Very nice team. They’re thoughtful, responsive, affordable and took their time to explain things. I even received a text with a link to their overview of the health of my vehicle.. with pictures of some issues they felt needed to be addressed. Pretty much the first time I’ve had my car worked on and I felt confident it was repaired thoroughly. I can’t imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. I just got my dodge diesel back from Mikes, couldnt be happier. Dealership tried three times and couldnt fix it . I m an hour away and will be driving that hour when any of my trucks have issues . The guys in the shop are pretty dang good . They replaced the cyl head and its running like a champ . Very clean and professional, exactly what I need .

After my oil change, I noticed that I didnt have my coupon on me that they sent me. I apologized as I had to cancel my previous oil change due to emergency surgery. Long story short, I couldnt find the coupon, she was very snippy with me when I paid and very unprofessional.For $60, I should not have got my car back in worse condition than when I left it. The van has been making bad noises ever since the oil change. I refuse to deal with the 2 at the front desk, attempted to contact Mike via email and heard nothing back.

Being new to the area, I didnt know where to take my vehicle for service. I received an oil change special from Mikes Garage and called for an appointment for two of my vehicles. As part of that they do an inspection and send a read out of what they feel should be addressed. They were very kind, courteous and very accommodating. This my new service center.

I got a coupon in the mail advertising oil change for $19.99.. it ended up costing almost $40.Coupon misleading...but I fight was to good to be true. Otherwise they seem to be good people.

Extremely quick service. Took our 6.0 diesel in at noon and they had it diagnosed and a quote by 4pm. Although we did the euro ourselves after the initial diagnostic they still were very helpful and charged a fair price for the diagnoses. Highly recommend.

Not so happy with the service here feel like Im being milked every time I go in for something it seems to get another problem sorry but not sorry.

I am driving my moms car as she is out of town and it has AWD where mine doesnt. The check engine light came on two days before I was taking it out of town for 3 weeks. Not only did they fit me in at the last minute, they discovered that it was a bad battery that she had gotten there 2 years ago. New battery and no charge! And great service from Dan. This is not the first time I have gone there and have always gotten great service.

My truck broke down right in front of this shop, so I limped it on in and told the front desk what was going on. I am skeptical of every repair shop due to past experiences elsewhere.Meeting with Dan the shop manager about my service, I knew this shop would take care of my truck. Dan is a genuine guy and I trusted him to take care of the situation. Mikes Garage put a new Clutch in my 2002 Cummins Ram. Everything went as it should and they even recommended a new transmission mount while they had it all apart which I am really happy about.

They do good work.

I have not had the opportunity to receive auto repair service here yet, but I had the great fortune to stop by when I was dealing with a check engine light before I needed to drive for a long ride home. I was helped immediately with a computerized diagnosis and a verification I could drive to the repair shop near home, at no cost, with no fuss. Great service. I would happily point people here in the future based on that encounter.

Came to Mike’s Garage for a second opinion on a super expensive alignment issue. Their experienced mechanics were able to get me back on the road for 1/10th the cost of the original quote because they were able to loosen some bolts the first place told me “we’re impossible” to remove. 👍👍 Can’t thank them enough for going the extra mile instead of going with the more expensive route. Won my business for sure!

Beautiful shop. I told Chris that Im picky about shops and that Mikes shop impressed me a great deal. The vehicle reports are innovative and very useful. Mike the diesel tech was top notch. I dont use a shop often but when I do going back to Mikes. Im recommending Mikes all over the south metro.

Taking my vehicle to Mikes Garage has always been a great experience! The staff and mechanics are very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The waiting area is beautiful and provides refreshments, lounging, and a kids play area for those that have little ones. When looking at your vehicle, they take digital photos and document what the issues are with your vehicle then show and communicate with you thoroughly on the actions that should be taken and the pricing. Ultimately, they leave it up to you to make the decision. They arent pushy or deceiving- which is hard to find in an auto shop! I know that I can trust Mikes Garage with my vehicle and receive quality service every time! Keep rocking it guys- you are amazing!

I had a great experience at Mikes Garage! Not only did they go through great lengths to ensure I had a rental car, they also were very reasonably priced compared to others in town. I wouldnt even care if they were more because their service was so awesome that I know they will do whatever is needed to take care of me! What I like about Mikes Garage is they show you pictures so you know the exact problem. I had my timing belt replaced and they paid for a rental car while mine was being fixed. Weve been loyal to Mikes for a couple of years now. Theyre very easy to work with, provide excellent services at very reasonable rates. Trustworthy, honest and polite. I especially appreciate the comfortable, kid-friendly lobby with decent wifi and a few snacks. The free loaner is a great bonus, too. I cant imagine a scenario where Id go anywhere else.

