I love to call this place home. Its perfect for my lifestyle, and close to everything. I was worried about parking, given the reviews online, but it is never an issue for me. Love it here!

I’ve lived here for 4 months and have enjoyed it. It is a respectful and safe place to live within walking/running distance from campus (0.25 mi) and old town (1.5 mi). Key fob required for entry to the building and cameras at each doorway. Staff is kind and Jarvis handles maintenance requests in a very timely manner. I’m in the “older” building (of the two buildings), and everything works great! They uphold COVID regulations, too. The pool is a nice way to relax in summer and grill access is in summer only as well. I enjoy using the gym, too!

I have lived here for a total of 6 months and I have really enjoyed my time living here. Any time my roommate or I have any issue the office staff or the maintenance has been extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is also amazing and cannot be beat!

I enjoy living here and its really close to campus. The gym is awesome and has everything I need to get a good workout especially during the winter when I cant get outside as much. Recently the people at Stadium Walk have been doing some work to get the people that live here super faster interent which will be great.

I have lived in Fort Collins for ~20 years, my parents always rented as well. So I know what renting is like in this town. TLDR: My favorite renting experience so far. Here are a my favorite things:* The internet is legitimately free, you have your own modem AND in March 2021 they are upgrading to gigabit internet with Pavlov (policy might change then, I cant know at this point). I WFH and have only had 1 or 2 issues the past half year.* The rent is below average for the market - $1200-1300 (bottom line) for a good studio with patio, PERSONAL washer/dryer, full kitchen that was built in the last 10 years? (This is for the new building, of course) That, or around $700 [per person] for 2 bed or less for 3 bed???? A 2 bedroom shack north of Laurel would cost you $2000 minimum and suck - I can tell you from multiple experiences.* Utilities are building-shared / non-unit-metered. This means that utilities are very standard across seasons/units and you arent punished for having extra roommates, or for showering/washing too often, or for having the heat/AC up. Usually ~$40-50/month in 2020.* Buildings are locked from anyone who doesnt have a key-fab, and has a buzzer system so delivery drivers can come in - they basically ring your building and you press unlock. There are security cameras in hallways and near front doors.* Location is great - next to campus west, obviously right next to campus. As a bicyclist, it is next to Spring Creek, Poudre, and Mason trailheads. It is also directly adjacent to the CSU Aboretum which is an amazing place to study or chill any time of year.* Most appliances are energy efficient (lights, toilet) or new and well functioning. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, toilet. Also has AC and heater which work well.* Packages are dropped securely in locked personal boxes, with a good app.* Noise restriction guidelines for quiet hours - i.e. it is breaching your rent contract to blast music at 3am.Some things which would be nice improvements:* Parking. This doesnt matter for me, but do understand that a parking pass is extra per month. No idea how the heck they would fix this though, the area is *very* densely built and literally on campus.* Some units are much better than others, so definitely tour a few if you are able to. They are slowly renovating (mostly in summer) so theres a bit of a discrepancy as I understand it.* I am also preferential to the north building than the south one.

This people are rude and not very responsible. they keep changing the name every couple years once their reviews get so bad.. they came into my apartment to fix stuff but they damage more than what they actually fix, and dont clean after working... pizza parties are vegetables only (super gay)

Ram’s Crossing at Campus is a great place to live! I have been here for two years, and just renewed for another! The new management is great, and has made awesome improvements, especially classing up the pool area where we all hang out on weekends! The parking can be tight at times, but it is much better now with more parking added and a staff that looks out for us, making sure random cars are not taking up our spots! Much appreciated! The maintenance team is on it, Tim is the best and always fixes things quickly and with a smile!

Ill start with the billing system. Their online resident portal incorrectly showed a balance due of $0 on the first day rent was due. This was misleading and when the system finally showed rent was due, there was a $100 dollar late fee.Next the parking. Social at Stadium walk charges for a parking pass, one would assume this guarantees you a parking spot however this is not the case. They actually rent about half of their spaces from the church across the street and you cannot park in these spots on Sunday. The street parking is always full so if you cant find a spot in the main lot on Saturday then you are out of luck.

Management is flexible and caring, was a great location for someone in their early twenties. Perfect size for my fiance and I.

Do not move into this place unless you like being treated poorly by staff and being towed on a regular basis. Also the pool is just used as bait to get you to move in, its only open from July - August and they keep it extremely cold to keep people out / avoid having to clean it. There are tons of great places to love in Fort Collins, and this is NOT one of them.

I have lived here for the past two years so this is entirely based on mid 2017 till mid 2019.Pros: great location on campus, edging on affordable (compared to the rest of Fort Collins), kind maintenance workers, and never egregiously unclean. My one bedroom has held up rather well over my stay and the neighbors in the complex have rarely ever been an issue. Overall it has been a cozy place to live and I am very happy with it.Cons: the stadium apartments across the way have opened up a host of problems not limited to: litter, projectiles from 4 stories up, obnoxious screaming, somewhat garbage guitar playing, phallic objects being drawn on cars (with hands, not actual graffiti), an increase in near-misses or actual accidents, and a drastically reduced number of parking spots (I will emphasize that this is alleviated over the summer months though). Problems specifically pertaining to the apartment itself are typically minor. Old appliances that lack in efficiency and some very weirdly placed outlets and mirrors are complimented with pretty loud A/C and poor room-to-room circulation but I can at least say the electricity, internet, cable, and water have rarely had an issue (none of which were the apartments fault). The complex was recently bought out by Trinity and I am already seeing some improvements being made around the property (water efficiency, tree trimmings, and a kinder managerial staff) which leaves me to recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live by CSU.

Im a college student transferring to CSU, and this is by far the best apartment building I found. I have only lived here for two weeks now, and it has been great. Its extremely close to campus (no need for a pricey CSU parking pass), they have plenty of areas to lock your bike, the pool and outdoor hangout area is always well kept, and the management is extremely professional and genuinely care for your well being. Parking can be a little tight every so often, but the staff are not afraid to tow those who dont have a pass, so its never really an issue!

Rams Crossing at Campus is a great place to live. I will go through the main features and you can decide if its for you.Location: Super close (walking distance) to CSU campus, stadium, and West Elizabeth Street. Which is a huge plus if youre someone who likes to go out.Amenities: The apartments include free WiFi and cable (Xfinity X1). They also have AC/Heating, bathrooms, and lots of storage space. You can rent extra storage space if needed however they are $25 a month for a closet. You Also get a free gym membership to the gym on Prospect/Shields. Laundry room has TV and vending machines if youre craving a monster. There is free printing and computer use available as well as frequent events for free food and trinquets. There is a pool and a nice open area with grills. Parking is mostly attainable all the time and its permit only. Big plus there is MOTORCYCLE PARKING.Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The manager Gina is very helpful and friendly. The one before her was EVIL so its nice to have someone whos great at their job and also great with people. The maintenance guys are super cool as well. Specifically Tim whos always working and is great at fixing things quickly and also super cool to talk to. They both deserve significant raises!Cons: Parking on weekends during the school year can be tough. You may have to park on Lake Street. Also during football games you might have to park a block away. No big deal. Most of the year parking is no problem. The pool is typically very cold and is only open for about 3-4 months of the year. There is community laundry but you get what you pay for and the machines all work. If you like to throw loud parties probably not for you. Storage units could be cheaper for the space you get.All in all this place is extremely good for the price you pay and the little inconveniences it has. Would 100% recommend if youre looking for a quiet and easy place to live.
