Caliber Collision on Raeford Rd does exceptional work. The before and after pictures say it all. Tire blows insert guard rail equals damage to the entire right side. I sent my truck to Caliber after reading their reviews on Google. Patrik was my service advisor. He kept me informed throughout the repair and he was courteous and professional. The repair technician was Eric. The rumor was he was the best and based on the repair, I’d say he is. He also has a wicked sweet beard that would make ZZ Top jealous. Caliber collision has done an amazing job on my truck. After side damage caused my new model Toyota Tacoma to need new surround trim piece, and front and rear doors. Caliber did an amazing job in a surprisingly fast amount of time keeping us up to date with everything and every step. There paint work is immaculate and you can’t even tell there was ever work done. After the work we had a few (needless) concerns with inner rubber moldings that were quickly squashed personally by the shop manager, Shawn. Will absolutely not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here again.

I drive a commercial vehicle and it was my first accident in it. They made the experience simple and informative. Patrik broke down what the costs were and why. He also was very helpful in assisting in what I needed to do with handling the insurance process. He had his Mechanic Matt was able to see details that werent noticeable. The Mechanic Jason did an amazing job with the repair, it looks better than new. My experience was awesome, I will return if I ever need repairs done.

Roxanne Sweeting is wonderful. She assisted us from start to finish after, our car was hit by another driver. And, we took the car in for repairs. They work for insurance companies and number one priority is to get you out the door. Use used parts or cheap aftermarket parts to repair.

Could have been a whole lot better.First quoted a similar estimate of ~$1,700 + two rims vs. their ~$1,900 + two rims and approximately a 5 - 7 day turn around.Well, I thought being within 200 dollars was pretty close, so I went with them (big mistake).Ended up being charged more than $6,300. 😨Well, 3 weeks later, they are working late on a Friday evening to finally get it done (who wants their $48k truck finally wrapped up on a late Friday afternoon???).I just asked that it should be perfect, after they had more than tripled their estimated repair time, and more than doubled their original repair estimate (I hadnt yet seen the final repair bill) .Well, upon walking up on it, I could right away see that the rear decal was crooked... and it pretty much went deep South from there. Way too many things to list. It looked liked it was a Friday evening rush job, because it was.Then, to top it off, they had now MORE THAN TRIPLED their original estimate! I guess to match the tripled time frame??? 😨It took two more returns and about another 3 weeks before I just decided to give up on some small things just to get my truck back. I believe they rely on that. People just want their vehicles back and said accident behind them and hence, they are willing to tolerate anything.Frankly, I loathed the entire experience.Although, I must admit, they were very, VERY nice people doing their best to cover for work that was, in my humble opinion, subpar.Attention to detail is definitely not their motto or strong point.Rather, get it out the door!I wished that I had gone with Genters estimate and saved thousands of dollars and weeks of time. Oh well, live and learn.Go elsewhere, people.Personally, I consider this place the Walmart of body shops.

Terrible customer service from Maria Patterson! I called to explain my situation which was not my fault. I have been without a car for a month. Now that the insurance took responsibility I was willing to take my car to be looked at even though it might take a while since I will be receiving a rental. She rudely asked me why I would bring my car in on a Wednesday afternoon (it’s Tuesday Nov 10). And kept asking instead of listening to my explanation. I decided to go to another location. Please hire someone who will be attentive to customers needs.

Got in an auto accident and USAA recommended this place for the tow, but there was nothing but ride staff when they called and if you have any questions for them or dont work on their timeliness then how dare you, I didnt even let them look at the truck because of the ladys who work the front desk. They did a great job fixing my 2018 White Elantra GT. White is a hard color to match. It took a long time only because the manufacturer kept sending the sedan door and not the hatchback driver door. I cant feel or see where the dings in the back passenger door or rear quarter panel were from being hit by another driver switching lanes into me. Customer service is excellent and they kept me in the loop every step of the the way!

I took my truck here after I got into a little accident because I thought my paint was scratched. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by Clelia Travis. She did a quick inspection of the vehicle and decided to take the vehicle back to the garage immediately because she was convinced the paint was not scratched. She came back a few minutes later with my truck and it looked brand new. Because of her knowledge and experience she saved me from paying my insurance deductible and not having my vehicle for a couple days.

I went to the shop and talked to Roxanne about my issue and she was so polite, patient and professional. She right away went outside to see my car and the issue I was having. Thank you Roxanne for not putting me off. The young lady that greeted me when I first entered the business had a smile and was polite that place has a wonderful atmosphere.