Unbelievable cheats! They said brake pads needed replacing and it was needed right away. They also said the rotors needed replacing. All for the tune of $967. I thought I would tackle the job myself to save a buck or two. The brake pads were only half gone both front and back ... the rotors were in perfect condition. I spent $90 for the best ceramic pads (that didn’t need replacing) and they wanted near $1000 for the job. BEWARE of these crooks.

I have been to Mikes several times throughout the year and they always take care of the problem as quickly and expertly as possible. They have a comfortable waiting area and have given me rides as well as a loaner vehicle when the wait was going to be too long. They stand by their work, communicate the progress and are creative in figuring out solutions. I highly recommend them.

I brought in a shuttle bus with a 7.3 diesel that had a rust hole in the oil pan. Too big of a job to tackle myself at home. I had limited funding to get the repair done and Mikes worked with me to get everything repaired that had to be repaired or replaced. Happy to say I have a leak free bus!! Just started going to Mikes this winter when we moved to the area. Service is prompt and straightforward and communication is a breeze. The cost of the work theyve done has never exceeded the quote theyve given me beforehand. The staff is friendly and their waiting area is the nicest Ive ever seen at a garage- they have a small play room for young kids, comfy seating with a variety of reading material, a TV and a complimentary coffee/ snack bar. Ive never used their loaner car, but the fact that they have one on hand is awesome.

Mikes Garage was THE only local shop willing to install aftermarket lowering springs and upgraded anti-sway bar on my year old Explorer. They got me in quick and finished the installs quick [and correctly] and the Explorer drives like its on rails, worth every penny. Id recommend them to anyone. The staff was very professional and responsive.Previously, Mikes did a wonderful detail cleanup on my Wifes car and we thought it looked better than new when they finished.

Got a quote for front brake pads & rotors, they wanted $690! Over double than anywhere else in town. Even the dealerships in the area want $350-$400 and youre still almost $300 over them! The fact your quote was so outrageously high tells me this is NOT an honest business.

My Pontiac visited another shop at the beginning of the year to replace my fuel pump. Fast forward to a few days ago. Came to Faribault to visit friend on Friday and it wasnt starting. Had it towed to Mikes Garage and they checked it out. Fuel pump went out again. Yey. So they got a new one Monday, put it in. When I came back to pick it up, my Pontiac didnt start. It was really close to closing time and I went back in, asked Dan to come out and listen to it. He did, and they ended up keeping it over night again. Today is Tuesday and I have my car back. Last time it went to the shop for this problem, it was gone for 2 weeks! This time it was only a few days. Awesome job. Awesome service. Awesome people. Thank you guys.

Mike is worth the gas for me to when I drove 40 miles to have his team repair and update. I recently bought a 1958 that need extensive work done. And now even though I live in St. Cloud, MN which is 154 miles from his shop to my door there is no one else I want working on my vehicles except Mikes Garage. He is trustworthy and stands behind his team and their work. He is worth the money and gas. You know how as a woman we can be talked down to? Yeah, none of that here. It was fast, efficient and I was well pleased. Some of the things I had in the back of my mind to have looked at maybe at a later time were brought to my attention and I had them all done.Something as simple as, Your windshield wipers streak. Yes they did and it drove me nuts, they were switched. I am a permanent customer.

Best thing I can say about Mikes Garage is that they treat you like neighbors. Had two different vehicles at Mikes in the same week, one for tires and one for shudder sensation on breaking. Service was excellent and all work was done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Quickly found the problem and fixed only did the work required.

Being new to the area I was hesitant to find a new place to service my Mitsubishi. Troy was great to work with and had superior communication with me thru the repair process.

Had a good experience first time I went there with Tyler working on the car. The second time I took my car in, Tyler was out on vacation and whoever looked at my car told me they were charging me $500 for taking a look at my car. After giving the estimate of what was needed in mechanical work, I decided it wasnt worth the price and wanted to pick up the car. They informed me some of the work had already been done on the car, without asking me first. I went in the next day, and they then told me it was $350 and it turns out that they hadnt done any work on the car. Feels like they were just making things up as they went. When I asked for a print out of everything theyd done and the price, they took two hours to figure out why the trunk wasnt working. I already knew what was wrong, as Id taken it to my saab mechanic before I moved. It took them 2 minutes to find the broken wire and tell me the replacement would cost $100 and 5 minutes of installation. I guess I assumed whoever looked at it wouldnt charge me $96 to tell me I had a broken wire.

First place around that gave me only a half hour wait (Ive waited on average an hour and a half at other places) for a scheduled oil change. Didnt push for anything I didnt ask for and wasnt very expensive either! Will be back
