As experienced homebuyers (purchased 10 homes in 5 different states) we feel that we have a very strong perspective on what a realtor should bring to the table. Thus, we were both unprepared for the experience we had when Kelly Swift decided to serve as our realtor for our recent home purchase in Fort Collins, Colorado. Although most would think that her job was simply to find us a house that we would settle for and then move on, Kelly did and continues to do so much more. Prior to arrival, she researched homes and developments in an attempt to match the parameters we gave her including driving to nearby towns. When we arrived, she immediately engaged our entire family (18 and 20-year-old sons). She committed three days over a holiday and showed us numerous houses which led us in a 2-month long hunt.
