs name. I am so impressed with this company and when I expressed interest in performing other work with them directly I was handed over to Danny, I was met with A wealth for knowledge and not just a hard sell. I cannot say enough for this company and the friendly professionals that they employ.

The product itself seems to be of good quality. I have gotten several compliments on my leather interior. Everyone thinks its factory leather. However the customer service is poor. They are so busy that they rush through the job and they dont seem to focus on details. I had to go back three times and did a poor job cleaning the car. It should have been done right the first time.

Good leather but horrible customer service.Not to mention, after their first F up where they installed the wrong color of leather, they left my second pair of newly installed leather seats dirty with boot prints all over, like they walked on the leather, almost as though they were mad I returned the vehicle to have them fix their first F up.

I NEVER write reviews but simply had to after the experience with this business.Specialty Automotive Treatments can not be matched with their lack of customer service and overall service. They delivered a less than acceptable product/service and created a lengthy ordeal for me to say the least. Avoid this place, as I experienced a multitude of issues with the company that included a significant waste of my time to ultimately resolve the problem. Do not be fooled by the fancy showroom or their marketing!!!Everything began when I purchased a vehicle at a local dealer who offered a leather seat upgrade from this company. The work was completed by S.A.T and upon completion and delivery I quickly noticed a significant amount of damage that was created on many of the plastic components from their installation. When I questioned the establishment about this damage they offered to repair it, however, this occurred only after significant discussion took place.After receiving the car from S.A.T for the the second repair attempt, to my amazement the car had additional damage to the plastics components, ADDITIONAL damage! I was in complete disbelief that they would attempt to deliver the vehicle to me in this state after being the source of the of the damage initially. This was to the point that I could swear I was on a TV show of some kind (Candid camera, Punked) because I simply could not believe what I was seeing and more importantly being told.The repair job to the plastic components was apparently nothing more than the slathering of some industrial grade Armor All to conceal all the scratches.What it really accomplished was to leave my BRAND new vehicle looking like a greasy mess with over-spray of this said grease on the new leather material they just installed. Truly unbelievable!!!!! I remained highly disappointed.....Ultimately, I was able to discuss my dissatisfaction with the Owner and the Owners son who were professional and did offered to fix the vehicle to my complete satisfaction. At this point I decided to provide them YET another opportunity to rectify the problem they created.Well sad to say I ended up driving to their warehouse on two separate and additional visits which was over 120 miles total because they just simply could not get it right.In the end the damage was repaired and i was satisfied with the final product. i just did not appreciate the tremendous waste of time and extreme frustration they caused my wife and I.Go to at your own risk, I would advise you take your business elsewhere to avoid the fiasco that I experienced.

So my husband had a trailer hitch installed on my 2019 Chevy Traverse and decided to inspect the work once he got home. He found out that the trailer hitch was improperly installed as it was missing the hardware that secures the hitch to the frame. He called and was told that it was done correctly. Needless to say he sent SAT pictures of the poor worksmanship and they said that they would take a look at it. The technician who took a look at the work reached up into the bumper and found the nuts holding the hitch were missing and the others were loose. So they had to redo the work to do it correctly this time. This could have been a MAJOR safety issue as the required hardware was not installed and installed improperly, not to mention that they did not install the wiring harness. However, it gets worse as they did not secure the bumper properly and two of the screws that secure the bumper were never tightened and they found there way into my rear tires. So imagine my surprise when I notice two of the same screws in my tires that exactly match the missing screws. Thanks to Goodyear for repairing my two new tires on my new vehicle. My husband posted on SATs facebook page but of course the comment was deleted from their page. I do not need for them to provide me with two new tires or even the repair cost. It would be nice for them to actually have some type of quality control. Since the facebook comment was deleted In my opinion their concern is how a negative comment impacts their business and not how their business is run. I would not have any work done by SAT unless I was supervising their work in detail.

Rude, Horrible and Over Priced. The other reviews were correct, if you have a concern you will be treated like scum and they will never answer the phone or get back to you. The property is also in a very sketchy area, not a place you want to be in.

Terrible Work!!! I needed my carpet replaced. Worst possible work ever. In many places, the carpet was not glued properly and kept coming out. In the back seat area, the carpet was held by staples that are popping out. Plus they broke the handle on my passenger chair and denied it. I was so disgusted I did not even wanted to go back and see those people. Do yourself a favor and find another place. This place is very poorly managed shop. I would love to give it 0 stars.

My initial consultation was quick and I eagerly moved forward with all of their recommendations. My vehicle was delivered on-time and the quality of work was unbelievable!! I brought my truck to fix a slight moonroof leak. I knew it was the gasket as it had come loose recently. they took off that gasket and replaced it with a much thinner one, making the leak much much worse in the middle of rainy season. When I brought it back, they said they would have to charge for labor to fix their mistake. After several hundred dollars, the moonroof still leaks.

I have know SAT for sometime now and I just made my first purchase. The sales staff was extremely helpful when it came to my purchase. I ordered a set of wheels from Lexani that were not available at the time of purchase. The sales rep was able to contact Lexani and become the first vendor on a list to receive the wheels when available. Even though I had to wait a few months for the wheels to become available SAT contacted me to update the status. Upon arrival SAT contacted me and advised that the wheels were in. I dropped off my vehicle to have the wheels put on and had it back the same day.I was extremely happy with my experience at SAT.

