I stopped in for a free estimate. I was quickly provided one that suited me so brought my truck back the following week. Not only did Sines complete the work to exceed my expectations, the final bill was less than originally estimated. Im sure that wont happen every time but it was nice. They definitely over-delivered on their promise!

They did a great job. They are easy to work with. They only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because we are still waiting for them to find a part. Even though I hope I wont need them again, I would recommend them and I will use them again if I am unlucky enough to need a body shop again.

Wow! I took my vehicle into Sines for a rear bumper replacement. They did a great job- it looks good as new! AND they cleaned my car! Washed the outside, vacuumed the inside, wiped all my dust and grime away, and it smelled fresh inside!! I was not expecting that at all! I could not be more thrilled! Would definitely recommend!!

Couldnt get the hood to pop on my car. Brought it in late one day and they had it ready to go by noon the next day. Great and speedy service.

Sines installed an off-road bumper on an SUV for me. They did an outstanding job, especially since the bumper was not perfectly suited to the exact vehicle model. They did an all-pro bumper/fender cutting job, solid installment, and light-wiring job all in the best possible turnaround time. Great guys - always quick, helpful, and through. Only place in Fayetteville Ill be going to from now on.

Sines missed some items on the estimate; so, the price was $500 higher than quoted (?!). Told it would take 1 to 1.5 weeks, it took 3. They called and told me all it needed was an alignment and it would be ready to pick up. The called the next day and said the alignment shop couldnt align the wheels because the doughnut (spare) was on the car ----- OF COURSE! And they didnt have the flat tire ----- ahhh yes you do, when I dropped it off, I showed you it was in the trunk (where any reasonable person would have looked). Over budget, very late, unfinished, and to top it off, communication with Sines was horrible - I had to call them to see what was going on.

No nonsense shop. If you want it done right and given to you straight speak to these guys. Been in Fayetteville since the 20s that tells ya something and no, not related.

Great guy. Showed up with a broken door. Simple fix and didnt charge me a penny. Definitely come here for your repairs.

I was so pleased with the work that Sines did on my vehicle. Not only was the work impressive, they also had my car done in two days when they originally estimated it would take 3-4. The icing on the cake was picking up my nicely vacuumed vehicle.

The gentlemen at Sines body shop thoroughly impressed me today. I came in for an insurance quote and i was immediately helped. The whole process took 20 minutes. They took pics and emailed my insurance company for me with the claim number attached. Extremely helpful experienced. Pointed out every problem with a detailed explanation. Strongly suggest this place for all your auto body needs. Jimmy knows this business well.

I love the work Sines did to my car. they have incredible customer service and do a wonderful job at everything that they do.

Took my car in for repairs to the front right, including the headlight.They didnt do anything to the headlight, scratched the finish, and deeply scratched the windshield. Took it back in, they buffed the finished, but said they couldnt do anything about the windshield. Will never go there again!

Sent my truck for repair with full tank and wrote down milage ...went to pick it up with half tank and an extra 179 miles on it . Obviously they denied that anyone drove my truck
