They did awesome work on my Infiniti. The paint and body was impeccable. Wonderful customer service!!

Brians staff is professional. The waiting area is clean and very neat! Friendly staff!!! I was seen right away to be given a quote. I was satisfied with my out of pocket quote to fix my BMWs fully loaded driverside mirror.

Always friendly service and the work they do is excellent. I have used them in the past when my other car was damaged. I will update with pictures once my current car is returned. I have full faith in them and that is why I can write this review now.

Did body work on my challenger twice. Great work both times. They help their customers the best way they can and prices are very reasonable.

I advise people not to go here... dont care about their customer only about themselves. They messed up my rear bumper and denied they did it. I would put from 0 to 5 a 0

I have used Brians Pain & Body Shop a few times over the years and have always been pleased. Thankfully, I havent needed body work but a few times . . . but the few times I have, they have taken care of me quickly and with repairs that were so good I couldnt even see the damage.Today I went in with a simple misaligned tail gate due to someone backing into it from the side while it was open. Randall took a look at it quickly, fixed the alignment and sent me on my way . . . without even letting me pay anything.It only took a few minutes, but I know they are in business to make money . . . so a free simple fix wasnt what I was expecting. That said, next time I need body work I will take it to Brians for excellent customer service and great results.

My company has used this place for vehicle repairs over the past 14 years that I have been employed with the company. They always do a great job and in a fast time. They are expensive but did quality work. So when it was time to get the top of my truck (yes, just the top of the cab) painted due to sunburning I took it to them, got a quote and scheduled a drop off date. They said it would take a week and scheduled drop off for a Monday. Called them on Tuesday about polishing the head and tail lights, no problem. They said they found hail damages but I told them I was not worried about fixing it just paint. Heard nothing rest of the week. Called them on Friday. Was told that it was in paint booth and would be ready on Tuesday. They called on Wednesday afternoon said it was ready and that they were washing it. Just pick up by 4 pm. Got there about 2:30 and it was still being washed. I noted that their employee that was washing my truck was spending more time talking with someone in the shop than paying attention to my truck. They pulled it around, I noted the left front tire was low but got to looking at the job that was done. Headlights were polished but the taillights were not. Found clear coat was orange peeled in one area by the third break light. They offered to fix it but I needed the truck for work and they have had it 7 days already. Cannot believe they didnt inspect their own work. Forgot to look at the front tire until I got home. Found a small penny nail in the sidewall. Next day took it to my tire shop. Had to replace the tire and found that the third brake light wasnt working which I knew they had to remove for the paint job. I had the tire shop fix the light which was just a bulb, but again the paint shop didnt even check it. Also found that the screws holding the light in was not the original ones but off brand ones that were very difficult to take out. Had to have them replaced as well. I was very disappointed about the whole job they did to include the washing job was terrible. They left residue on the running boards and on the inside of the drivers door that I had to clean. Certainly not worth the $1200 I paid.
