My daughter bought a used 2006 minivan on a Saturday, on Sunday the front brake caliper froze up and started smoking. We went back to the dealer Monday morning and asked them to check this out, they said ok and gave her a loaner car to drive for the day since they couldnt look at it right away. I got a call from our salesman Joe about 1pm and he said it was done and said they replaced the caliper and a few brake lines going to the caliper, no charge to us! They were great to work with and would recommend them to others.

Fantastic customer service! Bought a used truck and process from test drive to sales to financing was quick and easy. After the deal was done and we got the truck home we found an issue that didn’t show up on the test drive. I don’t think they had any legal obligation to do so, but in the interest of customer satisfaction they went over and above to make it right. We live 45 minutes away, but I would definitely make the drive again to do business with this dealership.

We’ve never written a review but our experience at RC Bliss was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a dealership! We found the exact truck we wanted within our price range online so we called RC Bliss to tell them we were driving from 2 hours away to look at it. When we got there and asked what they could tell us about the truck the same sales rep we spoke to on the phone said “I really don’t know anything about it” and didn’t bother to try and find out more info either. We took the truck for a test drive and decided to buy because it’s what we had been looking for. We told the sales rep we would be paying in full with a check. Should have been easy! The sales rep told us to take a seat in the lobby and he would let the finance department know we were waiting. We waited for over 2 1/2 hours!!! NOBODY seemed interested in helping us! Twice the sales rep stopped by to say “should be any minute now” but did nothing to follow up on what was taking so long. At one point we had to listen to a staff member loudly swearing to another staff member about how the mechanic working that day “still isn’t tightening the lug nuts” after being told several times. What an absolute mess of a business they are running. By the time we got to the finance department there was no “sorry for making you wait so long”. Instead they were inflexible and rude. That should have been the easiest sale of their day but instead we ended up walking away from a truck we really liked just to not have to deal with their staff! They clearly don’t value their customers.

I am not one to typically leave a review but I think this time it is worthy of it. Yesterday, 7/29, I called to inquire about a vehicle. Today I called in the morning to verify it was still available. They said it was but someone was coming in to look at it but didnt have his number so couldnt call and confirm. This was only an issue for me as I am a little over 2 hours away from them. They said why dont you hold off for about an hour and we will call and let you know if i should make the trip. I appreciated that. I didnt want to drive that far for nothing obviously. Steve, their manager called me at 10 oclock, right when I was told he would and said that the vehicle is available and will be there when I get there if I am still interested in making the trip. At this point I was already 15 minutes into the drive because I was short on time today and wanted to get started. Told him I was on already on my way and again he assured me that the vehicle would be there waiting for me. Clearly at this point you can see where this is going. I got there and people were walking into the finance office to sign paperwork on the car I just drove two hours to get. Now Steve tried to apologize to me but what could he possibly say to make me feel better about him lying to me and wasting 4 hours of my day. I didnt say a word. I turned around and walked out. Had I said anything it would have been pretty awful and wouldnt have accomplished anything. Having said this, I would never recommend this dealership. They clearly do not car about people. Just the next number. Buyer beware!

I have used the service dept. 3 times in the last year.as you can imagine when you think of using the dealership for service on a 5 year old vehicle you cringe. Chris in the service was super easy to work with, understanding and really understanding. The work that was done all 3 times is outstanding, less money than my independent mechanic and faster turn around. His mechanic and Chris both are honest and told me things about my vehicle that I needed and it wasnt smoke blowing up my @$$. But they worked with me told me how to get by with it until I could fix it correctly.

I bought a used SUV the same day , my key fob wont work for viper which was the only remonte. Which they told me in just needed to charge. LIES No mannul in the glove box , which they said they would get to me. They didnt ever ccall me. I had to return the SUV to get the code for the door snice the key didnt work in the door. I paid WAY to much and got not very good service. Will not be going back as this SUV dose not heat in winter. I now see they covered spots with NAIL POLISH. Be careful . everything was fine until i signed and drove off. Even tested the heat that day worked. Fishy if you ask me. WOULD NOT GO DOWN ON PRICE.

Our car broke down on I-35 the day after Christmas. We called Chris in the service department and he was able to fit us in even though they were short staffed for the holidays. Chris and the team did a great job troubleshooting the failure and explaining the problem. After making the repair and ensuring the car was safe to drive, they were able to get us back on the road.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wish I could give them less than one star.They almost had me fooled,as it started out very well, & seemed like a pleasant transaction, then came the lying & deceit. Dealing on a car (05 Pontiac GXP) as we noticed a price reduction,asked why & STEVE GRANT (general sales mgr.) said because its been here almost a year & its time to go. Agreed to the price, came back the next day & took it to an independent garage for evaluation $50.00 (EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT), Came back shook hands, all was good, said wed be back to finalize paperwork the next day. Said hed be off,but to talk to JEFF, the paperwork would be ready to go. Then came the back peddling. Later that day got a call from Steve saying their mechanics said the transmission is going out. Got to send it out & maybe get it fixed or replaced, well let you know. I knew this wasnt true & knew something was up, so we went back the next day (Steves day off) found JEFF & asked him what the deal was, HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE TRANSMISSION ISSUE NOR DID ANYONE ELSE THERE, but JEFF said they made a mistake on the price, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE TAG IN THE WINDOW & STEVE GRANT CONFIRMED THAT WAS CORRECT & WHY. NOTHING WORSE THAN BEING LIED TO !! Now we are out the $50 & gas in travel back & forth out of town. BUYER BEWARE!!!. Dont trust the smile & the handshake it doesnt mean anything! Thought at first they were one of the good ones. THEY PROVED US WRONG. So much for any integrity. SAD

If i could give zero stars I would. I bought a truck from them in 2015. I bought a 2010 ford f150 lariat.It had a tiny bit of rust on the rockers, they agreed to fix it. I bought the truck. A month later the rust came back, i was furious... went back in... they agreed to fix it again after a heavy conversation with the owner and his staff . 3 months later they fit it into their schedule to fix it. Now 1 year after the second fix the rust is back! They didnt fix a damn thing. Here I am with a rusty truck paying my monthly payment.... i also juat spent 600 dollars today to buy new front stuts because they have been bad almost since i bought the truck.

I bought a truck from them four years ago. Two days after I got it and it wouldnt start. Jeff the sales manager put a new battery in it at no charge to me. Then a few days later it wouldnt start again. I Called Jeff and complained, then he put a new starter in it for me at no charge to me. And ever since then it has been a great truck!