I read some of the reviews here and for what its worth this really is the third car that Ive done with sat. Ive done a 17 traverse and 18 Camaro and 19 Jeep. I never had anything damaged and the work was beautifully done and the car was ready on time. Again I can only talk about my own experience but that has been my experience. I think theyre a great company.The company is a pleasure to work with. Christina was wonderful! They changed the cloth interior in my new truck to Katzkin leather. Beautifully done. Quality work and it took less then a day to complete....... I highly recommend SAT!!!! Class act Company!!May 15th 2018. Just did my second car with them in the last year yesterday. Wow! New katzkin leather in a new Camaro. Why buy those $5,000 packages with everything that you dont need except leather WHEN SAT can put the leather in for you? Another beautiful job. I came to S.A.T with the very unique task of retrofitting a newer Audi navigation system taken out of a 2007 rs4 in to my 2000 Audi S4 it was something Danny was excited to do and to be honest as I am sure most of you know they deal with very high end cars and a strong NFL clientele not to mention other famous people however Danny and Javiar took the time out of their busy busy day and took my project on although it was by far the least expensive project that they had going on they treated it and me like a number 1 priority I plan on going back 200% they also do leather/suede work rims and obvioisly sound there an amazing all around shop and group of guys I would recommend to anyone looking to get the job done and get it done right the first time true professionals go in and see their show room its absolutely gorgeous adorn with rims amazing modded out restored classic cars even a Ferrari all on their showroom the place is huge go in check it out for yourself ask for Javiar or Danny thanks again S.A.T

Steve W. reviewAs an authorized Bel radar installer I assumed that SAT would be a reputable place to go to have them check my Bel StIr detector along with a Lidar Laser Jammer and a Curb Alert all were not working or had issues.Having a Ferrari on the shop floor added to my confidence I was dealing with a top notch company...... how looks can be deceiving.I dropped my Tesla Model S off at 8am explaining in detail that the Bel had not registered any radar in over a month it was however warning of red light cameras (it does this through a GPS locator.I also left them with a laser tester (which give out low level laser signals to check radar detectors and jammers)The Lidar Laser Jammer was giving intermittent warnings about #4 sensor not workingThe Curb Alert was not registering at all.That was exactly what I told the salesperson who wrote it all down.I went to work and noticed they had not touched the car till 2:50pm at which time the car was driven out to I95 expressway and topped out at 80mph.What they did not know is Tesla has a desktop app that shows me a Google map of where the car is, where it was driven, what time, how long, how fast, how much power and a host of other information including open doors, hood just about everything that the car is doing at any particular time.(You can see one of the files on Yelp)I called the shop and asked had they driven my car? YESWhy were you on I95 doing 80mph? I dont know I will talk to the tech.About 5 minuets after that conversation the drivers door and passenger door were open in 10 minuets they closed and the car was not touched again.When I arrived at the shop I asked again why was my car on an expressway doing 80mph no one had an answer.I was told by the owner that all my issues had been fixed, so I checked the Curb Alert. It did not work The curb alert is a piece of sht he told me take it off)OK did you fix the Bel Radar Detector? YES. I was told I had the settings wrong (I had done a factory reset two weeks ago so I know they are correct)I asked if they hooked it up to a computer and used the Bel Detector Tools software? NODid you check it with the tester I left you NO It does not register laser and if it did you already been tagged and have a ticketOK how about the laser jammers They are working. YesI paid the $135 under protest and left. On driving out of the parking lot I get a warning the Laser Jammer 4 sensor is faulty.So I go back to the shop and demand my money back.This was the only time this place did what I had asked them to.Like I said looks can be deceiving.

I have a 2012 Boss 302 Mustang. I had to go to the dealer because my Recaro Racing seats had worn a hole in the midline seat bolster. Autonation Ford (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!) told me it was normal wear and tear and I would have to spend $2000 on parts and unknown on labor to fix my driver seat left me in shock. They provided me with a 800 help line that was not helpful.I had heard of S. A. T. and know a few people who have used them in the past from the Friday Car Shows at the Tower Shops in Davie.I gave a call and spoke with Dan Amador he told me to come in so he could inspect my car to see if they couldnt repair it or he would have some ideas for me.Well unfortunately there are no after market kits for Recaro Seats and his leather supplier had none either. He told me to check on EBAY and see if I could find leather a kit for a Shelby GT 500.I found a person selling a factory leather kit for the whole car for less than one third of what Ford wanted for the replacement upper cloth seat. In black leather trimmed in white stitching.Dan told me to buy it if I was sure it was the correct kit for my car and we will install it in 2 days. I did, it arrived on 03/18 via Fed Ex. I called Dan at 4pm on the 18th, he had me drop off my car that night and told me it would be ready Friday.He called me during the installation process to keep me informed and let me know that the parts I brought in were an exact match.The labor was less than Ford wanted to install 1 seat and they installed Leather on all 4 seats.The job turned out incredibly.My car looks better than the day I picked it up brand new!If you want your car to look better than new this is the shop to use. Their prices are reasonable, their advice was invaluable!!!!!!!I would recommend them to anyone who wants or needs to improve, refine or bring back that luster!
